In a specific embodiment, the electric dust collecting rapping control system provided by the invention is applied to electric dust collecting equipment of a thermal power plant, taking the electric dust collecting equipment with a five-stage electric field as an example, the equipment sequentially comprises a first electric field, a second electric field, a third electric field, a fourth electric field and a fifth electric field, obviously, the fourth electric field is a penultimate electric field, and the fifth electric field is a final electric field. The electric dust removal rapping control system comprises an outlet slotted plate, a penultimate electric field and a final electric field, wherein at least four rappers are arranged in the outlet slotted plate, at least four rappers are arranged in the penultimate electric field, and at least four rappers are arranged in the final electric field; the specific specification and model of each vibrator can be the same or can be distinguished according to the working condition.
Each vibrator is in reciprocating circulation by taking a single vibration sequence as a base number, and each vibrator is sequentially and independently vibrated for a single time according to a preset strategy in the single vibration sequence, and the vibrators are vibrated for a preset time period for the single time; the predetermined strategy is such that, in a single rapping sequence, there is at least one dust chamber between the currently activated rapper and the rapper activated in the period of time adjacent thereto. That is, in the working process, each vibrator is started at intervals, one or more vibrators can be arranged between two vibrators which are started in sequence, namely, two vibrators which are started in adjacent time periods are two vibrators which are not adjacent in physical position, and the condition that one or more other vibrators are not adjacent at the moment can be the condition that one or more other vibrators are spaced is adopted, so that secondary dust raising caused by the sequential starting of the two adjacent vibrators is avoided; after each single rapping sequence is over, the cycle is restarted and indefinitely repeated until the device is shut down to ensure that the device is operating properly.
Specifically, as exemplified in the case of the above-mentioned five-stage electric field, the rappers set in the penultimate electric field include an A-side penultimate left-chamber rapper, an A-side penultimate right-chamber rapper, a B-side penultimate left-chamber rapper and a B-side penultimate right-chamber rapper; the rappers arranged in the final-stage electric field comprise an A-side final-stage left-chamber rapper, an A-side final-stage right-chamber rapper, a B-side final-stage left-chamber rapper and a B-side final-stage right-chamber rapper; the rappers arranged in the outlet slot plate comprise an A-side outlet left chamber slot plate rapper, an A-side outlet right chamber slot plate rapper, a B-side outlet left chamber slot plate rapper and a B-side outlet right chamber slot plate rapper; in this embodiment, the penultimate electric field is the fourth electric field and the final electric field is the fifth electric field.
In theory, the number of rappers is not limited to the above form, for example, the number of outlet left chamber trough plate rappers can be four or more, the number of outlet right chamber trough plate rappers can be four or more, and the number of rappers at other positions can also be four or more, and for convenience of description, the above number of rappers are taken as an example.
In this embodiment the predetermined period of time is 150 seconds, preferably the on-time interval is selected to be 150 seconds plus 90 seconds in two rappers that are on in adjacent time periods.
Specifically, the preset strategy is to start the corresponding rappers in sequence in the following order and keep on for a preset time period:
starting the A side penultimate left chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the A side penultimate left chamber vibrator started for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the B-side final-stage left chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the starting for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the A-side slot plate right chamber vibrator, keeping the vibrator on the A-side slot plate for 150 seconds, stopping vibration, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the B-side penultimate right chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the starting for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the A-side final-stage right chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the A-side final-stage right chamber vibrator started for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the B-side slotted plate left chamber vibrator, keeping the vibrator on the B-side slotted plate for 150 seconds, stopping vibration, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the A-side penultimate right chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the A-side penultimate right chamber vibrator started for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;

starting the B-side penultimate left-chamber vibrator, stopping vibration after keeping the starting for 150 seconds, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
starting the A side final-stage left chamber vibrator, keeping the A side final-stage left chamber vibrator on for 150 seconds, stopping vibration, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall;
and starting the B-side trough plate right chamber rapping device, keeping the starting for 150 seconds, stopping vibrating, and waiting for 90 seconds for dust fall.
Thus, the rappers are started in sequence in the sequence of A side left chamber four electric field rapper → B side left chamber five electric field rapper → A side right chamber trough plate rapper → B right chamber four electric field rapper → A side right five electric field chamber rapper → B side left chamber trough plate rapper → A side right chamber four electric field rapper → B side right chamber five electric field rapper → A side left chamber trough plate rapper → B left chamber four electric field rapper → A side left five electric field chamber rapper → B side right chamber trough plate rapper → so that the rappers are skillfully avoided from adjacent rapping on the same side or the same type rapper and the secondary dust raising is more effectively avoided.
In the specific construction process, the original logic is kept unchanged, the sequential control logic of 12 rapping motors is formed by newly adding four electric fields, five electric fields, eight anodes and four trough plates to an electric dust removal system, when the sequential control is put into operation, the 12 rapping motors sequentially operate in sequence (the 12 rapping motors are locked mutually), the operation of the rapping motors in the first electric field, the second electric field and the third electric field is not influenced in the period, and when the sequential control function of the four electric fields and the five electric fields is cancelled, operators can put into the operation of the rapping motors according to a periodic mode.
