Abstract
本发明提供一种量子点显示装置及其制作方法。本发明的量子点显示装置,彩色滤光层上具有精细的量子点图形,从而使得显示装置具有较高的解析度、色饱和度及色域,且结构合理,使得其制作工艺简单;本发明的量子点显示装置的制作方法,借由现有彩色滤光片的涂布、曝光、显影等制程将含有表面修饰的红色、绿色量子点树脂组合物制作得到较为精细的量子点图形,进而制得解析度、色饱和度及色域高的量子点显示装置,该方法原料制备及制作工艺简单,材料浪费少,生产成本低,适用于大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种量子点显示装置及其制作方法。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。如:液晶电视、移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等,在平板显示领域中占主导地位。
液晶显示器的工作原理是在薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor ArraySubstrate,TFT Array Substrate)与彩色滤光片基板(Color Filter Substrate,CFSubstrate)之间灌入液晶分子,并在两片基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
随着显示技术的不断发展,人们对显示装置的显示质量要求也越来越高。量子点(Quantum Dots,QDs)通常是由Ⅱ-Ⅵ、或Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的球形半导体纳米微粒,粒径一般在几纳米至数十纳米之间。量子点材料由于量子限域效应的存在,原本连续的能带变成分立的能级结构,受外界激发后可发射可见光。量子点材料由于其发光峰具有较小的半高宽且发光颜色可通过量子点材料的尺寸、结构或成分进行简易调节,因此,将其应用在显示装置中可有效地提升显示装置的色饱和度与色域。
现有量子点显示装置在制作量子点图形时,通常首先将量子点材料对应地与红色、绿色、及蓝色彩色光刻胶混合,然后进行曝光、显影形成含有量子点的图形,再继续制作下偏光层、配向层得到彩色滤光片基板,最后将该彩色滤光片基板与阵列基板配对成盒制得量子点显示装置,但是此种方法需事先将红色、绿色、蓝色量子点分别与红色、绿色、及蓝色彩色光刻胶混合,过程较为繁琐,而且将量子点在彩色光刻胶中分散均匀也存在很大难度。除上述方法以外,还可以通过转印、网印等方法来制作量子点图形,但此类方法材料浪费严重,制程重复性不佳,且制得的量子点图形精细度较差,难以获得大尺寸、高解析度的显示装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种量子点显示装置,具有精细的量子点图形,从而使得显示装置具有较高的的解析度、色饱和度及色域。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,能够制备出精细的量子点图形,且该方法原料制备及制作工艺简单,材料浪费少,生产成本低,适用于大批量生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明首先提供了一种量子点显示装置,包括:彩膜基板、与所述彩膜基板相对设置的阵列基板、设于所述彩膜基板下方的蓝光背光模组、及夹设于所述彩膜基板与阵列基板之间的液晶层;
所述彩膜基板包括:下基板、设于所述下基板上的彩色滤光层与黑色矩阵、设于所述彩色滤光层上的下偏光层、设于所述下偏光层上的下配向层;
所述彩色滤光层包括数个呈阵列排列的子像素区域,所述数个子像素区域通过黑色矩阵间隔开,所述子像素区域包括:红色子像素区域、绿色子像素区域、及蓝色子像素区域;
所述红色子像素区域包括:设于所述下基板上的第一量子点树脂组合物层、及设于所述第一量子点树脂组合物层上的红色光阻层;所述绿色子像素区域包括:设于所述下基板上的第二量子点树脂组合物层、及设于所述第二量子点树脂组合物层上的绿色光阻层;
所述蓝色子像素区域内、及各子像素区域之间均填充有有机透明光阻,所述有机透明光阻具有保护与平坦所述彩色滤光层的作用。
所述阵列基板包括:上基板、设于所述上基板面向下基板一侧的上配向层、及设于所述上基板上的上偏光层;所述上偏光层设于所述上基板背向下基板的一侧上,或者设于所述上基板与所述配向层之间。
所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层均由量子点树脂组合物经固化后得到,所述量子点树脂组合物包含表面修饰的红色量子点、表面修饰的绿色量子点、碱可溶性树脂、溶剂、及分散剂。
所述表面修饰的红色量子点和表面修饰的绿色量子点的材料为:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、及Ⅳ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料中的一种或多种的组合;
所述碱可溶性树脂包含苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物或芳香酸(甲基)丙烯酸半酯;
