本发明涉及一种插座连接器,尤其涉及一种适于传输高速信号的插座连接器。
【背景技术】
目前高速电连接器具有若干传输通道,每个传输通道传输速率在25Gbit/s或50Gbit/s。2014年7月1日,美国专利第US8764464号公开了一种设有若干端子的电连接器,所述电连接器用于在电子设备之间进行传输。所述端子包括若干接地端子,接地耦合组件与接地端子电性连接以根据需要调节电连接器的性能。
2010年9月21日,美国专利第US7798820号公开了一种光学传输模组,所述光学传输模组包括边缘连接器和母连接器。所述母连接器包括一排设有第一连接部的第一端子,一排设有第二连接部的第二端子,一排设有第三连接部的第三端子及一排设有第四连接部的第四端子。所述第一连接部向前延伸超出第二连接部。第四端子在第三端子的前面。所述边缘连接器包括对接电路板,所述对接电路板设有若干设置于对接电路板上侧和下侧的连接导电片。所述连接导电片包括设置于对接电路板上侧的一排第一导电片和一排第二导电片及设置于对接电路板下侧的一排第三导电片和一排第四导电片。所述第一连接部与第一导电片相连,所述第二连接部与第二导电片相连,所述第三连接部与第三导电片相连,所述第四连接部与第四导电片相连。

本发明主要目的是提供一种具有传输高速信号装置的插座连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种插座连接器,所述插座连接器用于与插头连接器配合,其包括设有前收容腔和后收容腔的绝缘本体、收容所述后收容腔的端子模组,所述端子模组包括上半模组和在竖直方向上与上半模组相互堆叠的下半模组,所述上半模组包括前上部、与前上部配合的后上部及在竖直方向上夹在前上部和后上部之间的上屏蔽片,所述前上部包括前上绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与前上绝缘子一体成型的前上端子,所述后上部包括后上绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与后上绝缘子一体成型的后上端子,所述上屏蔽片包括若干上弹片和下弹片。所述上弹片向上延伸穿过前上绝缘子相对应的孔与前上端子相应的接地端子机械和电性连接,所述下弹片向下延伸穿过后上绝缘子相对应的孔与后上端子相应的接地端子机械和电性连接,所述前上端子的前连接部和后上端子的前连接部位于前收容腔的同一上端。
本发明电连接器中屏蔽片与上端子的接地端子机械和电性连接,增强电连接器的传输速率。

值得注意的是,每个上屏蔽片728和下屏蔽片748均包括在竖直方向上与相应高速端子对应的开口729、749以减少共振。可以理解的是,前上端子718、后上端子724、前下端子738及后下端子744沿竖直方向排列。这种柱-孔结构可应用于绝缘子和屏蔽片中,使所述屏蔽片固持在堆叠的绝缘体之间,且不会在竖直和水平方向上产生相对运动。本实施例中模组相同部分的端子设有用于固定端子尾部的绝缘件760,所述绝缘件760的相对两端固持于绝缘本体702内表面相应的槽703内。由于端子成型于模组相应的部分内,孔721,727,741,747至少在一个竖直方向上延伸穿过模组相应部分的绝缘子至少一个对应的表面。还要注意用于固定端子模组712和绝缘本体702的装置,例如,突起、台阶为本实施例的最佳选择。所述后收容槽766在竖直方向上成型于前上绝缘子720和前下绝缘子740之间。在本实施例中,优选的,所述绝缘本体702相对的内表面内设有一对槽705以收容对接舌板的相对两侧边,例如在对接时的插头连接器的电路板。所述前上端子718在前后方向上的中心线与后上端子724在前后方向上的中心线在同一第一竖直面上,所述前下端子738在前后方向上的中心线与后下端子744在前后方向上的中心线在同一第二竖直面上。相邻的第一垂直面C-C和第二垂直面D-D之间的距离为0.4mm。
如图18-22所示,为符合本发明的插头连接器组件800,所述插头连接器组件800属于QSFP-DD规格,其包括插头连接器830、插座连接器850及金属外壳810,所述金属外壳810设有相应的固持件880、散热件870和导光管890。其中,插座连接器850基本与第一实施例中的插座连接器200一样。插头连接器830包括金属下壳体831、与金属下壳体831形成一收容腔的金属上壳体832,所述收容腔用于收容水平板834。线缆836包括若干焊接在水平板834上的芯线838。所述操作部840可在前后方向上移动以将插头连接器从金属外壳810中释放,使得插头连接器无法与插座连接器850配合。
Claims (10)
1.一种插座连接器,所述插座连接器用于与插头连接器配合,其包括设有前收容腔和后收容腔的绝缘本体、收容于所述后收容腔的端子模组,所述端子模组包括上半模组和在竖直方向上与上半模组相互堆叠的下半模组,所述上半模组包括前上部、与前上部配合的后上部及在竖直方向上夹在前上部和后上部之间的上屏蔽片,所述前上部包括前上绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与前上绝缘子一体成型的前上端子,所述后上部包括后上绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与后上绝缘子一体成型的后上端子,所述上屏蔽片包括若干上弹片和下弹片,所述上弹片向上延伸穿过前上绝缘子相对应的孔与前上端子相应的接地端子机械和电性连接,所述下弹片向下延伸穿过后上绝缘子相对应的孔与后上端子相应的接地端子机械和电性连接,其特征在于:所述前上端子的前连接部和后上端子的前连接部位于前收容腔的同一上端,所述下半模组包括前下部及与前下部配合的后下部,所述前下部包括前下绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与前下绝缘子一体成型的前下端子,所述后下部包括后下绝缘子及通过插入成型工艺与后下绝缘子一体成型的后下端子,所述前上端子在前后方向上的中心线与后上端子在前后方向上的中心线在同一第一竖直面上,所述前下端子在前后方向上的中心线与后下端子在前后方向上的中心线在同一第二竖直面上。
2.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述下半模组包括在竖直方向上夹在前下部和后下部之间的下屏蔽片,所述下屏蔽片包括若干上弹片和下弹片。
3.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体包括位于绝缘本体下壁的下通道,所述前下绝缘子包括下槽,当与插头连接器对接时,所述前下端子的前连接部收容于相应的下通道内,所述后下端子的前连接部收容于相应的下槽内。
4.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,相邻的第一竖直面与第二竖直面之间的距离为0.4mm。
5.根据权利要求2的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述上屏蔽片和下屏蔽片均包括在竖直方向上与相应端子模组对应的开口以减少共振。
6.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体包括位于绝缘本体上壁的上通道,所述前上绝缘子包括上槽,当与插头连接器对接时,所述前上端子的前连接部收容于相应的上通道内,所述后上端子的前连接部收容于相应的上槽内。
7.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述前上端子的前连接部位于后上端子的前连接部的前面并在垂直于所述竖直方向的前后方向上与后上端子的前连接部对齐。
8.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述上半模组和下半模组形成在前后方向上与前收容腔对齐的后收容腔。
9.根据权利要求8的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述后收容腔通过前上绝缘子被限制。
10.根据权利要求8的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体内表面的两相对侧设有一对用于收容插头连接器对接舌板相对两侧的槽。
