技术领域

背景技术
在基于扭力弹簧的已知的注射装置诸如卷紧笔中,使用者通常通过旋转常设置于注射装置端部处的剂量设置构件来张紧扭力弹簧。因此由使用者在剂量设置期间施加的旋转力积聚于扭力弹簧中以在后来释放。

发明内容

因此,在第一方面,本发明涉及一种用于多次注射可设置剂量的液体药物的一种自动的基于扭力弹簧的注射装置中的向上拨动/向下拨动机构。这种注射装置包括一种对于可旋转的剂量设置元件加以牢固固定的外壳,使用者可以利用可旋转的剂量设置元件来设置待注射的剂量大小。

“剂量指示器套筒”优选地表示圆柱形中空元件,略微类似于衬衣的袖子,带有标记,向注射笔的使用者指示选定剂量大小。“标记”表示合并任何类型的印刷或以其它方式提供的符号,例如雕刻或粘附的符号。
结合注射装置使用术语“自动”表示注射装置能执行注射而无需注射装置的使用者在定量期间递送排出药物所需的力。力通常由自动器件(诸如电动马达或弹簧)自动递送。弹簧通常在剂量设置期间由使用者张紧,然而这种弹簧通常被预张紧以避免递送很小剂量的问题。替代地,弹簧可以由制造商完全预加载有足以通过多个剂量而排空整个药物筒的预载。通常,使用者启动一种闩锁机构(例如在注射装置上呈按钮形式)以在执行注射时释放积聚于弹簧中的力。

