消费者,特别是亚洲消费者,喜欢光亮皮肤色彩;因此在过去的研究中,皮肤增亮已经成为活跃的区域。一些消费者相信过去使用的皮肤增亮剂具有令人不愉快的副作用和/或相对较低的效果。当消费者的皮肤暴露在UV辐射源例如阳光时,皮肤增亮效果相对较低。
此外,当包含在化妆品组合物中时,一些皮肤增亮剂对涂布特性和组合物在皮肤上的感官感觉带来负面影响。

EP0 345 082(1989)公开了一种抑制酶形成的药物制剂,其防止酪氨酸酶的形成,其选自乙酸、乳酸、丙酮酸及其盐。
迄今,在出版文献的公开物中还没有公开特别选择一定用量范围的乙酸的盐以用于提供皮肤增亮。
发明内容
依照本发明,提供一种用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,包含:
(a)0.5-10重量%的乙酸镁或钾盐;
(b)有机防晒剂;和
(c)化妆品可接受的载体。

乙酸镁或钾

聚合物

聚合物的分子量优选大于50000,更优选大于90000以及最优选大于100000。聚合物、乙酸盐和水溶液在加入组合物前优选预混在一起以形成加合物。不希望被理论所束缚,相信引入聚合物与乙酸盐发生协同作用以提供组合物在皮肤上涂布和皮肤增亮作用需要的生化反应的适当平衡,而不损害消费者希望从该产品获得的感觉和其它感官性能。
化妆可接受的载体
本发明的组合物包含化妆可接受的载体。载体的量可以高至组合物的99.5重量%。可是,载体优选为组合物的70至95重量%以及更优选80至90重量%。可用的载体为水、饱和润肤剂、饱和脂肪酸、饱和脂肪醇、湿润剂、增稠剂或其组合。载体可以是含水的、无水的或乳液。
组合物优选是含水的,尤其是W/O或O/W或三相W/O/W类型的水和油的乳液。当水存在时,其量为组合物的5至95重量%,更优选10至80重量%,最优选20至75重量%。
在化妆可接受的载体中还可适宜使用的是具有10至30个碳原子的脂肪酸。这类的例证是壬酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、羟基硬脂酸和山萮酸。优选的化妆可接受的载体是所谓的雪花膏基质。雪花膏基质包含脂肪酸,一般是硬脂酸或其与棕榈酸的组合。当存在脂肪酸时,其量优选为组合物的0.5至30重量%,更优选1至25重量%以及最优选5至20重量%。雪花膏基质也包含脂肪酸的盐,一般是碱金属皂,其作为乳化剂。乳化剂对于产品的物理稳定性是重要的。皂通过脂肪酸的一部分与苛性钾或任何其它的碱发生原位中和反应而形成。
化妆可接受的载体中另一类有用的为具有10至30个碳原子的脂肪醇。这类的例证是硬脂醇、月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇和鲸蜡醇。多羟基类型的湿润剂也可用作化妆可接受的载体。有代表性的多羟基醇包括甘油、聚亚烷基二醇(polyalkylene glycols)以及更优选亚烷基多元醇(polyol)及其衍生物,包括丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇及其衍生物、山梨醇、羟丙基山梨醇、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、异戊二醇、1,2,6-己三醇、乙氧基化甘油、丙氧基化甘油及其混合物。湿润剂的量可为组合物的0.5至50%,优选1至15重量%。
本发明的化妆品组合物可以是任意形式。这些形式可包括护肤液、膏霜、滚珠制剂、棒、摩丝、气溶胶或非气溶胶喷雾剂。
非皂的表面活性剂也可存在于本发明的个人护理组合物中。当这种表面活性剂存在时,其总浓度为组合物的0.1至40%,优选1至20%,最佳为1至5重量%。表面活性剂可选自阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性表面活性剂。特别优选的非离子表面活性剂是具有C10-C20脂肪醇或脂肪酸疏水物的那些,该疏水物用2至100摩尔的环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷每摩尔的疏水物缩合;与2至20摩尔的环氧化物缩合的C2-C10烷基酚;乙二醇的单-和二-脂肪酸酯;脂肪酸单甘油酯;去水山梨糖醇单-和二-C8-C20脂肪酸;以及聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇及其组合。烷基多苷和糖脂肪酰胺(例如甲基葡糖酰胺)也是适宜使用的非离子表面活性剂。优选的阴离子表面活性剂包括皂、烷基醚硫酸盐和磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐和磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基和二烷基磺化琥珀酸盐、C8-C20酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、C8-C20烷基醚磷酸盐、C8-C20肌氨酸盐及其组合。