所述溶剂包含甲酸、乙酸、氯仿、丙酮、丁酮、脂肪醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇二乙醚乙酸乙酯、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、单甲基醚乙二醇酯、γ-丁内酯、丙酸-3-乙醚乙酯、丁基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、醋酸酯、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单甲基醚醋酸酯、环己烷、二甲苯、和异丙醇中的一种或多种;
所述分散剂为酰胺类聚合物、改性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯酸酯、或有机硅表面活性剂。
所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层的厚度为1um-200um。
本发明还提供一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供一下基板,在所述下基板上制作黑色矩阵;
步骤2、在所述所述黑色矩阵之间的下基板上涂布量子点树脂组合物,预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物的下基板,去除量子点树脂组合物中的有机溶剂;
步骤3、在所述量子点树脂组合物及黑色矩阵上涂布红色光阻,通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的红色光阻及量子点树脂组合物,烘烤,得到包括红色光阻层及设于红色光阻层下方的第一量子点树脂组合物层的红色子像素区域;
步骤4、在所述黑色矩阵之间的下基板上再次涂布量子点树脂组合物,预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物的下基板,去除量子点树脂组合物中的有机溶剂;
步骤5、在所述量子点树脂组合物及黑色矩阵上涂布绿色光阻,通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的绿色光阻及量子点树脂组合物,烘烤、得到包括绿色光阻层及设于绿色光阻层下方的第二量子点树脂组合物层的绿色子像素区域;
步骤6、在所述下基板及黑色矩阵上涂布有机透明光阻,形成蓝色子像素区域,至此形成彩色滤光层;
步骤7、在所述彩色滤光层上设置下偏光层、在所述下偏光层上形成下配向层,形成彩膜基板;
步骤8、提供阵列基板,将所述彩膜基板与阵列基板对组,灌入液晶,形成液晶层,在所述彩膜基板下方设置蓝光背光模组,量子点显示装置的制作完成。
所述阵列基板包括:上基板、设于所述上基板面向下基板一侧的上配向层、及设于所述上基板上的上偏光层;所述上偏光层设于所述上基板背向下基板的一侧上,或者设于所述上基板与所述配向层之间。
所述步骤2及步骤4中,所述量子点树脂组合物包含表面修饰的红色量子点、表面修饰的绿色量子点、碱可溶性树脂、溶剂、及分散剂。
所述表面修饰的红色量子点和表面修饰的绿色量子点的材料为:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、及Ⅳ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料中的一种或多种的组合;
所述碱可溶性树脂包含苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物或芳香酸(甲基)丙烯酸半酯;

所述步骤2及步骤4中涂布的量子点树脂组合物的厚度为1um-200um,预烘烤的温度为100℃-150℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种量子点显示装置,其彩色滤光层包括红色子像素区域、绿色子像素区域、及蓝色子像素区域,所述红色子像素区域包括第一量子点树脂组合物层、及红色光阻层,所述绿色子像素区域包括第二量子点树脂组合物层、及绿色光阻层,所述蓝色子像素区域内填充有有机透明光阻,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层中混合有表面修饰的红色量子点、及表面修饰的绿色量子点,在蓝光背光模组的激发下,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层会发出半高宽很窄的红、绿混合光,该混合光随后经过红色、绿色光阻后被分别过滤成红色与绿色单色光,而蓝光背光模组发出的蓝色单色光直接通过有机透明光阻,进而实现彩色滤光层的功能,通过加入量子点技术,能够增加显示装置的色饱和度及色域,且上述结构的量子点显示装置,制作简单方便。本发明还提供一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,该方法借由现有彩色滤光片的涂布、曝光、显影等制程将含有表面修饰的红色、绿色量子点树脂组合物制作得到较为精细的量子点图形,进而制得解析度、色饱和度及色域高的量子点显示装置,该方法原料制备及制作工艺简单,材料浪费少,生产成本低,适用于大批量生产。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图9,本发明首先提供一种量子点显示装置,包括:彩膜基板1、与所述彩膜基板1相对设置的阵列基板2、设于所述彩膜基板1下方的蓝光背光模组4、及夹设于所述彩膜基板1与阵列基板2之间的液晶层3;
所述彩膜基板1包括:下基板11、设于所述下基板11上的彩色滤光层13与黑色矩阵12、设于所述彩色滤光层13上的下偏光层14、设于所述下偏光层14上的下配向层15;