具体实施方式
当在下文中使用诸如“上部”与“下部”,“右”与“左”,“水平”和“竖直”,“顺时针”和“逆时针”、或类似相对表述的术语时,它们仅参考附图且未必参考实际使用情形。图示附图是示意性表示,因此,不同结构的配置以及其相对尺寸预期只是用于说明目的。
在上下文中,可以方便地定义为附图中术语“远端”意在指代包括环形元件10的向上拨动、向下拨动机构的端部,而术语“近端”意在指代背向环形元件10的相反端部。
在图1至图5中公开了从WO 2010/046394已知的现有技术向下拨动机构。
其包括三个部分:固定元件或环10;剂量设置元件或棘轮管20;以及,复位管40。
如在图3中可以看出,构成驱动机构的一部分的环10在其外表面上具有多个接合器件,诸如翅片11,利用这些接合器件,环10不可旋转地联接到注射装置的未图示的外壳上。环10可以替代地以多种不同方式附连到外壳上,然而如在下文中所解释,环形元件10必须能相对于外壳在轴向滑动以便释放积聚于扭力弹簧中的扭矩。
未图示的扭力弹簧在一端处牢固固定到棘轮管20并且在另一端处牢固固定到外壳使得每当在向上拨动方向上旋转棘轮管20(参看图2)时拧紧该扭力弹簧。棘轮管20被布置成使得当使用者设置待递送的剂量时其遵循剂量设置构件的旋转。
在其内表面上,环10具备多个齿12,这些齿12在一个方向上具有陡边缘13并且在相反方向上具有倾斜边缘14使得防止棘轮管20的棘轮臂21在一个方向上旋转但允许在相反方向上旋转。这在图2中最佳地看出。
在图4中详细地公开的棘轮管20在其远端上具有圆形部分,圆形部分具有装配到环10内侧的周围外表面22。这个外表面22具备圆形凹部23,圆形凹部23与环10上的类似圆形元件15接合使得环10和棘轮管20在轴向方向锁定到彼此但可以相对于彼此旋转。
周围外表面22具备柔性棘轮臂21,柔性棘轮臂21终止于陡表面24。棘轮臂21在其周围表面上具备指向外的突起25。陡表面24的一部分还合并了突起25。突起25还具备倾斜表面26,倾斜表面26向下至棘轮臂21倾斜,如在图2中最佳地看出。
一旦如在图2中所公开那样使棘轮管20与环10接合,棘轮臂21的陡表面24接合着在环10上的陡边缘13使得棘轮管20可以仅在一个方向(其在图2中为在顺时针方向)上相对于环10旋转。
每当棘轮管20在如图2中的“向上拨动”箭头所示的顺时针方向上旋转时(从近端位置观察),扭力弹簧被张紧并且通过在棘轮臂21的陡表面24与环10上的齿12的陡边缘13之间的接合而被保持在这种张紧位置。
以此方式,使用者可以张紧扭力弹簧并且由此通过相对于环10在顺时针方向上旋转棘轮管20来设置剂量,并且所描述的接合24、13使得扭力弹簧不能使棘轮管20往回旋转。
为了提供使用者向下拨动设置剂量的可能性,提供复位管40。关于图5,复位管40具备延伸部分41,延伸部分41具有指向前的复位元件42,复位元件42沿循所述延伸部分41的周围。在其近端处,复位管40具备用于接合一种剂量设置按钮的器件47。替代地,剂量设置按钮可以与复位管40一体。
一旦组装了注射装置,复位管40装配于棘轮管20内侧使得复位元件42位于棘轮臂21上方,如在图1和图2中所描绘。在此位置,在棘轮管20与复位管40之间的轴向接合由复位管40的突起43牢固固定,复位管40的突起43接合于棘轮管20的前表面29前方。
复位管40的延伸部分41还具备在顺时针方向上的第一表面44和在逆时针方向上的第二表面45。另外,复位元件42具备在逆时针方向上的复位表面46。
第一表面44接合了在棘轮管20上的类似的向上拨动表面57使得复位管40在顺时针方向(例如,在图2中)上的旋转直接地被变换到棘轮管20,表示当使用者在顺时针方向上拨动复位管40以设置一定剂量时,棘轮管20遵循这种旋转并且相对于环10旋转。
第二表面45接合弹簧元件58,在顺时针方向上推压复位管40,而复位元件42的复位表面46接合棘轮臂21的突起25的倾斜表面26。
当如上文所解释那样设置一定剂量时,使用者旋转复位管40,这种旋转传递到棘轮管20,同样允许棘轮管20相对于环10在顺时针方向上旋转,从而张紧扭力弹簧。
当使用者后悔设置的剂量并且想要减小设置的剂量时,通过在逆时针方向上旋转复位管40来这样做。通过这样做(如图2所描绘),复位结构46被压靠在凸起25的倾斜表面26上,这将陡表面24拉出,脱离与齿12的陡边缘13的接合。这允许扭力弹簧被释放并且在积聚于扭力弹簧的扭矩的影响下在逆时针方向上快速驱使棘轮管20。由于储存于扭力弹簧中的扭矩大小,棘轮管20将比复位管40更快移动,由此突起25的倾斜表面26将不再具有复位表面46搁置于其上的压力并且柔性棘轮臂21将挠曲到其初始位置并且陡表面24将接合前一齿12的前一陡边缘13。通过复位管40的继续逆时针旋转,陡表面24将以持续移动从齿12移动到齿12从而递增地降低在扭力弹簧中所储存的扭矩。
一旦获得正确设置,储存在扭力弹簧中的扭矩通过在轴向移动所述环10脱离与外壳的接合而释放,由此扭力弹簧在逆时针方向上往回旋转所有三个元件10、20、40。在环10的轴向移动中,其移动成与驱动器接合,然后驱动器随着其它元件10、20、40一起旋转以向前驱动所述系统的活塞杆。
为了使棘轮管20的和因此棘轮臂21的向下拨动移动平稳进行,棘轮管20具备用于在棘轮管20与环10之间形成一种受控制的摩擦的器件。这些摩擦器件优选地被设置为接合着齿10的多个摩擦齿30,如在图6和图9中所描绘。
如在图8和图9中可以看出,与棘轮管20的圆形凹部23接合着的环10的圆形元件15具备凸轮曲线16。这个凸轮曲线16由摩擦齿30接合,摩擦齿30设置于棘轮管20的圆形凹部23中。
