背景技术市场上有各种饼干,但尚末发现杂粮竹炭饼干。杂粮营养丰富,但口味不佳,很多人不喜食。竹炭在天然的环境成长中,吸收了多量的钾、钠、钙、镁等可溶于水的矿物质,可以补充人体的多种微量元素,将杂粮和竹炭,精心加工制成饼干,美味又营养。 
发明内容本发明的目的是提供一种杂粮竹炭饼干。 
方案是:红小豆0.6-1kg、荞麦1.8-2kg、燕麦2-2.2kg、玉米1.6-2kg、竹炭3.5-4kg、白糖4-4.2kg、精盐300-320g、玫瑰花500-520g。 
制备方法:将所有组分入混合,加入适量清水,上打浆机,打成浆,将铁板烤热,将浆平铺在铁板上,上烤箱烘烤,烤成厚度0.2毫米的薄片饼干即可。 
烤制好的饼干,香,脆,酥,杂粮的浓香,配上竹炭的焦香,口感独特,吃了还想吃。

红小豆0.6-1kg、荞麦1.8-2kg、燕麦2-2.2kg、玉米1.6-2kg、竹炭3.5-4kg、白糖4-4.2kg、精盐300-320g、玫瑰花500-520g。
