Abstract
本发明提供车辆用座椅的控制装置,即使在下车时使座椅自动地后退的情况下,也能够在上车后使落座于座椅上的乘员与位于前方的操作件之间的距离缩短,以便乘员能够容易地进行开关操作。车辆用座椅的控制装置中,车辆用座椅(1)具有坐垫(6)和座椅靠背(7)且接近车辆的乘降口设置,车辆用座椅的控制装置使车辆用座椅(1)在乘员下车时向后方移动,在乘员上车时,根据车辆用座椅(1)的前方的车辆仪器上设置的操作件的操作,使车辆用座椅(1)向前方移动,具有以下功能:在从乘员下车时到上车时的期间内,使坐垫(6)的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使坐垫(6)的前部成为向下方下降的状态。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及能够改变搭载在车辆上的座椅的姿态的车辆用座椅的控制装置。
背景技术
以往,已公知以下技术,当乘员下车时使车辆用座椅自动地后退从而扩展下车空间、并扩展下次上车时的上车空间(例如参照专利文献1)。
这种技术中包括:在乘员下车以后操作操作件(点火开关、一键起动按钮等),由此,使后退了的座椅自动地移动至前方的驾驶位置。

发明内容
但是,通常,点火开关等的操作件配置在座椅的前方,但在如上述现有技术那样在下车时使座椅自动地后退的情况下,在上车后,落座于座椅上的乘员距操作件的距离变长。因此,存在对乘员来说难以进行操作件的操作的情况。
本发明是鉴于上述实情而做出的,其目的在于提供一种车辆用座椅的控制装置,即使在下车时使座椅自动地后退的情况下,也能够在上车后使落座于座椅上的乘员与位于前方的操作件之间的距离缩短,以便乘员能够容易地进行操作件的操作。
作为上述课题的解决手段,在技术方案1的发明中,车辆用座椅的控制装置,车辆用座椅具有坐垫(例如实施方式中的坐垫6)和座椅靠背(例如实施方式中的座椅靠背7)且接近车辆的乘降口(例如实施方式中的乘降口2)地设置,车辆用座椅的控制装置使车辆用座椅(例如实施方式中的车辆用座椅1)在乘员下车时向后方移动,在乘员上车时,根据所述车辆用座椅的前方的车辆仪器上设置的操作件(例如实施方式中的点火开关5)的操作,使所述车辆用座椅向前方移动,其特征在于,具有高度调节部(例如实施方式中的ECU17),在从乘员下车时到上车时的期间内,该高度调节部使所述坐垫的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使所述坐垫的前部成为向下方下降的状态。
技术方案2的发明的特征在于,所述高度调节部,在乘员下车时,使所述坐垫的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使所述坐垫的前部成为向下方下降的状态,并将该状态维持至下一次的乘员上车时。
技术方案3的发明的特征在于,所述高度调节部将所述坐垫的前部调节至比所述坐垫的后部低的高度。
发明的效果
根据技术方案1记载的发明,在从下车时到上车时的期间内,通过调节坐垫的高度,即使在乘员下车时使车辆用座椅后退了的情况下,也能够将从落座于车辆用座椅上的乘员到操作件的距离拉近,因此,能够使上车时的操作件的操作容易。
根据技术方案2记载的发明,通过在下车时调节坐垫的高度,由此乘员能够容易地下车。
根据技术方案3记载的发明,能够更可靠地拉近从乘员到操作件的距离。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是表示通过本实施方式的控制装置被控制的车辆用座椅1及其周边结构的图。以下的说明中的前后左右等的朝向,只要没有特殊记载,便与车辆的朝向相同。
