Abstract

一种芯片连接器及其芯片搭载件,其包括承载有导电端子的本体、围绕本体的固定座、枢接于所述固定座一端的搭载座、枢接于所述固定座另一端的压制件,以及所述搭载件;所述搭载件由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有加强件。与现有技术相比,本发明的搭载件内埋设有加强件,增加搭载件的强度。

芯片连接器及其芯片搭载件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种芯片连接器,其包括芯片搭载件。
【背景技术】
大数据、云计算等新技术的发展,对硬件的数据传输速度的要求越来越高,其中重要一环的芯片的传输/导电点数量也越来越多,对应芯片连接器的导电端子的数量高度几千根,针对本来体积就很小的芯片连接器而言,需要考量信号干扰、塑胶本体强度、弹性端子对芯片的反向抵压变形等问题。本公司持续对芯片连接器进行持续研发,不断改善芯片连接器的特性。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种芯片连接器,提高其强度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种芯片连接器,其包括承载有导电端子的本体、围绕本体的固定座、枢接于所述固定座一端的搭载座、枢接于所述固定座另一端的压制件,以及搭载件;所述搭载件用来搭载芯片,并藉助其一端设有的插入头插入所述搭载座;所述搭载件由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有加强件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的另一技术方案如下:一种芯片搭载件,其为框状结构,具有相对的上表面及下表面、以及位于上、下表面之间的外侧面及内侧面,所述内侧面之间形成芯片容纳腔;所述芯片搭载件由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有加强件,所述加强件水平延伸并位于所述上、下表面之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的搭载件内埋设有加强件,增加搭载件的强度。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
参图1-4所示,本发明揭示一种电连接器组合200,其用于在电脑中央处理器模组(简称为CPU)或其他等芯片与电路板290之间建立电性连接。电连接器组合200包括电路板290、安装在电路板的芯片连接器210,具体结构也可参考本申请人的另一件专利申请201911021216.5;如习知技术可了解,芯片连接器210包括由绝缘材料制成的本体及固定在本体的导电端子,本处并无详细显示;为了将本体固定在电路板及安装芯片,芯片连接器进一步包括包围芯片连接器210的固定座220,固定座220由金属材料制成。
从图1-4所示,所述固定座220的一端通过枢接的方式固定有搭载座250,另一端通过枢接的方式固定有金属压制件240。搭载座、压制件分别枢接于所述固定座的相对两端,所述芯片299先固定在搭载件230,然后再插入搭载座250。随后,驱动搭载件230及搭载座250向下旋转,直至芯片安装入所述芯片连接器210。压制板240枢接在固定座220的另一端,其向下旋转而压制在搭载件230,直至将芯片固定在芯片连接器210内。所述搭载座250包括扭力弹簧252,其促使搭载座250位于竖直的开放状态,方便搭载件230插入搭载座230。
所述固定座220配设有多个第一固定柱224,226,222,其中一些是将固定座220固定在电路板290,其中一些则与固定部件244,246,222配合,将压制件240固定于固定座220。所述固定座220进一步包括多个第二固定柱228,第二固定柱228位于四个对角角落里,压制件240形成对应的缺口248,以方便固定柱228穿过。可以理解的是,位于搭载件230内的芯片229被压制件240向下抵压而被限制。
参图5-11所示,搭载件230包括框状部237及位于框状部一端的插入头232,框状部由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有金属加强件238,金属加强件238通过注塑成型的方式埋设的。框状部237,即其内具有上下贯通的大通孔的框状结构,具有相对的上表面2371及下表面2372、以及位于上、下表面之间的外侧面2373及内侧面2374,内侧面2374之间形成芯片容纳腔2375,所述加强件238水平延伸并位于上、下表面之间,用来提升搭载件的强度。插入头232自框状部237的一端外侧凸伸而形成,其用来插入搭载座250设有的插入槽。框状部的内边缘2374设有多个勾部234及固定脚235,236,勾部234向内凸伸,用来承载芯片229。固定脚235,239形成在框状部237外边缘上,当搭载件230旋转至水平时,固定脚235,239临时支撑在固定座220,等待压制件240旋转直至其压在搭载件230上。
框状部237在其相对两外侧面2373设有一对缺口231,对应的,加强件238也形成有一对凹槽238A,用来与缺口231相匹配。参图10,在其他实施例中,金属加强件238设有多个孔238B,用来收容框状部237的绝缘材料,如此以加强框状部237与加强件238的结合强度。在本实施例中,金属加强件238先冲压再弯折而形成,可以利用缺口231连接料带。在其他实施例中,如图12-14所示,金属加强件238一开始是位于且裸露于框状部237的一端外侧,如此金属板260通过连接料带262连接于搭载件230,在切除料带262后,留有料带连接端238C。框状部237可以形成多个缺口237A,用来对应所述的料带连接端238C。
请注意的是,随着传输速度的增加,导电片的数量越来越大,搭载件230则限制于电连接器本身架构的小型化,其比较单薄。在旋转过程中,使用者作用力于搭载件230,使其克服扭力弹簧252的作用力而向下旋转,此时搭载件230承载有较大的作用力。在压制板240压靠在搭载件,由芯片与端子之间弹性产生的力也会作用在搭载件230上,此时搭载件承载有较大的作用力。加入金属加强件238的搭载件,则可以大大加入其强度。
图16-18揭示本发明的第二实施例,卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体510及退卡件520,绝缘本体设有一个纵长延伸的中央插槽512,用来收容PCI卡,绝缘本体的一端的两个外侧面设有竖直的扣持条514及缺口516。退卡件520是可旋转地安装在绝缘本体510的一端,退卡件520包括一对弹性的扣持臂526,在退卡件520向内旋转,直至其扣持臂526扣持在扣持条514,将退卡件固定在绝缘本体。缺口516则用来允许退卡件520向外旋转。下面重点介绍退卡件的改进点。
退卡件550包括上部件570、下部件560,上下部件彼此分离但通过枢接安装在一起,且两者能够相对彼此枢转。下部件560包括顶卡部564,顶卡部的两侧设有一对第一转轴562,其为主转轴,第一转轴枢接在卡缘连接器的绝缘本体的一端。上部件570包括一对彼此间隔开的竖直板574,竖直板之间形成收容槽576,收容槽用来压合在收容在中央槽的PCI卡。一对操作翼579自竖直板横向向外凸伸而形成。上部件570包括一对第二转轴571,其为辅助转轴,第二转轴571则收容在下部件560内部设有的转轴孔,如此,实现上、下部件通过第二转轴571而安装在一起。退卡件550在上部件的下表面577与下部件的上表面566之间设置有缺口,所述缺口允许上部件570可以在下部件部上作30度左右角度的旋转。在顶出PCI卡的过程中,向下施力在操作翼579,上部件570首先以第二转轴571为支点向外端旋转,直至上部件的下表面577与下部件的上表面566相抵接,然后紧接着,抵压下部件560以第二转轴562为支点共同旋转,直至PCI卡与绝缘本体内的端子相互分离。可以理解的是,最初的旋转以第二转轴571为主,第二转轴571主要是设置在锁扣臂572的外侧,如此,向外旋转路径代替向内旋转路径,可以避免与PCI卡的干涉。如果需要的话,可以这上、下部件之间设置一个弹簧,使得两者紧密配合。

