- 공조케이스(110)의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 공조케이스(110)내의 특정 유로의 개도를 조절하는 차량 공조장치용 도어에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전축(122)과,상기 회전축(122)과 함께 구동되어 상기 유로의 개도를 조절하는 도어 본체(123)와,상기 도어 본체(123)의 외측면을 따라 감싸도록 설치되어 상기 공조케이스(110)내에 형성된 돌출부(110a)와 맞닿는 박판부재(124)와,상기 도어 본체(123)의 측면에 박판부재(124)를 지지하도록 돌출 형성되어 상기 공조케이스(110)측 돌출부(110a)와 대응하는 도어 본체(123)의 측면에 박판부재 완충공간(S)을 형성하는 지지부(123b)를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 완충공간(S)은, 상기 도어 본체(123)와 박판부재(124)의 사이에 형성되는 빈 공간으로 이루어지며,상기 지지부(123b)는 상기 공조케이스(110)측 돌출부(110a)와 맞닿는 박판부재(124)의 일부 영역이 완충공간(S)측으로 인입되도록 상기 영역의 둘레를 따라 형성되되, 상기 완충공간(S)측으로 인입되는 박판부재(124)의 인입 부위 양측을 각각 지지하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부(123b)는 상기 도어 본체(123)의 테두리 단부를 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부(123b)는 상기 도어 본체(123)의 양측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도어 본체(123)에는 상기 박판부재(124)의 인입 부위 양측을 각각 지지하는 지지부(123b)의 사이에 박판부재(124)의 과도한 변형을 방지하도록 스토퍼(123d)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)측 돌출부(110a)는 상기 공조케이스(110)의 내측면에 상기 박판부재(124)와 수직으로 접촉하도록 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)측 돌출부(110a)는 상기 공조케이스(110)의 내측면에 상기 박판부재(124)와 평행하게 면접촉하도록 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도어 본체(123)에는 복수개의 관통공(123a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박판부재(124)는 천과 필름 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박판부재(124)는 항균 재질을 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 도어.
