Abstract

Description

本发明总体上涉及模注成型设备,特别涉及一种弹性绝热分隔部件,安装此分隔部件后,能在模注成型系统中的被加热部件和被冷却部件之间产生一个具有精确厚度的气隙。
在模注成型技术领域中,使用分隔部件或压力垫,在其承受相当大的注射压力的同时,产生一个绝缘气隙这一技术是广为人知的,例如,在颁布于1988年9月6日的施密特的美国专利中(专利号4,768,945),展示了一种由金属钛制成的用于减少热量损失的实心压力垫,该压力垫安装在被加热歧管和被冷却的背板之间。除了价格昂贵以外,这些压力垫具有这样的缺点:即它们没有弹性,不允许在注射压力下和在组件的允许偏差内的热膨胀和/或轻微地变形。在施密特等的颁布于1988年4月26日的美国专利(专利号:4,740,151)中,描述了一种具有能微小弹性变形的外凸部分的组合式密封挡套,该挡套用作注模成型系统的阀门。在沙德的颁布于1986年5月13日的美国专利(专利号为4,588,367)中展示了一种支承元件,该元件在其它部件热膨胀时,是可被压缩的。尽管这些现有装置或设置适用于某一特定情况或应用,但是它们具有这样的缺点:即它们的制造是昂贵的,并对于各种不同的注模系统不能全部适用,另外,随着更小的注模成型系统的发展及高热敏材料的应用,分隔部件的弹性程度及低导热率已变得越来越重要了。
因此,本发明的目的就是至少部分地克服现有技术的缺点,提供一个由钢制成的,具有已知的强度,弹性性能和低导热率性能组合的分隔部件。为此目的,一方面,本发明提出一种注模成型中用的绝热弹性分隔部件,该分隔部件具有前侧面和背侧面,所述前侧面与背侧面相隔一预定距离平行延伸;该分隔部件还具有多个V-型截面的同心环形沟槽,同心环形沟槽具有一个统一的截面形状,在该截面中具有多个腹壁部分,该腹壁部分在前脊部分和背脊部分之间沿对角线交替延伸,每个脊部分具有一个外表面,前脊部分的外表面彼此平齐,以形成分隔部件的前侧面,后脊部分的外表面彼此平齐,形成分隔部件的后表面。

其中至少一个所述脊部分的外表面具有一个内凹形沟槽;
所述分隔部件具有一个贯穿在前、后侧之间的中心开口;
所述分隔部件由钢制成。

图1是一个模注系统的局部剖视图,该图显示出根据本发明的最佳实施例中的分隔部件;

