背景技术
糖尿病是一组胰岛素分泌缺陷或胰岛素作用障碍所致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。对糖尿病患者来说,是不可随意吃糖,因为吸收糖后会极易引起血糖的迅速升高,使受损的胰岛B细胞不堪重负,加重病情。所以对于糖尿病患者的食物需要进行特殊处理,尽量除去过多的糖分,以确保其食物中含有的糖分在安全范围值内。
大豆油是从豆科大豆种子中获得的油脂,具有丰富的营养价值,是当今世界产量最大的食用油。大豆油脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸 6-8%、油酸 25-36%、 硬脂酸 3-5%、 亚油酸% 52-65%、 花生酸 0.4-0.1%、 亚麻酸 2.0-3.0%。大豆油中含有大量的亚油酸。亚油酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,具有重要的生理功能。幼儿缺乏亚油酸,皮肤变得干燥,鳞屑增厚,发育生长迟缓;老年人缺乏亚油酸,会引起白内障及心脑血管病变。但是大豆毛油有豆腥味,直接服用口感不好。
大豆油是最为常见的食品原料之一,但其如果直接将其给糖尿病患者食用,将会导致糖尿病患者血糖高,引起各种病症的发作。所以,必须先将大豆油进行预处理,以使大豆油中的糖分维持糖尿病患者的安全范围值内。目前尚未见低糖大豆油乳剂产品的报导。

A成分、B成分、C成分的组成及重量百分含量如下:
A成分
大豆油20-30%,硬脂酸酯 5-10%,卵磷脂5-20%;
B成分
人参提取液5%-15%;苦荞麦提取液5-20%;吐温80 5-15%,甘油 5-15%,去离子水 10-30%;
C成分
香精 0.4%,防腐剂 0.4%;
所述的人参提取液通过以下方法制备:称取人参20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可;所述的苦荞麦提取液通过以下方法制备:称取苦荞麦20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可。
根据权利要求1所述的低糖大豆油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为食用香精。
根据权利要求1所述的低糖大豆油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、苯扎溴铵、桂皮油、薄荷油中的一种或多种。
本发明中:
硬脂酸酯:它在耐热性、粘度等方面较多元醇脂肪酸酯高,耐水解好,具有很强的乳化性能,不仅可配制油包水型(W/O)(一般HLB≤6),也可配制成水包油型(O/W)(一般HLB≥7)及W/O/W或O/W/O型乳化剂,具特殊的稳定性,其热稳定性和降粘性很强,聚甘油酯的HLB值广泛,能降低水的表面张力,形成胶束,具有去污、乳化、分散、洗涤、湿润、渗透、扩散、起泡、抗氧、粘度调节、杀菌、防止老化、抗静电、防止晶析等多功能,本身安全、无毒、对人体无毒。它自乳化性能好,能单独使用也能和其它乳化剂复配使用。
卵磷脂:HLB值为4,存在于蛋黄及黄豆中的成份,适合作为熟龄肌滋润使用,具有保湿、抗氧化等作用,常用于眼霜、乳液、乳霜等化妆品中。
吐温-80为非离子型亲水性表面活性剂,微有特臭、味微苦、略涩,有温热感。在水、乙醇、甲醇或醋酸乙酯中易溶,在矿物油中极微溶解。用作注射剂的增溶剂及其他剂型的乳化剂和分散剂。
苦荞麦属蓼科双子叶植物,俗称苦荞,其种植起源于亚洲东北部,是我国最古老的栽培作物之一。荞麦的生长期短,适应能力强,可以在雨水较少、土地贫瘠的山区种植。植物学上主要有苦荞麦和甜荞麦两种栽培品种。苦荞麦油中的脂肪含有9种脂肪酸,其中油酸和亚油酸占80%左右,丰富的亚油酸在人体内能合成花生四烯酸,是合成前列腺素和脑神经的重要成分,具有降低血脂,改变胆固醇中脂肪酸的类型作用,促进酶的催化,据国外报导,亚油酸还有助于治疗糖尿病。
人参是多年生草本植物,别称是黄参、地精、百草之王,属五加科植物。人参的人参的肉质根为著名强壮滋补药,适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。《神农本草经》是现存最早的中药学专著,记载着中国4000年前就已经形成的人参药用的精髓:“人参,味甘微寒,主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。久服,轻身延年。一名人衔,一名鬼盖。生山谷。”人参对正常血糖及因注射肾上腺素和高渗葡萄糖引起的高血糖病均有抑制作用。对雄性大鼠的四氧嘧啶性糖尿病,有控制血糖水平的作用,但不能阻止其发病和死亡。对小鼠的四氧嘧啶糖尿病,亦有效果。对狗实验性糖尿病高血糖,有一定的抑制作用,但不能完全纠正其代谢障碍。亦有报告指出,人参的不同皂甙单体都能对抗肾上腺素和胰高血糖素的作用而增强胰岛素对糖代谢的影响。
本发明的中草药对大豆油的作用是起到乳化、增稠剂和稳定剂的作用;同时增加了大豆油的营养成分和功效。本发明低糖大豆油乳剂可以防治高血压、高血糖、高血脂,具有生物利用度高、使用方便之特点。低糖大豆油乳剂有效地解决了大豆油不能饮用的问题,增加了大豆油的用途,方便糖尿病病人使用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
低糖大豆油乳剂生产方法:
分别将大豆油20%,硬脂酸酯 5%,卵磷脂5%和人参提取液10%;苦荞麦提取液10%;吐温80 5%,甘油 10%,去离子水 20%;加热至50-90℃,将大豆油20%,硬脂酸酯 5%,卵磷脂5%成分加入到人参提取液10%;苦荞麦提取液10%;吐温80 5%,甘油 10%,去离子水 20%中,搅拌30分钟,将其自然冷却到30℃后,加入食用香精 0.4%,山梨酸 0.4%,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液。
该乳剂加工工艺简便,原料来源广泛,提取溶剂可回收再利用,成本低廉,完全可以实施产业化生产。

Claims (3)
1.低糖大豆油乳剂其特征在于:分别将A成分和B成分加热至50-90℃,将A成分加入到B成分中,搅拌25-40分钟,将其自然冷却到25-40℃后,加入C成分,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液;A成分、B成分、C成分的组成及重量百分含量如下:
A成分
大豆油20-30%,硬脂酸酯 5-10%,卵磷脂5-20%;
B成分
人参提取液5%-15%;苦荞麦提取液5-20%;吐温80 5-15%,甘油 5-15%,去离子水 10-30%;
C成分
香精 0.4%,防腐剂 0.4%;
所述的人参提取液通过以下方法制备:称取黄芪20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可;所述的苦荞麦提取液通过以下方法制备:称取苦荞麦20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低糖大豆油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为食用香精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低糖大豆油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、苯扎溴铵、桂皮油、薄荷油中的一种或多种。
