本发明公开一种机械式化铝炉,包括炉体和设置于炉体内的坩埚,所述炉体顶面与坩埚顶面平齐,所述炉体和坩埚之间形成加热腔,所述加热腔内围绕坩埚底部设有加热管,所述坩埚顶部设有与其匹配的锅盖,所述锅盖与炉体之间通过液压升降杆连接,所述锅盖顶部设有与坩埚内部连通的进料通道,所述进料通道上设有进料闸门,所述坩埚其中一外侧壁设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体的出液斗,所述出液斗靠近炉体的一端设有出料闸门,所述出液斗顶部开有滑槽,所述滑槽内通过滑块滑动连接有刮板。本发明能方便的化铝,同时将出料等机械化。

技术领域
本发明属于机械领域,具体涉及一种机械式化铝炉。
背景技术
化铝炉是铝合金生产行业常会用到的设备。目前,常见的化铝炉在化铝的过程中,随着时间的增长,常用的化铝炉的稳定性也慢慢下降,不能满足加工的需求。因此,需要一款能控制温度,并且长期保持稳定性的化铝炉。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种机械式化铝炉,能方便的化铝,同时将出料等机械化。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种机械式化铝炉,包括炉体和设置于炉体内的坩埚,所述炉体顶面与坩埚顶面平齐,所述炉体和坩埚之间形成加热腔,所述加热腔内围绕坩埚底部设有加热管,所述坩埚顶部设有与其匹配的锅盖,所述锅盖与炉体之间通过液压升降杆连接,所述锅盖顶部设有与坩埚内部连通的进料通道,所述进料通道上设有进料闸门,所述坩埚其中一外侧壁设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体的出液斗,所述出液斗靠近炉体的一端设有出料闸门,所述出液斗顶部开有滑槽,所述滑槽内通过滑块滑动连接有刮板,所述炉体其中一外侧壁与加热腔对应的位置设有与其内部连通且密封设置的检修门,所述坩埚底部设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体底部的出渣管,所述出渣管上设有阀门,所述炉体外侧壁设有驱动液压升降杆升降的气缸、驱动进料闸门和出料闸门开闭的开闭电机和驱动滑块在滑槽内滑动的滑动电机,所述炉体下表面设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱之间与出渣管对应的位置设有收纳盒。
作为优选,所述液压升降杆的其中一端设置于炉体内部。
作为优选,所述检修门与炉体铰接。
本发明的有益效果在于:将进料和出料均采用机械化的方式进行,节约人力物力。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种机械式化铝炉,包括炉体1和设置于炉体1内的坩埚2,所述炉体1顶面与坩埚2顶面平齐,所述炉体1和坩埚2之间形成加热腔3,所述加热腔3内围绕坩埚2底部设有加热管4,所述坩埚2顶部设有与其匹配的锅盖5,所述锅盖5与炉体1之间通过液压升降杆6连接,所述锅盖5顶部设有与坩埚2内部连通的进料通道7,所述进料通道7上设有进料闸门8,所述坩埚2其中一外侧壁设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体1的出液斗9,所述出液斗9靠近炉体1的一端设有出料闸门10,所述出液斗9顶部开有滑槽13,所述滑槽13内通过滑块11滑动连接有刮板12,所述炉体1其中一外侧壁与加热腔3对应的位置设有与其内部连通且密封设置的检修门14,所述坩埚2底部设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体1底部的出渣管15,所述出渣管15上设有阀门16,所述炉体1外侧壁设有驱动液压升降杆6升降的气缸17、驱动进料闸门8和出料闸门10开闭的开闭电机18和驱动滑块11在滑槽13内滑动的滑动电机19,所述炉体1下表面设有支撑柱20,所述支撑柱20之间与出渣管15对应的位置设有收纳盒21。
本实施例中,所述液压升降杆6的其中一端设置于炉体1内部。
本实施例中,所述检修门14与炉体1铰接。
化铝炉工作时,首先将液压升降杆6下移,盖紧锅盖5。通过进料通道7向坩埚2内加入铝,加热管4工作,进行化铝作业。化铝完成后,滑动电机19驱动刮板12工作,将铝液从出料斗内送出。化铝完成后,渣滓可从出渣管15排出,被收纳盒21收集。

1.一种机械式化铝炉,其特征在于:包括炉体和设置于炉体内的坩埚,所述炉体顶面与坩埚顶面平齐,所述炉体和坩埚之间形成加热腔,所述加热腔内围绕坩埚底部设有加热管,所述坩埚顶部设有与其匹配的锅盖,所述锅盖与炉体之间通过液压升降杆连接,所述锅盖顶部设有与坩埚内部连通的进料通道,所述进料通道上设有进料闸门,所述坩埚其中一外侧壁设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体的出液斗,所述出液斗靠近炉体的一端设有出料闸门,所述出液斗顶部开有滑槽,所述滑槽内通过滑块滑动连接有刮板,所述炉体其中一外侧壁与加热腔对应的位置设有与其内部连通且密封设置的检修门,所述坩埚底部设有与其内部连通且贯穿炉体底部的出渣管,所述出渣管上设有阀门,所述炉体外侧壁设有驱动液压升降杆升降的气缸、驱动进料闸门和出料闸门开闭的开闭电机和驱动滑块在滑槽内滑动的滑动电机,所述炉体下表面设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱之间与出渣管对应的位置设有收纳盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械式化铝炉,其特征在于:所述液压升降杆的其中一端设置于炉体内部。
