Abstract
本发明公开了一种传动装置,包括由电动机(1)、制动器(2)、电机座(3)、减速箱(4)、反力矩支架(5)、输出轴(6)构成,电动机的动力经过减速箱的减速传递至输出轴,实现原动力经减速加大输出扭矩的传递,制动器起到停机时快速制动的作用,反力矩支架时为限制整个传动装置的空间自由度所设,保证传动装置稳定性,本传动装置替代机车发动机使用大幅节约了运行及维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及传动装置技术领域,具体为一种传动装置。
背景技术
钢厂高炉下运输铁水车辆均由铁路机车牵引,其运行及维护成本高昂,使各钢铁厂不堪重负,本传动装置取代铁路机车的发动机由电机经过减速箱把动力传递给安装在输出轴的车轮上使机车在一定速度上行驶,大幅度节约了运行及维护成本。
发明内容
现有技术难以满足钢厂减低成本的需要,为解决上述存在问题提出了一种发明传动装置,它采用原动机(电动机)经联轴器把动力传递至减速箱,经过减速增加扭矩并传递至输出轴,实现动力传递。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括电动机、制动器、联轴器、减速箱、反力矩支架、输出轴,其中减速箱包括,左箱体、右箱体、下箱体、主动轴、主动齿轮、介轮、介轮轴、一级齿轮轴及齿轮、二级齿轮轴及齿轮、三级齿轮轴及齿轮、输出轴,另外还有轴承、油封、螺栓、螺母、弹簧垫圈等标准件及端盖、定距环、调整环、润滑系统、离合器、加热器、排气罩等附件。

结合本发明实施例中的附图,现对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整地描述。

所述1.本实施例中箱体有左箱体1和润滑油路2和排气罩3、右箱体4、螺栓螺母5、反力矩支架6、电机座7、下箱体11组合而成,在下箱体11上安装有油标8、放油螺塞9、加热装置10.
所述2.动力传送过程由电动机12产生的动力经联轴器13传递至主动轴14,在经主动轮15传递至安装在介轮轴16上的介轮17,经另一组介轮轴16介轮17传递至一级齿轮轴18并以此传递至一级齿轮19二级齿轮轴20、二级齿轮21、三级齿轮轴22、三级齿轮23最终至输出轴24完成减速传递动力增加扭矩的过程。
所述3.在各轴两段安装有轴承,定距环及端盖以便实现各齿轮轴,齿轮的精确转到与定位。
所述4.一级齿轮轴18连接有双向润滑油泵25,给全机齿轮及轴承提供润滑。
所述5.二级齿轮轴20安装有离合器26提高使用性能。
所述6.三级齿轮轴22连接编码器,提高可控性能。

Claims (6)
1.本实施例中箱体有左箱体1和润滑油路2和排气罩3、右箱体4、螺栓螺母5、反力矩支架6、电机座7、下箱体11组合而成,在下箱体11上安装有油标8、放油螺塞9、加热装置10。
2.动力传送过程由电动机12产生的动力经联轴器13传递至主动轴14,在经主动轮15传递至安装在介轮轴16上的介轮17,经另一组介轮轴16介轮17传递至一级齿轮轴18并以此传递至一级齿轮19二级齿轮轴20、二级齿轮21、三级齿轮轴22、三级齿轮23最终至输出轴24完成减速传递动力增加扭矩的过程。
