Abstract
本发明属于化妆品眼部彩妆技术领域,具体涉及到一种含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,所述的睫毛膏主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油12‑23%、甘油5‑12%、多糖化合物15‑25%、卵磷脂8‑15%、海藻胶5‑10%、丁香油树脂2‑7%、炭黑14‑20%和水10‑20%,本发明公开的睫毛膏具有良好的粘性,而且使用后不易脱落,防水防晕染。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品眼部彩妆技术领域,具体涉及到一种含多糖化合物的睫毛膏。
背景技术
睫毛膏是涂抹于睫毛的化妆品,使睫毛浓密,纤长,卷翘,以及加深睫毛的颜色。睫毛膏的质量标准通常为安全系数高、上色好、防水不易晕染,容易溶于卸妆油,但是目前市场上流通的睫毛膏成分不安全,如果卸妆不干净极易残留在眼部,导致眼部疾病的发生,更进一步的,由于夏天出汗导致的睫毛膏晕染进入皮肤,会使眼部肌肤造成色素沉积或是眼部感染。
本领域已知一些防水的睫毛膏,但是需要进一步的改进,常见的防水睫毛膏防水原因主要是含有良好的结膜材料,但是市场上多采用的结膜材料主要是羟乙基纤维素,但是由于其对炭黑的的分散度不高,影响睫毛膏的色彩分散度,因此,选择一种良好安全的成膜材料至关重要。
公开号为CN105726355A的中国专利申请公开了一种长睫毛型睫毛膏,该睫毛膏包括含有矿脂的A组分、含有尼龙-6的B组分、含有硬脂酸己六酯的C组合、含有防腐剂的D组分以及含有丙烯酸树脂的E组分,所述睫毛膏具有浓密、自然卷翘纤长的效果,同时还具备卸妆容易、防水的优点,但是该发明所述的睫毛膏原料需要来源于矿油成分,对眼部或是皮肤毛孔容易阻塞不透气,尤其眼部较为脆弱,容易导致感染。
公告号为1372454的中国专利公开了一种含有特定多糖树脂的化妆品组合物,其中所述的至少一种多糖树脂相对于组合物总重的存在量大于或等于5%,且所述的至少一种多糖树脂和至少一种成膜剂以能有效赋予所述组合物耐转移特性的量存在,因此,该发明的化妆用和药用组合物还可以形成柔韧性好不会脱落或粉碎的薄膜。但是,所述的多糖树脂为淀粉颗粒,将其应用到睫毛膏中覆盖性差,而且影响色散的光泽。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,本发明公开的睫毛膏具有良好的粘性,而且使用后不易脱落,防水防晕染,颜色鲜亮等特点。
具体技术方案如下:
一种含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油12-23、甘油5-12%、多糖化合物15-25%、卵磷脂8-15%、海藻胶5-10%、丁香油树脂2-7%、炭黑14-20%和水10-20%。
进一步的,所述的含多糖化合物的防水睫毛膏,由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油18、甘油7%、多糖化合物20%、卵磷脂11%、海藻胶8%、丁香油树脂5%、炭黑17%和水14%。
多糖化合物主要是植物树胶,本身属于天然安全的多糖或是多糖衍生物,其在溶剂中会形成较为粘稠的液体,将其应用在睫毛膏中会吸收空气中或是汗液中的水分,不仅不会晕染,而且会形成结合水的状态,使睫毛更加色彩鲜亮。
本发明还采用了海藻胶,卵磷脂等天然成分作为乳化剂和增稠剂,不仅可以增加睫毛膏的粘性,而且会增加膏体的混合均匀性。
进一步的,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖组成。
由于黄蓍胶、阿拉伯半乳聚糖的粘性不同,因此,对其进行了进一步的优选。
进一步的,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.5-2:1组成。
进一步的,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.8:1组成。
丁香油树脂是一种天然防腐材料,不仅如此,而且还易溶于多糖化合物,增强炭黑色料的分散度。
本发明还提供了所述睫毛膏的制备方法:将所有成分加入胶体磨中进行研磨,至粒度为20-40μm,然后加入到匀质机中,混合均匀,温度为60-70℃,匀质5-10分钟,即得。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、安全性:本发明采用的所有溶剂全是纯天然成分,丁香油树脂作为纯天然的防腐剂,不仅具有良好的抗菌型,而且还易溶于多糖化合物,增强炭黑色料的分散度。
2、防水性:本发明添加的多糖化合物属于植物树胶,具有良好的成膜性,而且与海藻胶具有良好的相容性,海藻胶可以促进多糖化合物的粘性,而且与卵磷脂混合使用,增强睫毛膏的混合均匀性。
具体实施方式
