Abstract

一种手动机械式切洋葱机,由内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具装配而成。具体结构和连接关系为:所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片,刀具座上面与连接轴连接,连接轴与压臂连接,墩座安装在内置抽屉中,内置抽屉安放在箱体内。采用本发明切割洋葱效率高,避免了出现辣眼睛的情况。

本发明涉及日常用品,具体是一种手动机械式切洋葱机。
背景技术
在日常生活中,不少人喜欢吃洋葱,但是在家庭日常切洋葱的过程中,经常会被洋葱的汁溅到眼睛上,即使带着眼镜也不行,眼睛会被辣的睁不开,就会使人不得不闭着眼睛切,这不但影响切洋葱效率,更影响安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手动机械式切洋葱机,该洋葱机切割效率高,使用安全,并且简单小巧,易操作。
本发明采用如下技术方案达到上述目的:一种手动机械式切洋葱机,包括内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具,具体结构和连接关系为:所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片,刀具座上面与连接轴连接,连接轴与压臂连接,墩座安装在内置抽屉中,内置抽屉安放在箱体内。
所述刀具由8个弧形刀片组成,每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。当所有刀片集中到一个点,这个点作用在洋葱上,使得相同压力下,受力面积小,压强大,能很轻松的完成操作。
所述内置抽屉上设有把手,便于移动抽屉。
所述内置抽屉中心设有一圆柱形墩座。
所述连接轴上连接有可旋转的压臂和随压臂运动而上下运动的刀具。
本发明的突出优点在于:
1、由于整个装置切割时是封闭的,解决了切割洋葱时出现辣眼睛的问题。当切洋葱时,关闭抽屉按下压臂就使得整个装置处于封闭状态,洋葱的汁液就不会溅到人的面部上。
2、压臂装置用到了省力杠杆原理,操作起来更加轻松。
3、由于整个刀具由8个弧形刀片组成,故不需要二次切割,切割效率高。
4、此装置不但可以切割洋葱,还可以切割其他果蔬,用途广泛。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述。
如图1所示,本发明所述手动机械式切洋葱机,由内置抽屉1、墩座2、刀具座3、压臂4、连接轴5、箱体6和刀具7装配而成。具体结构和连接关系为:所述刀具座3下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片,刀具座3上面与连接轴5连接,连接轴5与压臂4连接,墩座2安装在内置抽屉1中,内置抽屉1安放在箱体6内。
所述刀具7由8个弧形刀片组成,每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。
所述内置抽屉1中心设有一圆柱形墩座2。
所述连接轴5上连接有可旋转的压臂4和随压臂4运动而上下运动的刀具7。
所述手动机械式切洋葱机的工作过程是:
当拉出内置抽屉1把洋葱放在墩座2上以后,关闭内置抽屉1,用手操作压臂4,刀具7随着刀具座3之间的连接轴5下落而下落,就使得刀片落在洋葱上,这时候整个装置为封闭状态,切割完洋葱后洒落的洋葱片落在内置抽屉1内,切完后取出内置抽屉1,把洋葱从内置抽屉1中取出。

1.一种手动机械式切洋葱机,包括内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具,其特征在于,具体结构和连接关系为:所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片,刀具座上面与连接轴连接,连接轴与压臂连接,墩座安装在内置抽屉中,内置抽屉安放在箱体内。
2.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机,其特征在于,所述刀具由8个弧形刀片组成,每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。
3.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机,其特征在于,所述内置抽屉上设有把手。
4.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机,其特征在于,所述内置抽屉中心设有一圆柱形墩座。
5.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机,其特征在于,所述连接轴上连接有可旋转的压臂和随压臂运动而上下运动的刀具。