化妆品组合物包含有机防晒剂。一些有机防晒剂的例子包括对甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯,可用得的为例如Parsol MCXTM、AvobenzeneTM,可用的为例如Parsol1789TM和二苯甲酮-3,也称为OxybenzoneTM。
当存在防晒剂时,其量通常为组合物的0.1至30%,优选2至20%,最佳为3至10重量%。
可能希望将防腐剂引入本发明的化妆品组合物中以抵御对抗潜在危害的微生物生长。适宜本发明组合物的传统防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸的烷基酯。其他最近经常使用的防腐剂包括乙内酰脲衍生物、丙酸盐及各种季铵盐化合物。化妆品化学家熟知适宜的防腐剂并常常选择它们以满足防腐剂刺激实验以及提供产品稳定性。特别优选的防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、咪唑烷基脲、脱氢乙酸钠和苯甲醇。选择的防腐剂需关注组合物的用途以及防腐剂和乳液中的其他成分之间可能的不相容性。防腐剂优选用量为组合物的0.01%至2重量%。
化妆品组合物优选包含维生素。用作说明的维生素为维生素A(视黄醇)、维生素B2、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素E和维生素H。也可使用维生素的衍生物。例如维生素C衍生物包括四异棕榈酸抗坏血酸酯、磷酸抗坏血酸酯镁盐和糖苷抗坏血酸酯。维生素E的衍生物包括生育酚乙酸酯、生育酚棕榈酸酯和生育酚亚油酸酯。也可以使用DL-泛醇及衍生物。
当存在时,在本发明的组合物中的维生素的总量可为组合物的0.001至10%,优选0.01%至1%,最佳为0.1至0.5重量%。
也可存在脱屑促进剂。作为说明的是α-羟基羧酸和β-羟基羧酸。术语“酸”的意思不仅包括游离酸也包括其盐和C1-C30烷基或芳基酯以及通过去水形成的环状或直链内酯结构的内酯。有代表性的α-羟基羧酸是羟基乙酸、乳酸和苹果酸。水杨酸是有代表性的β-羟基羧酸。当这些材料存在时,其量可为组合物的0.01至15重量%。
着色剂、遮光剂以及磨料也可包括在本发明的组合物中。这些物质的每一种可以为组合物的0.05至5%,优选0.1至3重量%。
本发明的组合物可以包含作为化妆可接受载体的常规除臭剂(deodourant)基质。除臭剂的意思是呈棒、滚珠或推进剂介质的产品,其被用于有利于个人除臭,例如应用于腋下或任何可以包含或不包含止汗剂活性物的地方。
除臭剂组合物一般可以是坚硬固体、柔软固体、凝胶、膏霜和液体形式,并使用与组合物的物理特性相匹配的施用器分配。
通过滚珠递送的除臭剂组合物一般包含液体载体。所述液体载体可以是疏水的或包含亲水性和疏水性液体的混合物。它们也可以是乳液或微乳液形式。液体载体或载体的混合物通常构成组合物的30至95%以及在一些情况下为40至80重量%。
本发明的组合物可以包含很宽范围的其它任选组分。CTFA化妆品原料手册1992年第二版,其全部在此引入作为参考,描述了常用于皮肤护理业的多种非限定性化妆品和药物组分,其适用于本发明的组合物中。例子包括:抗氧化剂、粘合剂、生物学添加剂、缓冲剂、着色剂、增稠剂、聚合物、收敛剂、香料、湿润剂、遮光剂、调理剂、表皮脱落剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、天然提取物、香 精油、皮肤可感觉剂(sensate)、皮肤光滑剂以及皮肤愈合剂。
本发明的组合物也可以任选加入用于皮肤的不溶性基材,例如作为治疗擦拭形式。
依照本发明的另一方面,提供本发明的组合物用于皮肤增亮的应用。该应用优选为非治疗应用。
依照本发明的另一方面,提供一种光亮皮肤的方法,包括施用有效量用于皮肤增亮的本发明的化妆品组合物的步骤。
实施例
现在通过实施例来说明本发明。实施例仅为说明目的并且不以任何形式限定本发明的范围。
实验记录
角质化细胞分化测试
这是基于体外细胞培养的测试,以评估这些活性物改变细胞分化过程的能力。角质化细胞(HaCaT细胞-5×104细胞/容器)在24孔板中生长24小时。这些增殖的角质化细胞进一步用活性物培养24小时。然后用PBS清洗细胞以及在PBS(Sigma Chemical Co,USA)中用吖啶橙染色。稍后清洗细胞15分钟以及使用荧光显微镜(Olympus BX50)观察,20X放大,使用适当的激发和吸收滤片,以同时观察红色和绿色荧光(激发:460nm和发射>515nm)。扫描整个板以及评估分化的角质化细胞的百分比(红色荧光在细胞质中均匀分布的细胞)。数据表示为对照物的%。越高的%值表示增加的细胞分化。不同物质在细胞分化测试中的功效列在下面。

