Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种内燃机的燃料-空气混合体的形成方法,以及燃料供给装置。
在公知的燃料供给装置(OE419206A1)中,在内燃机的每个燃烧室的进气区附近,设有一个喷嘴,形成燃料—空气混合体的燃料喷入各自的吸管,也就是燃烧室的进气区。此外,设有一个供气管,在该管内安装一个控制阀,该供气管在进气侧经一节流阀顺流与空气吸管的相应部分相连,并且在出气侧与各自的喷嘴的燃料射出区相通。
通过供气管,在内燃机的加热过程中,空气吹入喷嘴的燃料射出区,以促进燃料的雾化。通过供气管提供的空气由控制阀根据内燃机的转速、吸气压力、内燃机温度和/或内燃机的其他参数进行控制。
对于这种传统的内燃机,当内燃机低温起动后存在许多困难特别是碳氢化合物的有效催化作用较少被利用,对于低温(Kalt内燃机,废气质量应如此改进,以便符合将来废气极限值较低的要求。
这种现有内燃机存在不可克服的缺点,低温内燃机在高温状态工作时需供入大量的燃料,以使在燃烧室内的某一确定部分的可燃燃料—空气混合体成为蒸发燃料。因此,所喷出的燃料大部分冷凝在吸管及燃烧室的较冷的壁上,并形成壁膜。部分壁膜影响燃烧,并且特别是作为多余碳氢化合物以废气形式排出。因此在内燃机加热过程中,碳氢化合物含量增加,这点是不受人们欢迎的。
另一公知的燃料供给装置(GB2248087A)具有一具空气吸管,在该吸管内安装一个节流阀,该吸管与一总吸管相连,该吸管与一总吸管相连,各供气吸管通过该总吸管向内燃机的各燃烧室分流。在各燃烧室的进气区设置喷嘴,用该喷嘴,形成燃烧—空气混合体的燃料被喷入各吸管内。一内燃机控制装置根据通过空气吸入管的空气量及其他的内燃机量数控制燃料的喷射。
此外,内燃机控制装置设有一个中心喷嘴,该喷嘴控制燃料蒸发器,并通过节流阀顺流安装在空气吸管上,以使吸入的空气与蒸发燃料混合。
在这种公知的燃料供给装置在内燃机空载及部分负载的情况下,利用中心喷嘴构成燃料—空气混合体,在满负载时,仅利用各喷嘴完成燃料供给。
在这些公知的燃料供给装置中,喷入蒸发器中的所有燃料尽可能地被蒸发。这使得在加热过程中由内燃机所吸入的已蒸发的燃料的大部分在内燃机的低温区被冷凝,并形成不利的壁膜,该壁膜使碳氢化合物含量增加。
然而,将来对内燃机的废气排放将采取更严格的标准,当实施这种标准时,现在的在内燃机开始起动至有效地利用催化作用所产生的碳氢化合物将大幅度减小。
因此,本发明的目的是克服上述不足,避免燃料在低温内燃机起动后的加热过程中在吸管或燃烧室的壁上产生冷凝而出现壁膜。
针对上述目的本发明提供一种用于内燃机的形成燃料-空气混合体的方法,特别是在内燃机起动后在加热过程中形成燃料-空气混合体的方法,其中,供给内燃机的燃料被蒸发,并且所产生的蒸发燃料与通过至少一个吸管由内燃机吸入的空气相混合,其特征在于,内燃机仅仅供以单一燃料,此燃料由燃料喷射阀喷入至少一个吸管,并且所说的燃料蒸发在相对较低的温度下进行。
为实现上述方法,本发明还提供一种用于内燃机的燃料供给装置,特定实施上述方法,该装置具有一个总吸管,一个与该总吸管相连的空气吸管,一个安装在该空气吸管内的吸入空气计量装置,并且向每一个燃烧室供给燃料的各吸管与该总吸管相连,该燃料供给装置还具有多个燃料喷嘴,利用这些喷嘴向各自的燃烧室供料,并且还具有一个中心燃料蒸发器,该蒸发器由燃料计量装置提供燃料,其特征在于,在燃料蒸发器的蒸发区产生的蒸发燃料顺流而下与经过吸入空气计量装置的由燃烧室吸入的空气形成燃料-空气混合体。
本发明的方法具有下述优点,即易挥发的燃料在特别是低温内燃机中,几乎或者说绝不会在吸管或燃烧室的壁上产生冷凝。由于在进气区或燃烧室不出现壁膜,因此仅需要少量的燃料形成燃料空气混合体。此外,通过用本发明的方式蒸发的燃料,可以在低温内燃机中获得大量的再生燃料。特别是,在内燃机起动后在加热过程中碳氢化合物显著减少,因此可满足未来对废气排放的严格要求。
本发明的燃料供给装置的优点在于,蒸发燃料是如此与由燃烧室所吸入的空气混合的,即其向各燃烧室传递的距离缩短,并减少了形成壁膜的危险。
本发明特别的优点还在于,当在燃料蒸发器内产生的蒸发燃料通过一蒸发燃料输送装置供给燃烧室的进气区时,已蒸发燃料的再次冷凝可以被减小,并且蒸发燃料输送装置可以有非常小的上表面和很小的体积。
燃料蒸发器有利设置方式为由内燃机吸入的空气的一部分在蒸发器内流动,因此,蒸发燃料的传递被改善,并且可同时用空气冲洗燃料蒸发器。由此还改善了燃料蒸发器的燃料分送。