棘轮管20在其外表面上具备多个轴向伸展的凸脊31。这些脊31接合着设置于一种剂量指示器套筒50内壁上的多个类似凹槽51,该指示器套筒50具有印刷于其表面上的标记用于示出设置剂量的大小,如在注射装置中公知的那样。
剂量指示器套筒50优选地具备螺纹52,螺纹52接合着外壳中的类似螺纹,即螺旋轨道,使得剂量指示器套筒50在旋转时螺旋地移动。
为了防止这种剂量指示器套筒50在旋转期间发出碰撞声,棘轮管20还具备多个柔性腿32,柔性腿31压靠在标度转筒50的内表面上。这些腿在图6中最佳地看出。
另外,额外腿53可以设置于剂量指示器套筒50上并且抵接棘轮管20。这些腿可以作为腿32的替代提供于棘轮管20上或者它们可以作为腿32的补充提供。
每当扭力弹簧在向下拨动方向上移动棘轮管20时,摩擦齿30使得这种旋转移动略微较慢,这在使用者向下拨动所述设置剂量时向使用者提供更柔软的感觉,同时柔性腿32阻尼/抑制标度转筒50发出的碰撞声。替代地,一组柔性臂53可以设置于压靠在棘轮管20的外表面上的标度转筒50上。
摩擦齿30在它们抵靠环元件10的凸轮曲线16滑动时提供摩擦,然而摩擦阻尼可以以替代方式提供。
在前文示出中示出了某些优选实施例,但应强调的是本发明并不限于这些实施例,而是可在下面的权利要求所限定的主题内以其它方式来实施。必须特别地指出的是摩擦器件和防碰撞声器件可以同时设置到同一自动的基于扭力弹簧的注射装置上或者它们可以个别地施加到这些注射装置。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于自动的基于扭力弹簧的注射装置的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,所述注射装置用于多次注射液体药物的可设置和可调整的剂量大小,所述注射装置包括扭力弹簧,当通过相对于外壳在第一方向上旋转一种剂量设置元件而设置一定剂量时扭力弹簧张紧,并且当在与所述第一方向相反的第二方向上旋转所述剂量设置元件时所述扭力弹簧放松,所述向上拨动/向下拨动机构包括:
至少一个棘轮臂(21),其布置成当设置一定剂量时遵循所述剂量设置元件在所述第一方向上的旋转,
带齿元件(10),其克服所述扭力弹簧的偏压而牢固固定所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)使得所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)与所述带齿元件(10)的齿(12)的接合防止所述扭力弹簧退绕,并且其中所述剂量设置元件在所述第一方向上的旋转将所述棘轮臂(21)从一个齿(12)移动到所述带齿元件(10)的后面的齿(12),以及
所述剂量设置元件在降低所述设置剂量的第二方向上的旋转启动所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)以使所述带齿元件(10)的所述齿(12)脱离且从而允许所述扭力弹簧在第二方向上移动所述棘轮臂(21)到前一齿(12)使得积聚于所述扭力弹簧中的力累计地减小,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)设置于棘轮管(20)上,所述棘轮管(20)还通过多个摩擦齿(30)与所述带齿元件(10)接合从而当所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)脱离所述带齿元件(10)的齿(12)时阻尼由所述扭力弹簧执行的所述棘轮臂(21)的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,所述棘轮管(20)携载有摩擦齿(30)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,接合着所述摩擦齿(30)的所述带齿元件(10)的部分构成凸轮曲线(16)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,其特征在于,复位管(40)联接于所述棘轮管(20)与所述剂量设置元件之间,所述复位管(40)启动所述至少一个棘轮臂(21)以使所述带齿元件(10)的齿(12)脱离。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,其特征在于,所述棘轮管(20)通过键(31)和凹槽(51)连接而键接到剂量指示器套筒(50)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,其特征在于,所述棘轮管(20)具备防止所述剂量指示器套筒(50)发出碰撞声的器件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构,其特征在于,防止所述剂量指示器套筒(50)发出碰撞声的器件为设置于所述棘轮管(20)与所述剂量指示器套筒(50)之间的多个柔性腿(32, 53)。
8.一种用于多次注射液体药物的可设置和可调整的剂量大小的自动的基于扭力弹簧的注射装置,包括:
外壳,其保持着所述液体药物,
可旋转的剂量设置元件,其用于设置所述剂量大小,从而张紧一种扭力弹簧,并且还包括
根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的向上拨动/向下拨动机构。
