本发明公开了一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的复合微生物菌水稻种衣剂按照如下重量百分比配伍而成,枯草芽孢杆菌2‑30%,侧孢短芽孢杆菌2‑30%,哈茨木霉菌0.1‑15%,成膜剂1%‑30%。悬浮剂1%‑10%,助悬剂1%‑16%,快速固化剂1%‑30%,黄腐酸1%‑5%,水20%‑40%。本发明采用多种不同性能的生物菌剂组合而成,长期使用无抗性产生,而且杀菌彻底,没有针对性的病害发生,生产出来的粮食没有农药化肥残留;不需要24小时阴干固化,省工省力。并可直接浸种催芽,而且不脱皮不掉色,保证包衣的药效发挥,出芽快;包衣后的种子也可不用浸种和催芽,可干种直接播种,抗病能力强可提前移栽5‑7天。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水稻的种衣剂,以种子包衣的形式为水稻种子消毒,有效抑制水稻种传病害的发生的种衣剂,具体的说是一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内国际常用的水稻种衣剂或浸种剂多数都是化学成分的、中等毒的和低毒的,如多菌灵和福美双合剂;多菌灵和甲霜灵合剂;精甲霜灵和咯菌腈合剂;噻虫嗪、甲霜灵、咯菌腈;咪鲜胺、戊唑醇、氰烯菌酯单剂等,给种子消毒后会不同程度的残留产生。长期使用都会有抗性产生,或杀菌不彻底产生病害,给农户带来了不便和损失。
此外,现在国内和国外进口的水稻种衣剂,包衣后要阴干固化24小时后再浸种催芽。否则会脱皮、掉色。很难保证有效活性的发挥。并且大量的种子包衣后,阴干需要大面积的库房,花费很多人工和包装物,增加很多生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种可预防水稻苗期恶苗病、立枯病、绵腐病、苗瘟病、无残留、无污染,速干,可直接浸种、催芽、不需24小时阴干固化、浸种时不脱皮、不掉色、出芽快的一种复合型生物菌水稻种衣剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的本发明采用如下方式实现的:一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的复合微生物菌水稻种衣剂按照如下重量百分比配伍而成,枯草芽孢杆菌2-30%,侧孢短芽孢杆菌2-30%,哈茨木霉菌0.1-15%,成膜剂1%-30%。悬浮剂1%-10%,助悬剂1%-16%,快速固化剂1%-30%,黄腐酸1%-5%,水20%-40%。
前述的一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂,其特征在于:优选如下重量百分比配伍而成,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,侧孢短芽孢杆菌10%,哈茨木霉菌5%,成膜剂10%。悬浮剂5%,助悬剂5%,快速固化剂5%,黄腐酸5%,水40%。
前述的一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂,其特征在于:所述的枯草芽孢杆菌2-30亿/g、侧孢短芽孢杆菌2-30亿/g、哈茨木霉菌0.1-15亿/g。
前述的一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂,其特征在于:优选8亿/g枯草芽孢杆菌、1.8亿/g侧孢短芽孢杆菌、0.2亿/g哈茨木霉菌。
前述的一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂,其特征在于:所述的成膜剂为聚乙烯醇,悬浮剂为聚氧乙烯醚磷酸脂三乙醇胺盐,助悬剂为镁铝硅酸盐,快速固化剂为苯丙乳液。
一种复合生物菌水稻种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将反应釜内加入适量的自来水,在搅拌状态下加入聚乙烯醇升温至90℃,待聚乙烯完全溶解为无色透明液体后、加入悬浮剂助悬剂,快速固化剂、警戒色(染料)、充分搅拌大约30分钟,然后将全部混合料打入剪切釜;搅拌剪切半小时,降温至40℃以下,加入粘稠剂,加入枯草芽孢杆菌,侧孢短芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、消泡剂、扩散剂、搅拌1小时。打入料槽启动砂磨机开始砂磨,然后检测灌装,入库。
