本发明涉及一种低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂及制备方法,属于现代农业技术领域,即分别将A成分和B成分加热至50-90℃,将A成分加入到B成分中,搅拌25-40分钟,将其自然冷却到25-40℃后,加入C成分,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液;本发明与现有技术相比,提供了一种使用乳化剂和中草药联合乳化瓜蒌籽油的技术方法,不仅开发了瓜蒌籽油新用途,同时也增加了低糖瓜蒌籽油的营养成分和降压降脂、降糖的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂的配方及其制备方法,属于技术领域:二、生物与新医药技术,(七)现代农业技术,4、农产品精深加工与现代储运:农林产品及特种资源增值加工。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组胰岛素分泌缺陷或胰岛素作用障碍所致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。对糖尿病患者来说,是不可随意吃糖,因为吸收糖后会极易引起血糖的迅速升高,使受损的胰岛B细胞不堪重负,加重病情。所以对于糖尿病患者的食物需要进行特殊处理,尽量除去过多的糖分,以确保其食物中含有的糖分在安全范围值内。
瓜蒌籽油是从葫芦科瓜蒌籽种子中获得的油脂,具有丰富的营养价值,是安庆特色的食用油。瓜蒌籽油含不饱和脂肪酸16.8%,蛋白质5.46%,并含17种氨基酸,三萜皂苷,多种维生素以及钙、铁、锌、硒等16种微量元素。食用瓜蒌籽,有扩张心脏冠脉,增加冠脉流量作用;对急性心肌缺氧有明显的保护作用;对离体绒癌细胞增殖和艾滋病毒具有强烈的抑制作用;对糖尿病有一定的治疗作用;对高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇有辅助疗效;能提高肌体免疫功能;并有瘦身美容之功效。《本草纲目》卷十八载:瓜蒌 “润肺燥、降火、治咳嗽、涤痰结、止消渴、利大便、消痈肿疮毒”。
瓜蒌籽油是最为常见的食品原料之一,但其如果直接将其给糖尿病患者食用,将会导致糖尿病患者血糖高,引起各种病症的发作。所以,必须先将瓜蒌籽油进行预处理,以使瓜蒌籽油中的糖分维持糖尿病患者的安全范围值内。目前尚未见低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂产品的报导。
发明内容
本发明之目的是提供一种低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂的配方及其制备方法,可以防治高血压、高血糖、高血脂,具有生物利用度高、使用方便之特点。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂,包括如下制备方法:
分别将A成分和B成分加热至50-90℃,将A成分加入到B成分中,搅拌25-40分钟,将其自然冷却到25-40℃后,加入C成分,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液;
A成分、B成分、C成分的组成及重量百分含量如下:
A成分
瓜蒌籽油20-30%,硬脂酸酯 5-10%,卵磷脂5-20%;
B成分
枸杞子提取液5%-15%;苦荞麦提取液5-20%;吐温80 5-15%,甘油 5-15%,去离子水 10-30%;
C成分
香精 0.4%,防腐剂 0.4%;
所述的枸杞子提取液通过以下方法制备:称取枸杞子20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可;所述的苦荞麦提取液通过以下方法制备:称取苦荞麦20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可。
根据权利要求1所述的低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为食用香精。
根据权利要求1所述的低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、苯扎溴铵、桂皮油、薄荷油中的一种或多种。
本发明中:
硬脂酸酯:它在耐热性、粘度等方面较多元醇脂肪酸酯高,耐水解好,具有很强的乳化性能,不仅可配制油包水型(W/O)(一般HLB≤6),也可配制成水包油型(O/W)(一般HLB≥7)及W/O/W或O/W/O型乳化剂,具特殊的稳定性,其热稳定性和降粘性很强,聚甘油酯的HLB值广泛,能降低水的表面张力,形成胶束,具有去污、乳化、分散、洗涤、湿润、渗透、扩散、起泡、抗氧、粘度调节、杀菌、防止老化、抗静电、防止晶析等多功能,本身安全、无毒、对人体无毒。它自乳化性能好,能单独使用也能和其它乳化剂复配使用。
卵磷脂:HLB值为4,存在于蛋黄及黄豆中的成份,适合作为熟龄肌滋润使用,具有保湿、抗氧化等作用,常用于眼霜、乳液、乳霜等化妆品中。
吐温-80为非离子型亲水性表面活性剂,微有特臭、味微苦、略涩,有温热感。在水、乙醇、甲醇或醋酸乙酯中易溶,在矿物油中极微溶解。用作注射剂的增溶剂及其他剂型的乳化剂和分散剂。
