本发明公开了一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂及制备方法,所述自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂包括以下按重量比计的原料:异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物75‑85%,磺酸类衍生物2‑3%,醚酯类溶剂10‑15%,其他助剂2‑3%;本发明的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,各项指标都达到了国家标准,属于环保型聚氨酯;应用一般的预聚物生产设备即可生产,无需增加新设备,具有设备成本低、操作简单的特点,而且处理过程中不必使用大量的能源。

技术领域
本发明属于环保型的聚氨酯涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种磺酸盐型自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人类环保意识的增加,水性聚氨酯材料取代传统的溶剂型聚氨酯是必然的趋势和需要。水性聚氨酯固化剂以水为分散介质,具有少溶剂或无溶剂、无臭味、无污染、不燃、与其他乳液易掺混、有利于改性等特点,已被广泛应用于胶粘剂、涂料、纸张涂层、皮革涂饰剂等产品中。
近年来,由于保护地球的环境舆论压力与日俱增以及一些发达国家制订的消防法规及溶剂法规的出现,限制了溶剂型聚氨酯的使用,促使世界各地聚氨酯材料研究人员积极进行水性聚氨酯固化剂的开发与研究,进而水性聚氨酯的固化剂也随之产生并快速发展。
水性聚氨酯固化剂是在传统聚氨酯固化剂的基础上引入亲水基团来改善聚异氰酸酯,以使其易于在水中乳化分散,并保持一定的稳定性。其优点为不含溶剂、环保无毒、粘度低、极易分散于水性聚合物中。常用的改性方法为直接乳化法和亲水改性。直接乳化法是指聚氨酯分子中的亲水性链段或基团含量很少,不足以自乳化,或者是其链中彻底不含亲水性成分,故需要外加乳化剂,依靠外力才能获得乳液。亲水改性法是指在聚氨酯预聚体的分子链中直接引入亲水基团,或者是引入含有亲水基团的扩链剂,然后将其中和成盐,所得亲水改性聚氨酯可直接分散于水中形成稳定的聚氨酯乳液。直接乳化法具有粒径大小不等,相容性较差等缺点。故本发明采用亲水改性法合成水性聚氨酯的固化剂。目前,大部分生产水性聚氨酯固化剂都是得到较低固含、较低NCO活性基团的产品,如专利文献CN200910042107、CN201410657845、CN201210065431等。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明目的之一在于提供一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,具有设备成本低、操作简单的特点,而且处理过程中不必使用大量的试剂和能源。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,包括以下按重量比计的原料:
异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物70-90%;
磺酸类衍生物1-5%;
醚酯类溶剂0-20%;
其他助剂1-5%。
优选地,所述自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂包括以下按重量比计的原料:
异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物80-85%;
磺酸类衍生物2-3%;
醚酯类溶剂10-15%;
其他助剂2-3%。
优选地,所述异氰酸类单体包括甲苯二异氰酸酯,已二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述异氰酸酯类衍生物包括二异氰酸酯类的加成物,二异氰酸类的三聚体,二异氰酸酯类的多聚体或脂肪二异氰酸酯的缩二脲中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述磺酸类衍生物包括间一元羟基磺酸,一元羟基磺酸盐,二元羟基磺酸,二元羟基磺酸盐,多元羟基磺酸,多元羟基磺酸盐中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物包括重量比为0-20%的异氰酸酯单体和80-100%的异氰酸酯衍生物。
优选地,所述磺酸类衍生物包括重量比为80%-100%的一元羟基磺酸和0%-20%的二元羟基磺酸。
优选地,所述醚酯类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述其他助剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N,N二甲基甲酰胺,二月桂酸二丁基锡,辛酸亚锡,N,N二甲基环已胺,三亚乙基二胺,三乙胺,N,N-四甲丙二胺,三丙基胺,二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯中的一种或多种。
上述自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料;
(2)将异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物、醚醇类溶剂、其他助剂放入反应釜内,对反应釜进行加热,加热温度控制在55-60℃,在加热的过程中对反应釜内的物料进行搅拌,搅拌速度在50转/分钟,使反应釜内的物料充分反应1-4h;
(3)加入磺酸类衍生物,将温度升至70-80℃,在加热过程中对反应釜内的物料进行搅拌,使反应釜内的物料充分反应2-6h,得到均匀的溶液;
(4)停止加热,冷却降温至55-60℃,保温1-1.5h,过滤出料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主要是引入亲水基团来改善聚异氰酸酯,以使其易于在水中乳化分散,并保持一定的稳定性。其优点为少含或不含溶剂、环保无毒、粘度低、极易分散于水性聚合物中。本发明采用亲水改性法合成水性聚氨酯的固化剂。本发明无需进行任何后处理;应用一般的预聚物生产设备即可生产,无需增加新设备,具有设备成本低、操作简单的特点,而且处理过程中不必使用大量的能源。
具体实施方式
为更好理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1
一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,由以下方法制备而成:
依次在一个装有搅拌装置、温度计和通氮气保护的500mL四口烧瓶中加入384g已二异氰酸酯、3gN,N-四甲丙二胺、3g三乙胺、100g丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、0.2gβ-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯。同时开动搅拌及加热,温度控制在60℃保温2h;加入10g羟乙基磺酸,再将温度升至80℃并保温2h;然后冷却降温至60℃保温1h后过滤出料,获得产品。采用GB 24410-2009《室内装饰装修材料水性木器涂料中有害物质限量》标准检测相关项目,检测结果见下表1。