所述彩色滤光层13包括数个呈阵列排列的子像素区域,所述数个子像素区域通过黑色矩阵12间隔开,所述子像素区域包括:红色子像素区域、绿色子像素区域、及蓝色子像素区域131、132、133;
所述红色子像素区域131包括:设于所述下基板11上的第一量子点树脂组合物层1311、及设于所述第一量子点树脂组合物层1311上的红色光阻层1312;所述绿色子像素区域132包括:设于所述下基板11上的第二量子点树脂组合物层1321、及设于所述第二量子点树脂组合物层1321上的绿色光阻层1322;
所述蓝色子像素区域133内、及各子像素区域之间均填充有有机透明光阻1331。
具体地,所述阵列基板2包括:上基板21、设于所述上基板21面向下基板11一侧的上配向层22、及设于所述上基板21上的上偏光层23。所述上基板21及下基板11均为透明基板,优选玻璃基板。所述下偏光层14为染料系偏光片等,采用内置式;所述上偏光层23采用内置式或外置式均可,即所述上偏光层23可设于所述上基板21背向下基板11的一侧上,也可设于所述上基板21与所述配向层22之间,其偏振方向与下偏光层14的偏振方向垂直。
进一步的,所述蓝光背光模组4发出蓝色单色光,该蓝色单色光激发所述红色子像素区域131、及绿色子像素区域132内的第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层1311、1321发出红、绿混合光,该红、绿混合光经由红色光阻层1312及绿色光阻层1322过滤后发出红色单色光及绿色单色光,而蓝色子像素区域133内填充的为有机透明光阻1331,所述蓝光背光模组4发出蓝色单色光直接通过该有机透明光阻1331发射蓝色单色光;此外,该有机透明光阻1331不仅填充在蓝色子像素区域133,还填充于各子像素区域之间,具有平坦层及保护层的作用。
具体地,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层1311、1321均由量子点树脂组合物经固化后得到,所述量子点树脂组合物包含表面修饰的红色量子点、表面修饰的绿色量子点、碱可溶性树脂、溶剂、及分散剂,并由上述组成按比例均匀混合得到。
其中,所述表面修饰的红色量子点和表面修饰的绿色量子点的材料为:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料(例如:硫化镉(CdS)、硒化镉(CdSe)、碲化汞(HgTe)、硫化锌(ZnS)、硒化锌(ZnSe)、碲化锌(ZnTe)、硫化汞(HgS)等)、Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料(例如:磷化铟(InP)、砷化铟(InAs)、磷化镓(GaP)、砷化镓(GaAs)等)、及Ⅳ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料中的一种或多种的组合。
所述碱可溶性树脂包含苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物或芳香酸(甲基)丙烯酸半酯。所述溶剂包含甲酸、乙酸、氯仿、丙酮、丁酮、脂肪醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇二乙醚乙酸乙酯、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、单甲基醚乙二醇酯、γ-丁内酯、丙酸-3-乙醚乙酯、丁基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、醋酸酯、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单甲基醚醋酸酯、环己烷、二甲苯、和异丙醇中的一种或多种;
所述分散剂可以从酰胺类聚合物、改性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯酸酯、及有机硅表面活性剂中进行选择;
另外,为了改善量子点树脂组合物的性能,如改善量子点树脂组合物的流平性、显影性等,还可根据具体用途在量子点树脂组合物中添加相应的添加剂,也可选择不添加。
具体的,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层1311、1321的厚度为1um-200um。
请参阅图10,本发明还提供一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、请参阅图1,提供一下基板11,在所述下基板11上制作黑色矩阵12。
具体的,所述下基板11为透明基板,优选玻璃基板,所述黑色矩阵12的材料为金属材料或树脂型材料。
步骤2、请参阅图2,在所述黑色矩阵12之间的下基板11上涂布量子点树脂组合物30,预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物的下基板11,去除量子点树脂组合物30中的有机溶剂;
具体地,通过旋涂法(Spin)或狭缝涂布(Slit coating)的方法涂布所述量子点树脂组合物30,厚度为1um-200um,预烘烤温度为100℃-150℃。
具体地,所述量子点树脂组合物30包含表面修饰的红色量子点、表面修饰的绿色量子点、碱可溶性树脂、溶剂、及分散剂,并由上述组成按比例均匀混合得到。
