本发明公开了一种塑胶着色母粒及其制备方法。本发明的一种塑胶着色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体10%~30%、炭黑50%~80%、润滑剂3%~10%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,采用本发明制备的色母粒应用于塑胶制品着色将具有很好的黑度,而且分散性好,添加量少,对塑胶制品机械性能无不良影响等,同时还可以简化生产工艺,方便使用,又可避免环境污染和节省时间等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶着色领域,具体地说是一种塑胶着色母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑胶主要由碳、氧、氢和氮及其他有机或无机元素所构成,并可形成各种形状、颜色的塑胶制品,目前已被广泛应用于现代生活中的每一个领域,例如家用电器、仪器仪表、电线电缆、建筑器材、通讯电子、汽车工业、航天航空、日用五金等。现有技术生产塑胶制品的着色方法有色粉着色、染色拉粒着色和色母粒着色三种。直接采用色粉着色时,着色非常简单,但存在容易产生色点、色差不易控制、对环境污染较大的缺点。染色拉粒着色是将塑胶原料和色粉混合后采用混炼设备如双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混着色,与采用色粉着色相比,拉粒着色效果有了很大的提高,但塑胶需经历两次加热,不仅提高了生产成本,而且在一定程度上损害了制品的机械性能。采用色母粒着色时,颜料经过预处理并均匀分散于载体树脂中,大大提高了颜料的分散性能和着色效率,具有操作简单、成本低廉、对环境无污染等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种颜色稳定、着色均匀、分散性好、添加量少和不影响制品物理性能的塑胶着色母粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种塑胶着色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体10%~30%、炭黑50%~80%、润滑剂3%~10%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的载体为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的一种。
所述的炭黑的比表面积为150~300m3/g,粒径在15nm~25nm之间,pH值为6~9。
所述的润滑剂为低分子量聚乙烯蜡、蒙旦蜡、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂为多酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种塑胶着色母粒的制备方法为:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后在高速混合机中混合15~30分钟,再采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、造粒后,经干燥、包装即得本发明的一种塑胶着色母粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是,采用本发明制备的色母粒应用于塑胶制品着色将具有很好的黑度,而且分散性好,添加量少,对塑胶制品机械性能无不良影响等,同时还可以简化生产工艺,方便使用,又可避免环境污染和节省时间等。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种塑胶着色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)26%、炭黑65%、低分子量聚乙烯蜡8%、多酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯抗氧剂168的复配物1%,其中,所述的炭黑的比表面积为150~300m3/g,粒径在15nm~25nm之间,pH值为6~9。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后在高速混合机中混合15~30分钟,再采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、造粒后,经干燥、包装即得本发明的一种塑胶着色母粒。
实施例2:
一种塑胶着色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯(PE)15%、炭黑75%、蒙旦蜡9%、多酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯抗氧剂168的复配物1%,其中,所述的炭黑的比表面积为150~300m3/g,粒径在15nm~25nm之间,pH值为6~9。
制备方法:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后在高速混合机中混合15~30分钟,再采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、造粒后,经干燥、包装即得本发明的一种塑胶着色母粒。

1.一种塑胶着色母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体10%~30%、炭黑50%~80%、润滑剂3%~10%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶着色母粒,其特征在于,所述的载体为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶着色母粒,其特征在于,所述的炭黑的比表面积为150~300m3/g,粒径在15nm~25nm之间,pH值为6~9。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶着色母粒,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为低分子量聚乙烯蜡、蒙旦蜡、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶着色母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为多酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯抗氧剂168的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶着色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将各组分按重量比例配料,然后在高速混合机中混合15~30分钟,再采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、造粒后,经干燥、包装即得一种塑胶着色母粒。
