Claims (9)
- 주면을 갖는 몰드프레임;상기 몰드프레임에 접합되는 PCB; 및상기 PCB 상에 실장되는 LED들을 포함하며,상기 PCB는 상기 주면과 마주하는 대응면을 갖되, 상기 대응면은 상기 LED들이 실장된 면의 반대면이고,상기 주면과 상기 대응면은 서로에 정합되는 굴곡면들을 포함하되,상기 주면의 굴곡면 및 상기 대응면의 굴곡면은 각각 교대로 배치된 양각과 음각을 포함하고,상기 주면의 양각은 상기 대응면의 상기 음각에 끼워지고, 상기 대응면의 양각은 상기 주면 음각에 끼워지고,상기 주면 및 대응면의 양각은 상부 폭이 하부 폭보다 큰 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 주면과 상기 대응면 사이에는 열전달 물질이 개재되는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 열전달 물질은 열전도성의 접착 시트, 접착 페이스트 또는 그리스(grease)인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 주면 및 상기 대응면의 상기 양각과 음각 중 적어도 하나는 톱니 형상을 갖는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 주면의 상기 양각과 상기 음각은 상기 대응면의 상기 음각과 상기 양각 각각에서 서로 마주한 채, 서로 맞물려 고정되는 형태를 갖는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 주면 및 상기 대응면의 상기 양각과 상기 음각 중 적어도 하나는 탄성적인 변형에 의해 맞물리는 후크 구조를 갖는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 주면 및 상기 대응면의 상기 양각과 상기 음각은 스냅 버튼 구조로 결합되는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 주면 및 상기 대응면의 상기 양각과 음각은 상부 폭이 하부 폭보다 크게 정해지는 백라이트 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 몰드프레임은 상기 PCB와 결합되는 일부면에 금속 재질을 포함하는 백라이트 모듈.