其中,所述表面修饰的红色量子点和表面修饰的绿色量子点的材料为:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料(例如:硫化镉(CdS)、硒化镉(CdSe)、碲化汞(HgTe)、硫化锌(ZnS)、硒化锌(ZnSe)、碲化锌(ZnTe)、硫化汞(HgS)等)、Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料(例如:磷化铟(InP)、砷化铟(InAs)、磷化镓(GaP)、砷化镓(GaAs)等)、及Ⅳ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料中的一种或多种的组合。
所述碱可溶性树脂包含苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物或芳香酸(甲基)丙烯酸半酯。所述溶剂包含甲酸、乙酸、氯仿、丙酮、丁酮、脂肪醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇二乙醚乙酸乙酯、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、单甲基醚乙二醇酯、γ-丁内酯、丙酸-3-乙醚乙酯、丁基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、醋酸酯、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单甲基醚醋酸酯、环己烷、二甲苯、和异丙醇中的一种或多种;
所述分散剂可以从酰胺类聚合物、改性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯酸酯、及有机硅表面活性剂中进行选择;
另外,为了改善量子点树脂组合物的性能,如改善量子点树脂组合物的流平性、显影性等,可根据具体用途在量子点树脂组合物中添加相应的添加剂,也可选择不添加。
步骤3、请参阅图3-图4,在所述量子点树脂组合物30及黑色矩阵12上涂布红色光阻40,通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的红色光阻40及量子点树脂组合物30,烘烤形成包括红色光阻层1312及设于红色光阻层1312下方的第一量子点树脂组合物层1311的红色子像素区域131;
如图3所述,采用UV光照射红色子像素区域131内的红色光阻及量子点树脂组合物,使得红色光阻40在光起始剂的作用下单体分子(monomer)发生聚合反应,从而在显影时不会被显影液洗掉,以形成红色子像素区域131;而没有被UV光照射到的红色光阻40中的单体分子未能在光起始剂的作用下发生聚合反应,因此在显影过程中该部分的红色光阻40及下面的量子点树脂组合物30会被显影液清洗掉,基于上述原理通过相应的光罩控制UV光的照射范围即可实现红色子像素区域131的制作。
步骤4、请参阅图5,在所述黑色矩阵12之间的下基板11上再次涂布量子点树脂组合物30,预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物30的下基板11,去除量子点树脂组合物30中的有机溶剂。
步骤5、请参阅图6-图7,在所述量子点树脂组合物30及黑色矩阵12上涂布绿色光阻50,通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的绿色光阻50及量子点树脂组合物30,烘烤形成包括绿色光阻层1322及设于绿色光阻层1322下方的第二量子点树脂组合物层1321的绿色子像素区域132。
步骤6、请参阅图8,在所述下基板11及黑色矩阵12上涂布有机透明光阻1331,形成蓝色子像素区域133,至此形成彩色滤光层13。
所述有机透明光阻1331有机透明光阻1331不仅填充在蓝色子像素区域133内,还填充于各子像素区域之间,具有平坦层及保护层的作用。
步骤7、请参阅图9,在所述彩色滤光层13上设置下偏光层14、在所述下偏光层14上形成下配向层15,形成彩膜基板1。
具体地,所述所述下偏光层14采用内置式的偏光片,优选染料系偏光片。
步骤8、提供阵列基板1,将所述彩膜基板1与阵列基板2对组,灌入液晶,形成液晶层3,在所述彩膜基板1下方设置蓝光背光模组4,量子点显示装置的制作完成。
具体地,所述阵列基板2包括:上基板21、设于所述上基板21面向下基板11一侧的上配向层22、及设于所述上基板21上的上偏光层23。所述上偏光层23采用内置式或外置式均可,即所述上偏光层23可设于所述上基板21背向下基板11的一侧上,也可设于所述上基板21与所述配向层22之间,其偏振方向与下偏光层14的偏振方向垂直。
所述蓝光背光模组4发出蓝色单色光,该蓝色单色光激发所述红色子像素区域131、及绿色子像素区域132内的第一、第二量子点树脂组合物层1311、1321发出红、绿混合光,该红、绿混合光经由红色光阻层1312及绿色光阻层1322过滤后发出红色单色光及绿色单色光,而蓝色子像素区域133内填充的为有机透明光阻1331,所述蓝光背光模组4发出蓝色单色光直接通过该有机透明光阻1331发射蓝色单色光。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种量子点显示装置,其彩色滤光层包括红色子像素区域、绿色子像素区域、及蓝色子像素区域,所述红色子像素区域包括第一量子点树脂组合物层、及红色光阻层,所述绿色子像素区域包括第二量子点树脂组合物层、及绿色光阻层,所述蓝色子像素区域内填充有有机透明光阻,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层中混合有表面修饰的红色量子点、及表面修饰的绿色量子点,在蓝光背光模组的激发下,所述第一、及第二量子点树脂组合物层会发出半高宽很窄的红、绿混合光,该混合光随后经过红色、绿色光阻后被分别过滤成红色与绿色单色光,而蓝光背光模组发出的蓝色单色光直接通过有机透明光阻,进而实现彩色滤光层的功能,通过加入量子点技术,能够增加显示装置的色饱和度及色域,且上述结构的量子点显示装置,制作简单方便。