由于在燃料蒸发器内仅仅是燃料的易挥发成分被蒸发并且其他燃料成分通过一回流管返回到燃料箱,易挥发部分在烧料器中从燃烧中排出,因此燃料箱设置排气系统。特别是在燃料箱中的燃料应达到较高的温度,而不要求料箱排气系统。由于回流的燃料是热的,并且在内燃机加热过程中燃料蒸发器的工作时间较短以及燃料量小,一料箱加热系统可省略。
本发明的再一个优点是,可获得好的可控制的燃料—空气混合体的计量结果。另一个优点是,本发明的燃料供给装置设有一个判断系统,在该系统出现错误,如燃料蒸发器停止工作时,立即用喷嘴进行喷射。

图1表示一内燃机9的燃料供给装置,该内燃机的每一个燃烧室10设有一具喷嘴11,向喷嘴11供给的燃料被喷入导向燃烧室10的吸管13的进气区12。在进气侧,该吸管13与一总吸管14相连,该总吸管14与一空气吸管15相连。一节流阀16作为吸入空气调节装置被安装在空气吸管15内。在节流阀16附近,设置一个带有空载定位装置18的空载空气管17。
一燃料蒸发系统与空载定位装置18平行设置。该系统基本上由一个冲洗管(Spulleitung)40”、一单向阀35、一燃料蒸发器19和一个带有燃料蒸发调节装置41的蒸发燃料管40构成。
燃料从燃料箱25用一燃料泵26经一燃料过滤器27和一燃料计量装置28被送往燃料蒸发器19,该燃料计量装置28是电磁操作的可周期性工作的换向阀,但也可以是以其他相应方式工作的阀,例如节流阀或类似的阀,燃料在蒸发器19内通过设置在蒸发区30内的一电加热蒸发装置29被蒸发。没有蒸发的燃料,特别是难挥发的部分燃料通过一回流管31、32返回到燃料箱25。
因此,蒸发装置29可以是一加热平板,欲蒸发的燃料以流体膜的形式通过该加热平板,或者燃料在该加热平板上通过一个未被示出的喷嘴喷成雾状。蒸发器19的最大加热功率取决于燃料的最大流入量。
在加热过程中,通向燃料蒸发器19的燃料量借助于燃料计量装置28通过一个未被示出的电动控制装置进行电动控制。加热功率根据燃料流量,最好是根据流量比例由一电动控制装置进行控制。
为了将在与燃料过渡器27相连的燃料导管33中的燃料压力调整到一适当的值,设置一个压力极限器34,该极限器34通过一个回流管32与燃料箱25相连。
为了确保燃料不从燃料蒸发器19通过冲洗管40″经节流阀1逆流返回到空气吸管15的区域,设置一个单向止回阀35。

根据图2的燃料供给装置具有一个中心燃料蒸发器19,该未详细表示的蒸发器19与一个燃料供给及燃料回流管相连。一个蒸发燃料管40将燃料蒸发器19的出口与蒸发燃料分配管42连通,在该40内安装一个用于控制蒸发燃料中心计量的燃料蒸发调节装置41,该管40延伸至喷嘴11,并且通过喷出口43通到喷嘴11的燃料喷出区44。
根据图2所示的燃料供给装置,当内燃机起动后在加热过程时来自燃料蒸发器19的蒸发燃料通过计量所要求蒸发燃料量的燃料蒸发调节装置41、蒸发燃料管40及一个蒸发燃料管装置的蒸发燃料分配管42供给吸管13的进气区12,从这里,与吸入的空气一起进入燃烧室10。
在本发明的该实施例中,对于每个汽缸,蒸发燃料直至吸管13的进气区12被供入分开的进气管(Verrohrang),因此,在管道壁上的蒸发燃料的冷凝可以尽可能地被防止。
与图1所示实施例一样,在本实施例中燃料蒸发器19以相对较低的温度工作,即也是60-80℃,最好是70℃。因此,在加热过程中以构成燃料—空气混合体时,仅仅利用了燃料中易挥发的蒸发燃料,这样较少的燃料即可满足要求,并且碳氢化合物可以明显减少。
在加热过程结束后,燃料供给由喷嘴11接管。因此,该分开的进气管对蒸发燃料的供给是有利的,即在正常工作中不会对吸管的动力特性产生影响。
图3表示另外一种将蒸发燃料直接吸入一喷嘴11的燃料射出区44的可能方案,喷嘴11安装在壳体50内。该壳体50通过一连接套管51固定密封安装在吸管11的一开口52内,并具有一个供气管53,通过管53,空气、蒸发燃料或蒸发燃料—空气混合体经一蒸发燃料管40′供入。在喷嘴11的燃料射出区44前,在壳体50的连接套管51内安装一个气体引导及燃料雾化装置54,该装置54仅仅被示意性地表示。
蒸发燃料管40′通过一燃料蒸发调节装置41与在图3中未示出的燃料蒸发器19相连,该调节装置用于计量所要求的蒸发燃料量。在这种结构中,最好是在向喷嘴11的燃料射出区44供料的蒸发燃料管40′中,设置一个调节装置41′,该调节装置41′计量每一个燃烧室所需的蒸发燃料量,并在进气侧与中心蒸发器19相连。
