内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,包括一个机体(1),在机体(1)底部设置置液装置(2)通过推拉结构进行更换,中部设有置物平台(3)、固定框架(4)、横向切割装置(5),上部设置分瓣部件包括六分切刀(6)、升降装置(7)、扶手装置(8),使用时将橙子等小个体水果置于置物平台(2)上,根据体积范围进行整合调整后实施分瓣作业;机体(1)外侧设置提示装置(9),提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示;固定框架(3)侧边设有移动轨道装置(10)与切割装置(4)配套使用;外观结构设计新颖,有效针对小个体水果进行去蒂分割,确保操作完整,同时避免人为操作的繁琐度,清洗便捷,具有较强的实用性。

本发明涉及一种切分装置。
背景技术
日常生活中,橙子等小个体水果进行分装处理时普遍为手工分隔方式,该法操作简单、但也容易形成分瓣不均、水渍乱溢等状况,后续清洗作业繁杂,针对现有现象如果有一种整合性、操作便捷的辅助装置,将有效减免人工操作,经济实用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种具有内置分隔组件、操作便捷的分瓣装置。
本发明是这样实现的。内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,包括一个机体,在机体底部设置置液装置通过推拉结构进行更换,中部设有置物平台、固定框架、横向切割装置,上部设置分瓣部件包括六分切刀、升降装置、扶手装置,使用时将橙子等小个体水果置于置物平台上,根据体积范围进行整合调整后实施分瓣作业。
内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,机体外侧设置提示装置,提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,置物平台底部设有小型滤孔结构,通过拉伸柄将置物平台移出。
内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,横向切割装置位于六分切刀后方呈交错作业模式。
内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,固定框架侧边设有移动轨道装置与切割装置配套使用。
上述内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,外观结构设计新颖,有效针对小个体水果进行去蒂分割,确保操作完整,同时避免人为操作的繁琐度,清洗便捷,具有较强的实用性。

1.内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,其特征在于包括一个机体(1),在机体(1)底部设置置液装置(2)通过推拉结构进行更换,中部设有置物平台(3)、固定框架(4)、横向切割装置(5),上部设置分瓣部件包括六分切刀(6)、升降装置(7)、扶手装置(8),使用时将橙子等小个体水果置于置物平台(2)上,根据体积范围进行整合调整后实施分瓣作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,其特征在于机体(1)外侧设置提示装置(9),提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,其特征在于置物平台(2)底部设有小型滤孔结构,通过拉伸柄将置物平台(2)移出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,其特征在于横向切割装置(4)位于六分切刀(5)后方呈交错作业模式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内置分隔组件的分瓣装置,其特征在于固定框架(3)侧边设有移动轨道装置(10)与切割装置(4)配套使用。