车辆用座椅1接近设在车辆上的乘员的乘降口2设置。在车辆用座椅1的前方设有仪表板3,在仪表板3处设有方向盘4。在仪表板3处,在方向盘4的附近,设有按压式的点火开关5。通过点火开关5的操作起动发动机。
车辆用座椅1具有:供乘员落座的坐垫6;从背后对落座于坐垫6上的乘员的上身进行支承的座椅靠背7。坐垫6安装在设在车身底板8上的座椅滑动装置9上。座椅滑动装置9具有:沿车身底板8的面方向配置并支承坐垫6的滑动件10;使滑动件10在前后方向上移动的前后方向调节电机11。根据前后方向调节电机11的驱动,车辆用座椅1前后运动。
在滑动件10的前部,设有对坐垫6的前部的高度进行调节的坐垫前部调节电机12;在滑动件10的后部,设有对坐垫6的后部的高度进行调节的坐垫后部调节电机13。坐垫前部调节电机12和坐垫6的前部通过连接部件14而结合,坐垫后部调节电机13和坐垫6的后部通过连接部件15而结合。
根据坐垫前部调节电机12的驱动,连接部件14上下摆动,由此,坐垫6的前部上下移动。根据坐垫后部调节电机13的驱动,连接部件15上下摆动,由此,坐垫6的后部上下移动。在此,坐垫前部调节电机12及坐垫后部调节电机13能够在滑动件10上在前后方向上移动。
座椅靠背7以能够改变倾斜角的方式支承在坐垫6的后端部上。在座椅靠背7和坐垫6的连结部位上,设有使座椅靠背7的姿态变化的倾斜电机16。根据倾斜电机16的驱动,座椅靠背7的相对于坐垫6的倾斜角变化。
ECU17是控制装置,分别与点火开关5、前后方向调节电机11、坐垫前部调节电机12、坐垫后部调节电机13、以及倾斜电机16电连接。ECU17根据乘员对点火开关2的操作、对未图示的座椅调节用的开关的操作等,向各电机11、12、13、16输出指令。由此,ECU17对车辆用座椅1的位置及姿态进行控制。
本实施方式中,ECU17在判断出乘员的下车意愿的情况下调节车辆用座椅1的位置。参照图2所示的流程图,对乘员下车时的ECU17的处理进行说明。
步骤S1中,ECU17检测点火开关5是否关闭。由此,ECU17对乘员是否要下车的下车意愿进行判定。
若点火开关5关闭,做出有下车意愿的判定,则在步骤S2中,ECU17计测是否经过了规定时间。计测后,在步骤S3中,驱动前后方向调节电机11,使车辆用座椅1后退。
在此,步骤S2中的“规定时间”优选设定为0秒或较短的期间。另外,ECU17,在步骤S3中使车辆用座椅1后退之前,将车辆用座椅1的前后方向位置、坐垫6的高度、以及座椅靠背7的倾斜角存储起来。另外,预先设定在步骤S3中使车辆用座椅1后退的后退距离。
然后,在步骤S4中,ECU17驱动坐垫后部调节电机13,使坐垫6的姿态变化。在此,在步骤S4中,ECU17具体地在驱动坐垫后部调节电机13而将坐垫6的后部向上方抬起的状态下,以坐垫6的前部成为比坐垫6的后部低的高度的方式进行调节。
通过以上的处理使车辆用座椅1后退后,在乘员乘坐在车辆上的情况下,ECU17进行使车辆用座椅1返回原本的位置的处理。
图3中,表示了说明乘员上车时的ECU17的处理的流程图。以下,对该处理进行说明。
在步骤S11中,ECU17检测点火开关5的操作。由此,ECU17做出乘员已上车的判定。若判定出乘员上车,则在步骤S12中,ECU17调出上述步骤S3中存储的后退前的车辆用座椅1的前后方向位置、坐垫6的高度、以及座椅靠背7的倾斜角,并驱动坐垫前部调节电机12,将坐垫6调节至存储的高度。
在步骤S13中,ECU17若确认了坐垫6的高度为规定位置,则在步骤S14中,驱动前后方向调节电机11,将坐垫6调节至存储的位置。
然后,在步骤S15中,ECU17若确认了坐垫6的位置为规定位置,则结束处理。
在此,图4~图6中,表示了通过图2中进行了说明的乘员下车时通过ECU17的处理被改变的车辆用座椅1的状态。参照该图,更具体地说明车辆用座椅1的状态。