本发明还提供一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,该方法借由现有彩色滤光片的涂布、曝光、显影等制程将含有表面修饰的红色、绿色量子点树脂组合物制作得到较为精细的量子点图形,进而制得解析度、色饱和度及色域高的量子点显示装置,该方法原料制备及制作工艺简单,材料浪费少,生产成本低,适用于大批量生产。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种量子点显示装置的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供一下基板(11),在所述下基板(11)上制作黑色矩阵(12);
步骤2、在所述黑色矩阵(12)之间的下基板(11)上涂布量子点树脂组合物(30),预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物(30)的下基板(11),去除量子点树脂组合物(30)中的有机溶剂;
步骤3、在所述量子点树脂组合物(30)及黑色矩阵(12)上涂布红色光阻(40),通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的红色光阻(40)及量子点树脂组合物(30),烘烤,得到包括红色光阻层(1312)及设于红色光阻层(1312)下方的第一量子点树脂组合物层(1311)的红色子像素区域(131);
步骤4、在所述黑色矩阵(12)之间的下基板(11)上再次涂布量子点树脂组合物(30),预烘烤该涂有量子点树脂组合物(30)的下基板(11),去除量子点树脂组合物(30)中的有机溶剂;
步骤5、在所述量子点树脂组合物(30)及黑色矩阵(12)上涂布绿色光阻(50),通过预烘烤、曝光、及显影制程去除多余的绿色光阻(50)及量子点树脂组合物(30),烘烤,得到包括绿色光阻层(1322)及设于绿色光阻层(1322)下方的第二量子点树脂组合物层(1321)的绿色子像素区域(132);
步骤6、在所述下基板(11)及黑色矩阵(12)上涂布有机透明光阻(1331),形成蓝色子像素区域(133),至此形成彩色滤光层(13);
步骤7、在所述彩色滤光层(13)上设置下偏光层(14)、在所述下偏光层(14)上形成下配向层(15),形成彩膜基板(1);
步骤8、提供阵列基板(2),将所述彩膜基板(1)与阵列基板(2)对组,灌入液晶,形成液晶层(3),在所述彩膜基板(1)下方设置蓝光背光模组(4),量子点显示装置的制作完成。
2.如权利要求1所述的量子点显示装置的制作方法,其特征在于,所述阵列基板(2)包括:上基板(21)、设于所述上基板(21)面向下基板(11)一侧的上配向层(22)、及设于所述上基板(21)上的上偏光层(23);所述上偏光层(23)设于所述上基板(21)背向下基板(11)的一侧上,或者设于所述上基板(21)与所述配向层(22)之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的量子点显示装置的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2及步骤4中,所述量子点树脂组合物(30)包含表面修饰的红色量子点、表面修饰的绿色量子点、碱可溶性树脂、溶剂、及分散剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的量子点显示装置的制作方法,其特征在于,所述表面修饰的红色量子点和表面修饰的绿色量子点的材料为:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料、及Ⅳ-Ⅵ族元素组成的纳米半导体材料中的一种或多种的组合;
所述碱可溶性树脂包含苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物或芳香酸(甲基)丙烯酸半酯;
所述溶剂包含甲酸、乙酸、氯仿、丙酮、丁酮、脂肪醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇二乙醚乙酸乙酯、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、单甲基醚乙二醇酯、γ-丁内酯、丙酸-3-乙醚乙酯、丁基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、醋酸酯、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单甲基醚醋酸酯、环己烷、二甲苯、和异丙醇中的一种或多种;
所述分散剂为酰胺类聚合物、改性聚氨酯、改性聚丙烯酸酯、或有机硅表面活性剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的量子点显示装置的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2及步骤4中涂布的量子点树脂组合物(30)的厚度为1um-200um,预烘烤的温度为100℃-150℃。