依次在一个装有搅拌装置、温度计和通氮气保护的500mL四口烧瓶中加入384g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1g二月桂酸二丁基锡、5gN,N二甲基环已胺、100g丙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、0.2gβ-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯。同时开动搅拌及加热,温度控制在60℃保温2h;加入15g氨乙基磺酸钠,再将温度升至80℃并保温2h;然后冷却降温至60℃保温1h后过滤出料,获得产品。采用GB 24410-2009《室内装饰装修材料水性木器涂料中有害物质限量》,检测结果见下表2。

一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,由以下方法制备而成:
依次在一个装有搅拌装置、温度计和通氮气保护的500mL四口烧瓶中加入384g已二异氰酸酯三聚体、3g二月桂酸二丁基锡、100g丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.2gβ-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯。同时开动搅拌及加热,温度控制在60℃保温2h;加入12g羟乙基磺酸钠,再将温度升至80℃并保温2h;然后冷却降温至60℃保温1h后过滤出料,获得产品。采用GB 24410-2009《室内装饰装修材料水性木器涂料中有害物质限量》标准检测相关项目,检测结果见下表3。

实例1-6的物理参数及成膜性能:
由实施例的物理性能数据和成膜性能,从耐碱性和耐醇说明一元羟基磺酸和二元羟基磺酸复配,或一元羟基磺酸与三元羟基磺酸复配制备得到的固化剂之后的成膜交联度提高从而导致了物理性能提高,而采用单个一元羟基磺酸制备得到的固化剂的交联度有所下降从而导致了物理性能较低。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂及制备方法,进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (7)
1.一种自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量比计的原料:
异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物70-90%;
磺酸类衍生物1-5%;
醚酯类溶剂0-20%;
其他助剂1-5%;
所述异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物包括重量比为0-20%的异氰酸酯类单体和80-100%的异氰酸酯类衍生物;
所述磺酸类衍生物包括重量比为80%的一元羟基磺酸和20%的二元羟基磺酸或三元羟基磺酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量比计的原料:
异氰酸酯类单体和或其衍生物80-85%;
磺酸类衍生物2-3%;
醚酯类溶剂10-15%;
其他助剂2-3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,所述异氰酸类单体包括甲苯二异氰酸酯,已二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯类衍生物包括二异氰酸酯类的加成物,二异氰酸类的三聚体,二异氰酸酯类的多聚体或脂肪二异氰酸酯的缩二脲中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,所述醚酯类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,所述其他助剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N,N二甲基甲酰胺,二月桂酸二丁基锡,辛酸亚锡,N,N二甲基环已胺,三亚乙基二胺,三乙胺,N,N-四甲丙二胺,三丙基胺,二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的自乳化型阴离子水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料;
(2)将异氰酸酯类单体和/或其衍生物、醚醇类溶剂、其他助剂放入反应釜内,对反应釜进行加热,加热温度控制在55-60℃,在加热的过程中对反应釜内的物料进行搅拌,搅拌速度在50转/分钟,使反应釜内的物料充分反应1-4h;
(3)加入磺酸类衍生物,将温度升至70-80℃,在加热过程中对反应釜内的物料进行搅拌,使反应釜内的物料充分反应2-6h,得到均匀的溶液;
(4)停止加热,冷却降温至55-60℃,保温1-1.5h,过滤出料。
