技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种背光模块及液晶显示器。
背景技术
随着光电与半导体技术的演进,也带动了平板显示器(FlatPanelDisplay)的蓬勃发展,而在诸多平板显示器中,液晶显示器(LiquidCrystalDisplay,简称LCD)因具有高空间利用效率、低消耗功率、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等诸多优越特性,已被应用于生产生活的各个方面。
随着液晶显示技术的发展,市场越来越追求电子设备的薄型化,例如现在的笔记本电脑、手机、平板电脑等需要液晶显示器的电子设备越做越薄,因此液晶显示器也需要越做越薄。如何提供一种薄型化的液晶显示器是目前亟需解决的一个问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种背光模块,其包括:导光板,包括入光面、第一面、第二面、第三面、出光面和反射面;其中,所述第一面与所述入光面相对,所述第二面和所述第三面彼此相对且均连接在所述入光面与所述第一面之间,所述出光面和所述反射面彼此相对且均与所述入光面、所述第一面、所述第二面和所述第三面连接;光源,邻近所述入光面设置;反射片,包括平直部及由所述平直部的第一侧弯折形成的第一弯折部;其中,所述平直部设置在所述反射面之下,所述第一弯折部与所述第一面贴合在一起。
进一步地,所述反射片还包括:由所述平直部的第二侧弯折形成的第二弯折部;其中,所述第二弯折部与所述第二面贴合在一起。
进一步地,所述反射片还包括:由所述平直部的第三侧弯折形成的第三弯折部;其中,所述第三弯折部与所述第三面贴合在一起。
进一步地,所述第一弯折部与所述第一面之间和/或所述第二弯折部与所述第二面之间和/或所述第三弯折部与所述第三面之间通过双面胶带贴合在一起。
进一步地,所述反射面上设置多个网点。
进一步地,所述平直部上设置多个与所述网点错位的双面胶带,所述平直部通过所述多个双面胶带与所述反射面贴合在一起。
进一步地,所述导光板由玻璃制成。
进一步地,所述光源为发光二极管。
进一步地,所述背光模块还包括:散热件,包括承载部及由所述承载部一侧弯折形成的安装部;其中,所述平直部邻近所述入光面的一端以及所述导光板的入光端承载于所述承载部上,以使所述安装部邻近于所述入光面,所述光源安装在所述安装部的朝向所述入光面的表面上。
本发明还提供了一种具有上述的背光模块的液晶显示器。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的背光模块,通过不使用背板而降低厚度。在本发明提供的背光模块应用于液晶显示器中时,可以大幅度减小液晶显示器的厚度,从而使液晶显示器符合当下薄型化的要求。

参照图2,导光板10为平板型导光板,但本发明并不限制于此,例如,导光板10也可为楔形导光板。导光板10包括六个面,这六个面包括四个侧面以及与这四个侧面均连接且相对设置的顶面和底面。在本实施例中,指定四个侧面之一为入光面11,与入光面11相对的侧面为第一面12,连接在入光面11和第一面12之间且彼此相对的两个侧面分别为第二面13和第三面14,顶面被指定为出光面15,底面被指定为反射面16;当然,这里的定义只作为一种示例,本发明并不限制于此。
图2是根据本发明的实施例的反射片的俯视图。
参照图2,根据本发明的实施例的反射片30包括平直部31以及由该平直部31的三侧分别弯折形成的第一弯折部32、第二弯折部33和第三弯折部34。在反射片30与导光板10组装前,可先在第一弯折部32、第二弯折部33和第三弯折部34上分别设置双面胶带70。当然,在本发明中,也可利用胶水等其他粘结剂来代替双面胶带70。此外,还可在平直部31设置多个双面胶带70,具体作用将在下面描述。
图3是根据本发明的实施例的反射片与导光板的组装立体图。
参照图3,平直部31设置在反射面16之下,而第一弯折部32、第二弯折部33和第三弯折部34分别与第一面12、第二面13和第三面14通过双面胶带70对应结合在一起。这样,可增加反射片30与导光板10的结合牢固度。当然,应理解的是,仅利用反射片30的一个弯折部与导光板10的一个侧面结合,或者利用反射片30的两个弯折部与导光板10的两个侧面对应结合,同样可以达到固定反射片30与导光板10的效果。例如,利用第一弯折部32与第一面12结合在一起;在这种情况下,反射片30可以不包括第二弯折部33和第三弯折部34。
图4是根据本发明的实施例的背光模块的结构示意图。
参照图4,根据本发明的实施例的背光模块1包括:导光板10、光源20、反射片30、散热件(或称热沉)40、胶框50及三张光学膜片60。
具体而言,散热件40整体呈“L”型,其包括:承载部41及由承载部41一侧弯折形成的安装部42。导光板10和反射片30采用图3所示的方式组装后,反射片30的平直部31的邻近入光面11的一侧以及导光板10的入光端(即具有入光面11的端部)依次承载于承载部41上。这样,可以使安装部42邻近入光面11。