图3是一种模注系统的局部剖视图,该模注系统使用两个装在一起的分隔部件,以使其气隙的厚度增加一倍。
首先参看图1,该图表示根据本发明的最佳实施例的使用分隔部件10的多腔模注系统的局部。一条熔流体通道12从歧管延展件16上的公共入口14延展到加长的歧管18中,并在加长歧管18处分支为若干个出口20。每个出口20通向一个被加热探头22,该被加热探头与颁布于1986年3月8日的美国专利(专利号为4,576,567)所描述的加热探头类似。尽管所示的特定系统使用加热探头22,但是根据本发明的分隔部件10也同样可以被应用于其它各种各样的使用加热探头或加热注嘴的模注系统中。
加长歧管18由电加热元件24加热,该元件24一体地用铜锌合金焊接在加长歧管18中。歧管18被中心定位环26和分隔部件10定位,该中心定位环26在被加热的歧管18和被冷却的腔板30之间穿过隔热气隙28,所述分隔部件10将在下面更详细地描述。分隔部件10由螺钉32固定,以便在被加热的歧管18和被冷却的压板36之间形成一个预定厚度的隔热气隙34。腔板30和压板36由通过冷却管路38泵入的冷却水冷却。压板36由延伸到腔板30的螺栓40固装定位。歧管延展件16依次由螺钉42和定位环44固定定位,定位环44由螺钉46固装在压板36上。
每一个探头22中都具有一个电释热加热元件48,该加热元件48中心定位于壳体50中,该壳体50由工具钢制成,例如H13。所述壳体50具有一个外表面52,一个后端54,和一个尖前端56。探头22上具有一个一体的绝热定位环部58,该环部58也是由工具钢制成的,例如H13。每一个探头22位于一个在腔板30中的腔井60中,同时所述环部58搭在环形台肩62中,以使尖前端56位于与浇口64对中的位置,该浇口64通过腔板30延伸到一个腔66。歧管18通过紧抵壳体50的后部54使每一个探头22紧紧地固定在这一位置上。从歧管18出来的熔流通道12的每一个出口20与一个通向一个探头22的入口68对中,从该入口,一对熔流管路70斜向向外延伸分别与轴向延展的槽72连接。所述槽72伸至空隙74,该空隙74环绕在探头22的锥形前端,一个差不多为圆柱形的绝热衬套76位于探头22和腔井60之间,所述衬套76由具有高熔点和低导热率(例如PEEK,聚醚酮醚(polyetheretherketone)的一商品名)的热塑性材料制成。它装置在探头靠近出口的部分,并且具有一对向内开口的槽78,该槽78与探头22上的向外开口的槽72对合。
参照图2,根据本发明最佳实施例,以下将详细描述分隔部件10,可以看到,每一个分隔部件10为圆形,并带有若干具有V型截面的同心环状沟槽80,分隔部件10由合适的高强度的工具钢(例如H13或420不锈钢)制成,并具有一个中心孔82,固定螺钉32穿过此孔。环状沟槽80具有相同的截面形状,若干个腹壁84在分部件的前脊部分和背脊部分86,88之间交替斜置,如图1所示,前脊部分86具有外表面90,该外表面90彼此之间彼此平齐,以形成分隔部件10的前侧面92,同时背脊部分88也具有外表面94,该外表面94彼此之间彼此平齐,以形成分隔部件10的背侧面96。组成分隔部件10的前侧和背侧面92,96彼此之间以一精确的预定间距相隔、平行延伸。分隔部件10的结构为其在歧管18和压板36之间受到相当大的注射压力时,提供大约0.0254到0.0508毫米的弹性变形。因此,隔离部件10的厚度确定了气隙34的厚度和歧管18及探头22的精确位置。脊部86,88的外表面90,94基本上是平直的,但在这个实施例中,在每一个较宽脊部的外表面上,两个腹壁的汇合处均具有一个内凹的环形槽98。腹壁部分84的面积大小和数目多少及上述在脊部86,88上的环形槽98,为分隔部件10提供了一处具体的预定导热率。因此,根据本发明的分隔部件10具有一个将弹性强度与低导热率组合起来非常理想的组合特性。
在使用中,如图1所示,系统组装完毕后,其每一个探头22指向每一个浇口64。通电加热歧管18和探头22到一预定操作温度,然后根据预定的规程高压热熔流通过内凹的入口14,从注模机(图中无表示)被注入熔流通道12,熔流在歧管18中被分流,然后当它到达每个探头22的入口68时,被再次分流。一部分熔流通过位于探头22两侧的管路70和槽72到达环绕在探头22尖前端 56的空隙74内。从这里,其流过浇口64并注满腔66,当注模腔66被注满后,施加短时间的压实注射压,然后释放。然后注模打开取出成品,再重复上述流程。
图3提供了一种根据本发明的分隔部件10的另一种使用或应用方式。在该系统中,两个分隔部件10相互紧靠着装在一起,以便有效地使位于被加热的歧管18和被冷却的压板36之间的气隙34的厚度增加一倍。
在这一实施例中,每个分隔部件具有两个偏心螺纹孔100,并且,分隔部件被一个螺丝32固定,但是当中心82或孔100在其它不同地方用于拧进螺丝时,它们被二个螺丝32固定。
局部展示在图3的模注系统的其它结构及使用与上面所描述的注模系统是一样的,因此,对其的描述不需再重复。
尽管根据本发明的分隔部件已经参照一具体实施例进行了详细描述。但是,该部件并不限于这一有限的含意,对熟悉本技术领域的人来说将会产生变化和改进。特别是,环形的槽80的数目和分隔件10的体积对不同的应用场合是不同的,这是非常明显的。所附权利要求为本发明权利的限定。

Claims (5)

1、一种模注成型中用的弹性绝热分隔部件,其特征是,该分隔部件具有前侧面和背侧面,所述前侧面与背侧面相隔一预定距离平行延伸;所述分隔部件具有多个V型截面的同心环形沟槽;所述同心环形沟槽具有一个统一的截面形状,在所述截面中,具有多个腹壁部分,该腹壁部分在前脊部分和背脊部分之间对角交替延伸;所述每个脊部分具有一个外表面,前脊部分的外表面彼此平齐,以形成分隔部件的前侧面,后脊部分的外表面彼此平齐,形成分隔部件的后侧面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种模注成型中用的弹性绝热分隔部件,其特征是:所述每一个脊部分的外表面基本是平面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种模注成型中用的弹性绝热分隔部件,其特征是:其中至少一个所述脊部分的外表面具有一个内凹形沟槽。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种模注成型中用的弹性绝热分隔部件,其特征是:所述分隔部件具有一个贯穿在前、后侧之间的中心开口。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种模注成型中用的弹性绝热分隔部件,其特征是:所述分隔部件由钢制成。