苦荞麦属蓼科双子叶植物,俗称苦荞,其种植起源于亚洲东北部,是我国最古老的栽培作物之一。荞麦的生长期短,适应能力强,可以在雨水较少、土地贫瘠的山区种植。植物学上主要有苦荞麦和甜荞麦两种栽培品种。苦荞麦油中的脂肪含有9种脂肪酸,其中油酸和亚油酸占80%左右,丰富的亚油酸在人体内能合成花生四烯酸,是合成前列腺素和脑神经的重要成分,具有降低血脂,改变胆固醇中脂肪酸的类型作用,促进酶的催化,据国外报导,亚油酸还有助于治疗糖尿病。
枸杞子,为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实。具有多种保健功效,是卫生部批准的药食两用食物,适量食用有益健康。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养物质,故有明目之功,俗称“明眼子”。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏化和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。并且,枸杞子从诗经“集于苞杞”时起,便用于医药,迄今已有3000余年的历史,自古就有晋朝葛洪单用枸杞子捣汁滴目,治疗眼科疾患的故事。枸杞子之名始见于《神农本草经》,并列为上品,千百年来深受人们的喜爱。《神农本草经》记载:“枸杞久服能坚筋骨、耐寒暑,轻身不老,乃中药中之上品。”《本草纲目》记载 “枸杞子甘平而润,性滋补……能补肾、润肺、生精、益气,此乃平补之药。”枸杞多糖能明显增强受损胰岛细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,这表明枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用。枸杞提取物可显著而持久降低大鼠血糖,增加糖耐量,且毒性较小。枸杞子浸膏6g/kg,腹腔注射,可使兔血糖2-3小时内降低13%左右,以后逐渐恢复。有人认为其降血糖作用乃由于其中含有胍的衍生物。
本发明的中草药对瓜蒌籽油的作用是起到乳化、增稠剂和稳定剂的作用;同时增加了瓜蒌籽油的营养成分和功效。本发明低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂可以防治高血压、高血糖、高血脂,具有生物利用度高、使用方便之特点。低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂有效地解决了瓜蒌籽油不能饮用的问题,增加了瓜蒌籽油的用途,方便糖尿病病人使用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂生产方法:
分别将瓜蒌籽油20%,硬脂酸酯 5%,卵磷脂5%和枸杞子提取液10%;苦荞麦提取液10%;吐温80 5%,甘油 10%,去离子水 20%;加热至50-90℃,将瓜蒌籽油20%,硬脂酸酯 5%,卵磷脂5%成分加入到枸杞子提取液10%;苦荞麦提取液10%;吐温80 5%,甘油 10%,去离子水 20%中,搅拌30分钟,将其自然冷却到30℃后,加入食用香精 0.4%,山梨酸 0.4%,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液。
该乳剂加工工艺简便,原料来源广泛,提取溶剂可回收再利用,成本低廉,完全可以实施产业化生产。

Claims (3)
1.低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂其特征在于:分别将A成分和B成分加热至50-90℃,将A成分加入到B成分中,搅拌25-40分钟,将其自然冷却到25-40℃后,加入C成分,进行搅拌混合,再冷却至室温,获得均一的乳状液;A成分、B成分、C成分的组成及重量百分含量如下:
A成分
瓜蒌籽油20-30%,硬脂酸酯 5-10%,卵磷脂5-20%;
B成分
枸杞子提取液5%-15%;苦荞麦提取液5-20%;吐温80 5-15%,甘油 5-15%,去离子水 10-30%;
C成分
香精 0.4%,防腐剂 0.4%;
所述的枸杞子提取液通过以下方法制备:称取枸杞子20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可;所述的苦荞麦提取液通过以下方法制备:称取苦荞麦20克,加10倍重量水浸泡24小时,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液;将滤渣加入8倍重量水,在80℃煎煮30分钟,过滤得滤液,重复操作2次;合并3次滤液,滤液用活性炭过滤去除颜色,浓缩至100ml,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为食用香精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低糖瓜蒌籽油乳剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、苯扎溴铵、桂皮油、薄荷油中的一种或多种。