本发明通过以下具体实施例作进一步的说明。本发明使用的成分均属于常规成分,其中,荷荷芭油:购于吉安市盛海天然植物油有限公司,CAS.NO.61789-91-1;海藻胶:购于郑州格贝斯食品添加剂有限公司;卵磷脂:西安瑞林生物科技有限公司;丁香油树脂:武汉远成共创科技有限公司,CAS.NO.8000-34-8;黄蓍胶:南京草本源生物科技有限公司,CAS.NO.9000-65-1;阿拉伯半乳聚糖:金锦乐化学有限公司CAS.NO.9036-66-2。
实施例1
一种含多糖化合物的防水睫毛膏,所述的睫毛膏由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油18、甘油7%、多糖化合物20%、卵磷脂11%、海藻胶8%、丁香油树脂5%、炭黑17%、水14%;
所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.8:1组成。
所述的防水睫毛膏的制备方法为:将所有成分加入胶体磨中进行研磨,至粒度为30μm,然后加入到匀质机中,混合均匀,温度为65℃,匀质8分钟,即得。
实施例2
一种含多糖化合物的防水睫毛膏,所述的睫毛膏由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油12、甘油12%、多糖化合物25%、卵磷脂8%、海藻胶10%、丁香油树脂7%、炭黑14%、水12%;
所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.5:1组成。
所述的防水睫毛膏的制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3
一种含多糖化合物的防水睫毛膏,所述的睫毛膏由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油23、甘油5%、多糖化合物15%、卵磷脂15%、海藻胶5%、丁香油树脂2%、炭黑20%、水15%;
所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比2:1组成。
所述的防水睫毛膏的制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1
一种含多糖化合物的防水睫毛膏,所述的睫毛膏由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油18、甘油7%、多糖化合物28%、卵磷脂11%、丁香油树脂5%、炭黑17%、水14%;
所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.8:1组成。
与实施例1的区别是:不添加海藻胶、增加多糖化合物的含量。
所述的防水睫毛膏的制备方法与实施例1类似。
试验例1防水性测试
试验对象:采用实施例1-3、对比例1配方制备的睫毛膏与市售睫毛膏。
试验方法:剪一缕头发0.7-1.2cm固定成睫毛形状,制作成假睫毛,将睫毛膏涂抹在上,模拟真实使用场景,3小时后,使用喷雾向假睫毛喷水,使喷头在样品正上方,每3小时喷一次,观察睫毛膏的晕染情况,具体如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,本发明实施例1-3相比对比例1来说,具有不易晕染,均匀,而且不易脱落、结块等优点,而且来源来源广泛、安全,适合眼部装饰,安全性更高。

1.一种含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,其特征在于,所述的睫毛膏主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油12-23、甘油5-12%、多糖化合物15-25%、卵磷脂8-15%、海藻胶5-10%、丁香油树脂2-7%、炭黑14-20%和水10-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,其特征在于,所述的睫毛膏由以下质量分数的成分组成:荷荷芭油18、甘油7%、多糖化合物20%、卵磷脂11%、海藻胶8%、丁香油树脂5%、炭黑17%和水14%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,其特征在于,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,其特征在于,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.5-2:1组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含多糖化合物的睫毛膏,其特征在于,所述的多糖化合物由黄蓍胶和阿拉伯半乳聚糖按质量比0.8:1组成。
