技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目的是实现一种用于管接头的全新类型的方案,通过该方案避免了现有技术方案中的问题。一个重要的目的是实现一种可适用于气动废物运输系统的传送管的管接头方案。另一个目的是实现一种用于管接头的易于安装的方案,通过该方案,可能甚至在焊接之前检查连接点,并且测量装置可简单且可靠地永久或临时连接至管接头。
本发明是基于一个构思,根据该构思,用于连接点的检查孔可布置在套管状衬套部分中,该套管状衬套部分围绕接头布置。
根据本发明的管接头的套管部分的特征主要在于:检查孔在套管部分中从外部到内部穿过套管部分的壁形成到一点,在该点,可检验要被连接到一起的管部分的基本上彼此抵靠布置的邻接端部表面的定位。

图2图示了一种情形,在该情形中,可从图1的A方向从套管部分4的检查孔8看到接头的状态。图2示出了套管部分4的仅仅一个细节。从检查孔可看到管部分2、3的邻接端部部分5、6以及管部分2、3是否以期望的方式彼此抵靠。
根据图3,穿过管部分2、3的壁的孔11可从检查孔进一步形成到管的通道空间中。根据图3,仅仅在接头形成之后形成孔3。孔11可用于例如用光学装置(诸如用内窥镜或者相应物)例如对管和/或管接头进行内部检查。
图4进一步示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的管接头1的横截面。从图中可看出套管部分4围绕管部分延伸。在附图的实施例中,除了与检查孔8相连接的凸出部分10之外,套管部分是大体管状和大体环状的。在图4中,直径比检查孔小的孔12已经经由检查孔穿过管部分的壁而形成到管的通道空间中。第二孔12可用于例如检测压力或温度。测量传感器可设置在孔12中或者至少通过中介物与孔12相连接。测量传感器或其它测量装置可借助于适当的对应部件而固定到套管4中,固定到套管的孔8的凸出部分10的固定装置9中。
根据本发明的管接头非常适合用在用于废物气动管道运输系统的传送管的接头中。管在直径方面的尺寸可相当大,例如,典型地为200mm-500mm。
本发明因而涉及一种管接头1的套管部分,该管部分包括室空间,要被连接在一起的管部分2、3的相对邻接端部5、6基本上相互抵靠地布置在该室空间中,以使得套管部分4在两个管部分2、3的顶部上从要被连接在一起的管部分2、3的连接点延伸一段距离,该套管部分4包括诸如电阻丝的加热装置7,由于电阻丝的加热,在套管部分4与管部分2、3之间形成接头。检查孔8形成在套管部分4中、从外部到内部穿过套管部分的壁抵达一点处,在该点处,可检验要被连接在一起的管部分2、3的基本上抵靠彼此布置的邻接端部表面5、6的定位。
根据一个实施例,检查孔8布置在套管部分4的中心区域中。
根据一个实施例,检查孔8在套管部分4中布置在第一管部分2和与套管部分4连接的加热装置7之间,以及布置在第二管部分3和与套管部分4连接的加热装置7之间。
根据一个实施例,凸出部分10围绕检查孔8布置。
根据一个实施例,诸如螺纹装置9的固定装置布置成与检查孔8相连接。
根据一个实施例,检查孔8设置用于测量传感器,该测量传感器诸如是温度传感器或压力测量传感器。
根据一个实施例,在形成接头之后,检查孔8可用作孔11、12穿过管或管部分2、3的壁而形成到管的流动通道中所在的点。
本发明还涉及一种管接头,该管接头包括第一管部分2、第二管部分3和根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的套管部分4。
根据一个实施例,管部分2、3可以是用于废物气动管道运输系统的传送管。
对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,本发明并不限于上面所提到的实施例,而是其可在下述权利要求的范围内变化。说明书中可能与其它特征一起提及的特征在必要时还可相对于彼此单独使用。
Claims (7)
1.一种管接头(1)的套管部分,该套管部分包括室空间,要被连接在一起的管部分(2、3)的相对邻接端部(5、6)基本上彼此抵靠地布置在室空间中,以使得套管部分(4)在两个管部分(2、3)的顶部上从要被连接在一起的管部分(2、3)的连接点延伸一段距离,该套管部分(4)包括诸如电阻丝的加热装置(7),由于电阻丝的加热,在套管部分(4)与管部分(2、3)之间形成接头,在该套管部分(4)中,检查孔(8)从外部到内部穿过套管部分的壁形成到一点,在该点处,能够检验要被连接到一起的管部分(2、3)的基本上抵靠彼此布置的相对邻接端部(5、6)表面的定位,其特征在于,在形成接头之后,检查孔(8)用作孔(11、12)穿过管或管部分(2、3)的壁而形成到管的流动通道中的点,和/或检查孔(8)适合用于测量传感器,该测量传感器诸如是温度传感器或压力测量传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的套管部分,其特征在于,检查孔(8)布置在套管部分(4)的中心区域中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的套管部分,其特征在于,检查孔(8)在套管部分(4)中布置在第一管部分(2)和与套管部分(4)连接的加热装置(7)之间,以及布置在第二管部分(3)和与套管部分(4)连接的加热装置(7)之间。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的套管部分,其特征在于,凸出部分(10)围绕检查孔(8)形成。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的套管部分,其特征在于,诸如螺纹装置(9)的固定装置布置成与检查孔(8)相连接。
6.一种管接头,所述管接头包括第一管部分(2)、第二管部分(3),和如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的套管部分(4)。
7.如权利要求6所述的管接头,其特征在于,第一管部分和第二管部分(2、3)是用于废物气动管道运输系统的传送管。
