本发明公开了一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料组成:微米级的片状铜金粉30-40,正硅酸乙酯6-8,硅烷偶联剂KH-550?0.3-0.5,重晶石粉0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂A-151?0.1-0.2,石油磺酸钠0.3-0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.1-0.2,尼泊金乙酯0.01-0.02,叔丁基对苯二酚0.01-0.02,橄榄油2-4,樟脑油1-2,乙酸乙酯4-8,复合助剂1-2。本发明的铜金粉颜料具有良好的防腐蚀性,能有效延缓铜金粉的腐蚀,与树脂的相容性好,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属颜料领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属颜料是具有片状形态的金属粒子,其作用在于以装饰或特殊工艺性能为目标或特征而赋予制品以一种金属色外观。金属颜料的用途可大致分为表面涂层(涂料、油墨、粉末涂料等)和塑料。在这些用途中,利用了金属颜料共有的特性:高金属光泽、高遮盖力和能形成平滑薄层涂膜。铝粉、铜金粉和锌粉是目前应用最广泛的金属颜料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料,其由下述重量份的原料制成:
微米级的片状铜金粉40-50,正硅酸乙酯6-8,硅烷偶联剂KH-5500.3-0.5,重晶石粉0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.1-0.2,石油磺酸钠0.3-0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.1-0.2,尼泊金乙酯0.01-0.02,叔丁基对苯二酚0.01-0.02,橄榄油2-4,樟脑油1-2,乙酸乙酯4-8,复合助剂1-2;
复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙30-40,纳米二氧化硅5-10,钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1,白矿油1-2,亚麻籽油1-2,太古油0.5-1,没食子酸丙酯0.5-1;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅加入适量水,混合均匀后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,60-80℃充分搅拌0.5-1h,干燥后加入白矿油、亚麻籽油、没食子酸丙酯和太古油的混合液,110-130℃充分搅拌0.5-1h,即得。
一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级的片状铜金粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以1-2滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)在反应容器中加入(1)中处理后的铜金粉、重晶石粉和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,60-80℃加热搅拌回流反应3-6h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,再加入橄榄油、叔丁基对苯二酚和适量甲苯,30-40℃搅拌反应1-2h,离心后多次洗涤,真空干燥;
(3)与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,取出后真空干燥即得。
本发明的优点是:
1.通过配方与工艺的改进,使铜金粉颜料具有良好的防腐蚀性,能有效延缓铜金粉的腐蚀。
2.通过铜金粉的表面改性,提升了铜金粉颜料的疏水性和在树脂中的分散性能,与树脂的相容性好,实用性强。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
微米级的片状铜金粉45,正硅酸乙酯7,硅烷偶联剂KH-5500.4,重晶石粉0.8,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.15,石油磺酸钠0.4,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.15,尼泊金乙酯0.015,叔丁基对苯二酚0.015,橄榄油3,樟脑油1.5,乙酸乙酯6,复合助剂1.5;
其中,复合助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙35,纳米二氧化硅8,钛酸酯偶联剂0.8,白矿油1.5,亚麻籽油1.5,太古油0.8,没食子酸丙酯0.8;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅加入适量水,混合均匀后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,80℃充分搅拌0.5h,干燥后加入白矿油、亚麻籽油、没食子酸丙酯和太古油的混合液,120℃充分搅拌0.5h,即得。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级的片状铜金粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5h后,以1滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40℃反应8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)在反应容器中加入(1)中处理后的铜金粉、重晶石粉和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,80℃加热搅拌回流反应3h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,再加入橄榄油、叔丁基对苯二酚和适量甲苯,35℃搅拌反应2h,离心后多次洗涤,真空干燥;
(3)与其余原料混合后60℃搅拌1h,取出后真空干燥即得。
经检验,本实施例的铜金粉颜料具有良好的装饰性、分散性和较高的耐腐蚀性。
Claims (2)
1.一种防腐蚀铜金粉颜料,其特征在于其由下述重量份的原料制成:
微米级的片状铜金粉40-50,正硅酸乙酯6-8,硅烷偶联剂KH-5500.3-0.5,重晶石粉0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.1-0.2,石油磺酸钠0.3-0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.1-0.2,尼泊金乙酯0.01-0.02,叔丁基对苯二酚0.01-0.02,橄榄油2-4,樟脑油1-2,乙酸乙酯4-8,复合助剂1-2;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙30-40,纳米二氧化硅5-10,钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1,白矿油1-2,亚麻籽油1-2,太古油0.5-1,没食子酸丙酯0.5-1;
所述复合助剂的制备方法是:
将纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅加入适量水,混合均匀后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,60-80℃充分搅拌0.5-1h,干燥后加入白矿油、亚麻籽油、没食子酸丙酯和太古油的混合液,110-130℃充分搅拌0.5-1h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀铜金粉颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(2)在反应容器中加入(1)中处理后的铜金粉、重晶石粉和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,60-80℃加热搅拌回流反应3-6h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,再加入橄榄油、叔丁基对苯二酚和适量甲苯,30-40℃搅拌反应1-2h,离心后多次洗涤,真空干燥;
(3)与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,取出后真空干燥即得。