从上面的表中可见,乙酸镁和钾在角质化细胞分化测试中相比于类似的低分子量羧酸的盐提供更好的效力。
组合物的制备
通过加入氢氧化钾、二氧化钛、KOH、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和EDTA二钠制备水相。水相加热到75℃以及将75℃融化的硬脂酸加入,随后加入预热到75℃的剩余的油相(鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、Parsol 1789、Parsol MCX和二甲聚硅氧烷)。将乳液均质化直到获得奶状白色连续的混合物。在将乳液冷却到约60℃温度后加入乙酸镁加合物。在混合物冷却到35℃后加入其它组分(维生素、香精)。
乙酸镁加合物的制备
1g的乙酸镁溶解在10g的水中以及向这一溶液加入2g的聚合物(Aculyn33),均质超过5分钟,随后通过缓慢加入10毫升10%氢氧化钾溶液以获得粘稠凝胶形式的乙酸镁加合物。在乳化完成后,乙酸镁加合物加入到膏霜制剂中。在添加了乙酸镁加合物之后的膏霜的组成在下面给出。

使用不同聚合物(与Aculyn 33的浓度相同)制备的化妆品组合物与有关制剂粘度的结果列在下表。

从上面的结果可见,包含乙酸镁和本发明的特定聚合物的组合物所形成的制剂具有可接受的粘度而不引起相分离。
人类受试者研究
10天对16名受试者进行试验。试验包括下面描述的过程:
所进行的实验使用表2中给出的化妆品组合物连同对照组合物,对照组合物在各方面等同于表2的组合物,除了对照物不包含乙酸镁。标出受试者前臂的特殊部位以及每天以大约相等间隔施用五次组合物(3mg/cm2)。皮肤增亮等级通过专家顾问使用颜色标尺以1至10等级测量。在下表中的数据总结的是平均皮肤增亮分数,其为相对于原始皮肤颜色的皮肤颜色改变。较大的负分数表示较高的皮肤增亮程度。较大的正分数表示皮肤变黑。无皮肤刺激或红斑的事故发生。组合物的涂布特性和感官感觉对于受试者来说是可接受的。

从结果中可见,本发明的组合物提供有效的皮肤增亮益处(p<0.10显著性)。
可以理解本发明的化妆品组合物提供相对更加有效的皮肤增亮以及具有相对较好的涂布特性和可接受的感官感觉。
Claims (1)
1.用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,包含
(a)0.5至10重量%的乙酸镁或钾;
(b)有机防晒剂;和
(c)化妆可接受的载体。
2. 依照权利要求1所述的用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,其包含乙酸镁。
3. 依照权利要求1或2所述的用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,其包含选自丙烯酸、乙烯醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮或环氧乙烷的均聚物或共聚物的聚合物。
4. 依照前述权利要求1或2的用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,其包含维生素。
5. 依照前述权利要求1或2的用于皮肤增亮的化妆品组合物,其包含0.5至30重量%的具有10至30个碳原子的脂肪酸。
6. 组合物在制备用于皮肤增亮的化妆品中的用途,所述组合物包含(a)0.5至10重量%的乙酸镁或钾;和(b)化妆可接受的载体。
