Claims (20)
- 광학부재;
상기 광학부재의 상측에 배치된 표시패널;
상기 광학부재의 하측에 배치되며 제1 색광을 상기 광학부재에 제공하는 복수개의 발광유닛들; 및
상기 복수개의 발광유닛들, 상기 광학부재, 및 상기 표시패널을 수용하는 보호부재를 포함하고,
상기 광학부재는,
두께 방향에서 마주하는 상면 및 하면을 포함하고, 평면 상에서 상기 복수개의 발광유닛들에 중첩하는 유리기판; 및
상기 상면 및 상기 하면 중 어느 한 면 상에만 접촉하며, 상기 제1 색광을 제2 색광과 제3 색광으로 변환하는 양자점층을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 색광은 410nm 내지 480nm 파장을 갖는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유리기판의 상기 하면에는 상기 유리기판의 상기 상면을 향하여 오목한 오목패턴들이 정의된 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유리기판의 상기 상면에는 산란패턴들이 정의된 표시장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 유리기판의 상기 산란패턴들에 접촉하고, 평탄면을 제공하는 패시베이션층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 발광유닛들 각각은 회로기판 및 상기 회로기판 상에 실장된 복수개의 발광소자들을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 발광유닛들 상에 배치되고, 상기 복수개의 발광소자들에 대응하는 복수개의 개구부들이 정의된 반사시트를 더 포함하고,
상기 반사시트는 상기 제1 색광을 반사시키는 청색 컬러를 갖는 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 발광소자들은 독립적으로 온-오프되는 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판은 외면을 정의하는 보호층을 포함하고, 상기 보호층은 청색 컬러를 갖는 표시장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 보호부재는 상기 복수개의 발광유닛들을 지지하는 제1 보호부재 및 상기 제1 보호부재와 결합되는 제2 보호부재를 포함하고,
상기 제1 보호부재는 바닥부 및 측벽부을 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 발광유닛들의 상기 회로기판은 상기 바닥부를 실질적으로 완전히 커버하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 상면 또는 상기 하면 상에 직접 배치되고, 베이스 수지층 및 상기 베이스 수지층에 혼합된 산란입자들을 포함하는 산란층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 산란입자들은 TiO2, SiO2, ZnO, Al2O3, BaSO4, CaCO3, 또는 ZrO2를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 산란입자들은 2 이상의 굴절률을 갖고, 직경이 150nm 내지 400nm인 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 상면 또는 상기 하면 상에 직접 배치되고, 상기 제2 색광과 상기 제3 색광을 차단하는 제1 필터를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 필터는
복수개의 제1 층들; 및
상기 복수개의 제1 층들과 교번하게 배치된 복수개의 제2 층들을 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 제1 층들의 굴절율은 1.4 내지 1.6 이고,
상기 복수개의 제2 층들의 굴절율은 1.9 내지 2.1이고,
연속 적층된 하나의 제1 층과 하나의 제2 층은 유닛층으로 정의되고,
상기 제1 필터는 6개 내지 15개의 유닛층을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 상면 상에 직접 배치되고, 상기 제1 색광을 차단하는 제2 필터를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 필터는
복수개의 제1 층들; 및
상기 복수개의 제1 층들과 교번하게 배치된 복수개의 제2 층들을 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 제1 층들의 굴절율은 1.4 내지 1.6 이고,
상기 복수개의 제2 층들의 굴절율은 1.9 내지 2.1 이고,
연속 적층된 하나의 제1 층과 하나의 제2 층은 유닛층으로 정의되고,
상기 제2 필터는 1개 내지 5개의 유닛층을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 필터 상에 직접 배치되고, 베이스 수지층 및 상기 베이스 수지층에 혼합된 산란입자들을 포함하는 산란층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 광학부재;
상기 광학부재의 상측에 배치된 표시패널; 및
상기 광학부재의 하측에 배치되며 제1 색광을 상기 광학부재에 제공하는 복수개의 발광유닛들을 포함하고,
상기 광학부재는,
두께 방향에서 마주하는 상면 및 하면을 포함하고, 평면 상에서 상기 복수개의 발광유닛들에 중첩하는 유리기판;
상기 상면 및 상기 하면 중 상기 상면 상에만 접촉하고, 상기 제1 색광으로부터 제2 색광과 제3 색광을 생성하는 양자점층;
상기 양자점층과 상기 유리기판 사이에 배치되고, 컷 오프 파장이 500nm 내지 550nm인 숏패스 필터; 및
상기 양자점층과 상기 유리기판 사이에 배치되고, 산란입자들을 포함하는 산란층을 포함하는 표시장치. - 광학부재;
상기 광학부재의 상측에 배치된 표시패널; 및
상기 광학부재의 하측에 배치되며 제1 색광을 상기 광학부재에 제공하는 복수개의 발광유닛들을 포함하고,
상기 광학부재는,
두께 방향에서 마주하는 상면 및 하면을 포함하고, 평면 상에서 상기 복수개의 발광유닛들에 중첩하는 유리기판;
상기 상면 및 상기 하면 중 상기 상면 상에만 접촉하고, 상기 제1 색광으로부터 제2 색광과 제3 색광을 생성하는 양자점층;
상기 양자점층과 상기 유리기판 사이에 배치되고, 컷 오프 파장이 500nm 내지 550nm인 숏패스 필터; 및
상기 양자점층 상에 직접 배치되고, 컷 온 파장이 465nm 내지 485 nm인 롱패스 필터를 포함하는 표시장치.