图4表示确认下车意愿之前的车辆用座椅1的状态(驾驶状态)。该状态下,若确认了点火开关5的关闭(S1),则车辆用座椅1如图5所示地后退(S3)。然后,当车辆用座椅1后退至规定的位置,则接着,如图6所示,成为坐垫6的后部被向上方抬起的状态(S4)。然后,该状态维持直至下一次的乘员上车时。
在坐垫6的后部被向上方抬起的状态下,对图6所示的L1、L2进行比较可知:座椅靠背7和点火开关5的距离缩短。因此,图中D所示的乘员能够容易地操作点火开关5。另外,车辆用座椅1维持后退了的状态,下车空间得以确保,因此,乘员D能够容易地下车。
在以上记载的本实施方式中,在从下车时到上车时的期间内,调节坐垫6的高度。由此,即使在乘员下车时使车辆用座椅1后退了的情况下,也能够将从落座于车辆用座椅1上的乘员到点火开关5的距离拉近,因此,能够使上车时的点火开关5的操作容易。
另外,本实施方式中,在乘员下车时(确认了下车意愿时)调节坐垫6的高度,在该情况下,促使乘员的姿势朝向起身方向,因而容易下车。此外,本实施方式中,乘员下车时(确认了下车意愿时)调节坐垫6的高度,但只要是在从下车时到上车时的期间内任何时候都可以,例如,也可以在进行了将设在乘降口2的车门打开的操作时(确认上车意愿时),调节坐垫6的高度,还可以在乘员下车、乘员进行了将车门关闭的操作之后调节坐垫6的高度。由此,同样能够拉近下一次落座在车辆用座椅1上时的从乘员到点火开关5的距离。
另外,本实施方式中,通过将坐垫6的后部向上方抬起,将坐垫6的前部调节为比坐垫6的后部低的高度,在此情况下,能够更可靠地拉近从乘员到点火开关5的距离。
此外,作为将坐垫6的前部调节为比坐垫6的后部低的高度的方式,还可以采用驱动坐垫前部调节电机12从而将坐垫6的前部向下方下降的方式。
另外,还可以同时驱动坐垫前部调节电机12及坐垫后部调节电机13,将坐垫6的前部向下方下降并将坐垫6的后部向上方抬起。而且,可以不仅将坐垫6的前部调节为比坐垫6的后部低的高度,还使座椅靠背7前倾。
另外,本实施方式中,作为坐垫6的高度调节机构,示意性地示出了使用电机和连接部件的机构,该构成仅为一例,也可以是其它机构。
Claims (3)
1.一种车辆用座椅的控制装置,该车辆用座椅具有坐垫和座椅靠背且接近车辆的乘降口设置,所述车辆用座椅的控制装置使所述车辆用座椅在乘员下车时向后方移动,并且,使所述坐垫的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使所述坐垫的前部成为向下方下降的状态,在乘员上车时,根据所述车辆用座椅的前方的车辆仪器上设置的点火开关的操作,若是所述坐垫的后部向上方抬起的状态,则使所述坐垫移动到所述移动之前的原本的位置,或者若是所述坐垫的前部向下方下降的状态,则使所述坐垫移动到所述移动之前的原本的位置,并且使所述车辆用座椅向前方移动,其特征在于,具有高度调节部,在从乘员下车时到上车时的期间内,该高度调节部通过使所述坐垫的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使所述坐垫的前部成为向下方下降的状态而使乘员与所述点火开关之间的距离缩短。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅的控制装置,其特征在于,所述高度调节部,在乘员下车时,使所述坐垫的后部成为向上方抬起的状态、或使所述坐垫的前部成为向下方下降的状态,并将该状态维持至下一次的乘员上车时。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆用座椅的控制装置,其特征在于,所述高度调节部将所述坐垫的前部调节至比所述坐垫的后部低的高度。