光源20可以是发光二极管LED,但本发明并不限制于此。光源20设置于安装部42的朝向入光面11的表面上,以使光源20邻近于入光面11。
三张光学膜片60沿着远离出光面15的方向依次设置在出光面15上,以改善由出光面15出射的光线。应当理解的是,本发明中的光学膜片60的数量并不以三张为限,其可根据实际情况设定。
胶框50设置在三张光学膜片60之上。胶框50与散热件40固定结合,从而将三张光学膜片60以及导光板10、光源20、反射片30固定在胶框50和散热件40之间。
进一步地,在本实施例中,反射面16上设置若干网点80;其中,网点80的形状在本实施例中并不作具体限定。当反射片30的平直部31与反射面16相对设置时,可通过平直部31上设置的多个双面胶带70与反射面16贴合,从而更进一步地提高反射片30与导光板10的结合牢固度。这里,需要说明的是,平直部31上的双面胶带70与网点80错位设置。
在本实施例中,导光板10由透明的玻璃制成。由于玻璃的强度远大于PMMA或MS等材料的强度,因此根据本发明的实施例的背光模块1可不包括背板,仅利用导光板10的强度来支撑。这样,与现有技术相比,当背光模块1不包括背板时,其与液晶面板组装后形成的液晶显示器的厚度会大大降低,符合了当下液晶显示器薄型化的要求。
图5是根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器的结构示意图。
参照图5,根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器包括:液晶面板2以及与该液晶面板2相对设置的上述的背光模块1;其中,该背光模块1提供均匀的面光源给液晶面板2,以使液晶面板2借由该均匀的面光源显示影像。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括:
导光板(10),包括入光面(11)、第一面(12)、第二面(13)、第三面(14)、出光面(15)和反射面(16);其中,所述第一面(12)与所述入光面(11)相对,所述第二面(13)和所述第三面(14)彼此相对且均连接在所述入光面(11)与所述第一面(12)之间,所述出光面(15)和所述反射面(16)彼此相对且均与所述入光面(11)、所述第一面(12)、所述第二面(13)和所述第三面(14)连接;
光源(20),邻近所述入光面(11)设置;
反射片(30),包括平直部(31)及由所述平直部(31)的第一侧弯折形成的第一弯折部(32);
其中,所述平直部(31)设置在所述反射面(16)之下,所述第一弯折部(32)与所述第一面(12)贴合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述反射片(30)还包括:由所述平直部(31)的第二侧弯折形成的第二弯折部(33);其中,所述第二弯折部(33)与所述第二面(13)贴合在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述反射片(30)还包括:由所述平直部(31)的第三侧弯折形成的第三弯折部(34);其中,所述第三弯折部(34)与所述第三面(14)贴合在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述第一弯折部(32)与所述第一面(12)之间和/或所述第二弯折部(33)与所述第二面(13)之间和/或所述第三弯折部(34)与所述第三面(14)之间通过双面胶带(70)贴合在一起。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述反射面(16)上设置多个网点(80)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述平直部(31)上设置多个与所述网点(80)错位的双面胶带(70),所述平直部(31)通过所述多个双面胶带(70)与所述反射面(16)贴合在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述导光板(10)由玻璃制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述光源(20)为发光二极管。
9.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述背光模块还包括:
散热件(40),包括承载部(41)及由所述承载部(41)一侧弯折形成的安装部(42);
其中,所述平直部(31)邻近所述入光面(11)的一端以及所述导光板(10)的入光端承载于所述承载部(41)上,以使所述安装部(42)邻近于所述入光面(11),所述光源(20)安装在所述安装部(42)的朝向所述入光面(11)的表面上。
10.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的背光模块。
