Abstract

一种手动机械式切洋葱机，由内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具装配而成。具体结构和连接关系为：所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片，刀具座上面与连接轴连接，连接轴与压臂连接，墩座安装在内置抽屉中，内置抽屉安放在箱体内。采用本发明切割洋葱效率高，避免了出现辣眼睛的情况。

本发明涉及日常用品，具体是一种手动机械式切洋葱机。
背景技术
在日常生活中，不少人喜欢吃洋葱，但是在家庭日常切洋葱的过程中，经常会被洋葱的汁溅到眼睛上，即使带着眼镜也不行，眼睛会被辣的睁不开，就会使人不得不闭着眼睛切，这不但影响切洋葱效率，更影响安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手动机械式切洋葱机，该洋葱机切割效率高，使用安全，并且简单小巧，易操作。
本发明采用如下技术方案达到上述目的：一种手动机械式切洋葱机，包括内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具，具体结构和连接关系为：所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片，刀具座上面与连接轴连接，连接轴与压臂连接，墩座安装在内置抽屉中，内置抽屉安放在箱体内。
所述刀具由8个弧形刀片组成，每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。当所有刀片集中到一个点，这个点作用在洋葱上，使得相同压力下，受力面积小，压强大，能很轻松的完成操作。
所述内置抽屉上设有把手，便于移动抽屉。
所述内置抽屉中心设有一圆柱形墩座。
所述连接轴上连接有可旋转的压臂和随压臂运动而上下运动的刀具。
本发明的突出优点在于：
1、由于整个装置切割时是封闭的，解决了切割洋葱时出现辣眼睛的问题。当切洋葱时，关闭抽屉按下压臂就使得整个装置处于封闭状态，洋葱的汁液就不会溅到人的面部上。
2、压臂装置用到了省力杠杆原理，操作起来更加轻松。
3、由于整个刀具由8个弧形刀片组成，故不需要二次切割，切割效率高。
4、此装置不但可以切割洋葱，还可以切割其他果蔬，用途广泛。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述。
如图1所示，本发明所述手动机械式切洋葱机，由内置抽屉1、墩座2、刀具座3、压臂4、连接轴5、箱体6和刀具7装配而成。具体结构和连接关系为：所述刀具座3下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片，刀具座3上面与连接轴5连接，连接轴5与压臂4连接，墩座2安装在内置抽屉1中，内置抽屉1安放在箱体6内。
所述刀具7由8个弧形刀片组成，每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。
所述内置抽屉1中心设有一圆柱形墩座2。
所述连接轴5上连接有可旋转的压臂4和随压臂4运动而上下运动的刀具7。
所述手动机械式切洋葱机的工作过程是:
当拉出内置抽屉1把洋葱放在墩座2上以后，关闭内置抽屉1，用手操作压臂4，刀具7随着刀具座3之间的连接轴5下落而下落，就使得刀片落在洋葱上，这时候整个装置为封闭状态，切割完洋葱后洒落的洋葱片落在内置抽屉1内，切完后取出内置抽屉1，把洋葱从内置抽屉1中取出。

1.一种手动机械式切洋葱机，包括内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具，其特征在于，具体结构和连接关系为：所述刀具座下面安装有相互交错的弧形刀片，刀具座上面与连接轴连接，连接轴与压臂连接，墩座安装在内置抽屉中，内置抽屉安放在箱体内。
2.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机，其特征在于，所述刀具由8个弧形刀片组成，每个刀片之间的夹角为45°。
3.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机，其特征在于，所述内置抽屉上设有把手。
4.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机，其特征在于，所述内置抽屉中心设有一圆柱形墩座。
5.如权利要求1所述手动机械式切洋葱机，其特征在于，所述连接轴上连接有可旋转的压臂和随压臂运动而上下运动的刀具。