因此,在蒸发器19中以未被详细描述的方法产生的蒸发燃料首先被分散到各蒸发燃料管40′中,然后,为了向每个燃烧室10提供蒸发燃料,借助于各自单独的调节装置41′,每个燃烧室10的蒸发燃料可单独计量。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于内燃机的形成燃料-空气混合体的方法,特别是在内燃机起动后在加热过程中形成燃料-空气混合体的方法,其中,供给内燃机的燃料被蒸发,并且所产生的蒸发燃料与通过至少一个吸管由内燃机吸入的空气相混合,其特征在于,内燃机(9)仅仅供以单一燃料,此燃料由燃料喷嘴(11)喷入至少一个吸管(13),并且燃料的蒸发温度在60-80℃之间。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,燃料的蒸发温度在65-75℃之间。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,燃料的蒸发温度为70℃。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一的方法,其特征在于,在1l/h到10l/h之间的较少燃料量被蒸发。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一的方法,其特征在于,未被蒸发的燃料部分返回到燃料箱(25)中。
6.根据权利要求1至3任一的方法,其特征在于,蒸发燃料被供入到每一个燃烧室(10)的进气区(12),并且被单独地计量。
7.一种用于内燃机的燃料供给装置,特定实施上述权利要求的方法之一的燃料供给装置,具有一个总吸管(14),一个与该总吸管(14)相连的空气吸管(15),一个安装在该空气吸管(15)内的吸入空气调节装置(16),并且向每一个燃烧室(10)供给燃料的各吸管(13)与该总吸管(14)相连,该燃料供给装置还具有多个燃料喷嘴(11),利用这些喷嘴向各自的燃烧室(10)供料,并且还具有一个中心燃料蒸发器(19),该蒸发器(19)由燃料计量装置(28)提供燃料,其特征在于,在燃料蒸发器(19)的蒸发区(30)产生的蒸发燃料顺流而下与经过吸入空气调节装置(16)的由燃烧室(10)吸入的空气形成燃料-空气混合体。
8.根据权利要求7的装置,其特征在于,燃料蒸发器(19)与一蒸发燃料管(40)连接,并且该蒸发燃料管(40)的末端与空气吸管(15)或总吸管(14)相连,其中,由蒸发器(19)排出的燃料蒸发量通过一个燃料蒸发调节装置(41)进行调节。
9.根据权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于,通过冲洗管(40”)提供流经燃料蒸发器(19)的蒸发区(30)的空气。
10.根据权利要求7的装置,其特征在于,蒸发器(19)的输出侧通过一蒸发燃料输送装置(40、41、42、40’、41’)与各吸管(13)相连接。
11.根据权利要求10的装置,其特征在于,蒸发燃料输送装置(40、41、42、40’、41’)具有一个蒸发燃料分配管(42),该分配管在喷嘴(11)的区域与每个吸管(13)相连接。
12.根据权利要求10的装置,其特征在于,蒸发燃料输送装置包括多个蒸发燃料管(40’),这些管与各自的燃烧室(10)相连,在喷嘴(11)的区域,其与相应的吸管(13)相连,并且包括一个调节装置(41’),以控制向每个燃烧室(10)单独供给的蒸发燃料。
13.根据权利要求12的装置,其特征在于,由电磁操纵的开关阀构成调节装置(41’)。
14.根据权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于,具有一个用作燃料计量装置的由电磁操纵的开关阀(28),由该开关阀(28)燃料周期性地供入蒸发器(19)内。
15.根据权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于,燃料蒸发器(19),通过一个回流管(31、32)与一燃料箱(25)相连。
16.根据权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于,燃料蒸发器(19)至少具有一个安装在蒸发区(30)内的加热面,在该加热面上,燃料被蒸发。
17.根据权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于,燃料蒸发器(19)的加热功率由一电动控制装置控制。
