本发明公开了一种耐低温水性铝银浆,其特征是由下述重量份的原料组成:微米级片状铝粉40-60,高岭土2-4,滑石粉1-2,正硅酸乙酯10-12,羟乙基脲1-2,丙二醇1-2,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.2-0.4,油酸三乙醇胺0.1-0.2,肌醇六磷酸酯0.2-0.4,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵4-6,羧甲基纤维素6-8,硼砂0.2-0.4,醋酸钠0.2-0.4,助剂8-10。本发明的铝银浆具有良好的耐低温防冻性能和抗老化性能,且具有良好的水性体系分散性和涂层粘附性,能适应寒冷地区的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属颜料领域,具体涉及一种耐低温水性铝银浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝银浆主要由铝粉、溶剂、助剂构成,经过特殊加工工艺和表面处理的颜料,铝片表面光洁平整,与涂料体系匹配性优良,具有优异的光反射能力和金属光泽,漆膜具有 “随角异色效应”,装饰效果美观。
随着工业化的发展和环境的恶化,保护环境已经成为全人类共同面对的课题。传统溶剂型铝银浆含有大量VOC(挥发性有机物),在涂装过程中挥发到大气中,对大气环境造成污染。因此,水性铝银浆代替溶剂型产品已经成为新的趋势。然而铝粉在水性体系中容易发生化学反应,因此,铝粉的表面处理至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涂层粘附性能好、相容性高的耐低温水性铝银浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐低温水性铝银浆,其由下述重量份的原料制成:
微米级片状铝粉40-60,高岭土2-4,滑石粉1-2,正硅酸乙酯10-12,羟乙基脲1-2,丙二醇1-2,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.2-0.4,油酸三乙醇胺0.1-0.2,肌醇六磷酸酯0.2-0.4,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵4-6,羧甲基纤维素6-8,硼砂0.2-0.4,醋酸钠0.2-0.4,助剂8-10;
助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
明胶1-2,钠基蒙脱土1-2,司盘80 0.2-0.4,柠檬酸0.4-0.6,椰油酰基谷氨酸钠0.05-0.1,葡萄糖酸钠0.2-0.4,水20-40;
助剂的制备方法:
将明胶、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸钠加入水中,60-80℃、800-1000r/min搅拌至完全溶解,加入司盘80、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠和钠基蒙脱土,40-60℃、1200-1500r/min搅拌15-30min,过滤后将滤饼真空干燥,研磨至1000-1500目,即得。
一种耐低温水性铝银浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以1-2滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)在反应容器中加入适量0.5-1%碳酸钠溶液,加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵500-600r/min搅拌5-15min,再加入(1)中处理后的铝粉,同样转速下搅拌5-10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量0.5-1%碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素,500-600r/min搅拌5-10min,再加入高岭土、滑石粉、羟乙基脲和丙二醇同样转速下搅拌10-20min,过滤;
(3)在容器中加入(2)中得到的滤饼以及其余原料,于室温条件下400-600r/min搅拌15-30min后真空干燥,即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过配方和工艺的改进,使铝银浆具有良好的耐低温防冻性能和抗老化性能,能适应寒冷地区涂料的需要;
2. 通过表面修饰,在铝粉表面双层包覆二氧化硅和羧甲基纤维素,使铝粉在水性涂料体系中具有高分散性,且涂层粘附性好,涂装效果好。

本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种耐低温水性铝银浆,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
微米级片状铝粉50,高岭土3,滑石粉1.5,正硅酸乙酯11,羟乙基脲1.5,丙二醇1.5,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3,油酸三乙醇胺0.15,肌醇六磷酸酯0.3,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵5,羧甲基纤维素7,硼砂0.3,醋酸钠0.3,助剂9;
其中,助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
明胶1.5,钠基蒙脱土1.5,司盘80 0.3,柠檬酸0.5,椰油酰基谷氨酸钠0.08,葡萄糖酸钠0.3,水30;
助剂的制备方法:
将明胶、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸钠加入水中,80℃、800r/min搅拌至完全溶解,加入司盘80、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠和钠基蒙脱土,60℃、1500r/min搅拌15min,过滤后将滤饼真空干燥,研磨至1000目,即得。
耐低温水性铝银浆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5h后,以1滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40℃反应8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)在反应容器中加入适量1%碳酸钠溶液,加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵600r/min搅拌5min,再加入(1)中处理后的铝粉,同样转速下搅拌10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量1%碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素,600r/min搅拌5min,再加入高岭土、滑石粉、羟乙基脲和丙二醇同样转速下搅拌10min,过滤;
(3)在容器中加入(2)中得到的滤饼以及其余原料,于室温条件下400r/min搅拌30min后真空干燥,即得。
经检验,本实施例的铝银浆具有高白亮度、高遮盖力,与水性涂料体系相容性好、涂层粘附性好,涂膜表面平整。

微米级片状铝粉40-60,高岭土2-4,滑石粉1-2,正硅酸乙酯10-12,羟乙基脲1-2,丙二醇1-2,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.2-0.4,油酸三乙醇胺0.1-0.2,肌醇六磷酸酯0.2-0.4,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵4-6,羧甲基纤维素6-8,硼砂0.2-0.4,醋酸钠0.2-0.4,助剂8-10;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
明胶1-2,钠基蒙脱土1-2,司盘80 0.2-0.4,柠檬酸0.4-0.6,椰油酰基谷氨酸钠0.05-0.1,葡萄糖酸钠0.2-0.4,水20-40;
所述助剂的制备方法是:
将明胶、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸钠加入水中,60-80℃、800-1000r/min搅拌至完全溶解,加入司盘80、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠和钠基蒙脱土,40-60℃、1200-1500r/min搅拌15-30min,过滤后将滤饼真空干燥,研磨至1000-1500目,即得。

(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以1-2滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)在反应容器中加入适量0.5-1%碳酸钠溶液,加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵500-600r/min搅拌5-15min,再加入(1)中处理后的铝粉,同样转速下搅拌5-10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量0.5-1%碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素,500-600r/min搅拌5-10min,再加入高岭土、滑石粉、羟乙基脲和丙二醇同样转速下搅拌10-20min,过滤;
(3)在容器中加入(2)中得到的滤饼以及其余原料,于室温条件下400-600r/min搅拌15-30min后真空干燥,即得。