Claims (7)

1.一种芯片连接器,其包括承载有导电端子的本体、围绕本体的固定座、枢接于所述固定座一端的搭载座、枢接于所述固定座另一端的压制件,以及搭载件;所述搭载件用来搭载芯片,并藉助其一端设有的插入头插入所述搭载座;其特征在于:所述搭载件由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有加强件,所述加强件为金属制,其与所述搭载件通过注塑成型的方式结合在一起;所述搭载件包括框状部及所述插入头,所述框状部具有外侧面,所述加强件被包裹在所述框状部内且仅有裸露于所述外侧面的料带切割面;所述料带切割面与所述插入头分别位于框状部的不同外侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的芯片连接器,其特征在于:所述框状部在其内边缘设有多个钩部,所述芯片容纳在所述框状部内且被所述钩部勾住。
3.如权利要求1所述的芯片连接器,其特征在于:所述框状部在不同于插入头的另外两个相对外侧面设有一个凹口,所述料带切割面裸露于对应的凹口。
4.如权利要求1所述的芯片连接器,其特征在于:所述加强件设有多个孔,用来收容框状部的绝缘材料。
5.一种芯片搭载件,其为框状结构,具有相对的上表面及下表面、以及位于上、下表面之间的外侧面及内侧面,所述内侧面之间形成芯片容纳腔;其特征在于:所述芯片搭载件由绝缘材料制成,其内埋设有加强件,所述加强件为金属制成,其与所述芯片搭载件通过注塑成型的方式结合在一起;所述加强件水平延伸并位于所述上、下表面之间,其被包裹在所述芯片搭载件内且仅有分别裸露于两个相对外侧面的料带切割面;所述芯片搭载件包括框状部及插入头,所述料带切割面与所述插入头分别位于框状部的不同外侧面。
6.如权利要求5所述的芯片搭载件,其特征在于:所述芯片搭载件在其两个相对外侧面设有凹口,所述加强件设有裸露于对应的凹口内的料带切割面。
7.如权利要求5所述的芯片搭载件,其特征在于:所述加强件设有多个孔,用来收容框状部的绝缘材料。
