Abstract

本发明涉及润滑油组合物。更具体地说,本发明涉及具有低含量磷、硫和硫酸化灰分的润滑油组合物。
对环境的关注使得人们不断地努力减少压缩点火式(以柴油为燃料的)和火花点火式(以汽油为燃料的)轻型内燃机的CO、烃和氮的氧化物(NOX)的排放。更进一步,人们已在不断地努力减少压缩点火式轻型内燃机的颗粒物排放。为了达到即将实施的客车排放标准,原始设备制造商(OEM)将依靠使用额外的废气后处理装置。这些废气后处理装置可包括催化剂转化器(其可含有一种或多种氧化催化剂)、NOX存储催化剂、和/或NH3还原催化剂、和/或颗粒捕集器。
氧化催化剂会因为与发动机废气中存在的某些元素/化合物接触、特别是与由含磷润滑油添加剂的降解而引入废气中的磷和磷化合物接触而中毒,或者有效性降低。还原催化剂对于发动机废气中的因调和润滑油用的基础油和含硫润滑油添加剂的降解而引入的硫和硫化合物敏感。颗粒捕集器可被降解的含金属润滑油添加剂的产物金属灰分阻塞。
从性能和成本效益两方面考虑,内燃机润滑油组合物通常所用的最有效的抗氧化剂和抗磨剂之一包含二烃基二硫代磷酸金属盐。金属可以是碱金属或碱土金属,或是铝、铅、锡、钼、锰、镍或铜。其中二烃基二硫代磷酸锌盐(ZDDP)是最常用的。尽管该类化合物是特别有效的抗氧化剂和抗磨剂,但是该类化合物将磷、硫和灰分引入发动机,会缩短上述废气后处理设备的使用寿命。
为了确保长的使用寿命,必须研制出对这些后处理设备产生最小的不利影响的润滑油添加剂,并且预计“新型填充”和“第一填充”润滑剂的OEM规格将要求最大硫含量为0.30重量%,最大磷含量0.08重量%和硫酸化灰分含量低于0.80重量%。该类润滑油组合物可简称为“低SAPS”(低硫酸化灰分、磷、硫)润滑油组合物。
同时,选用的润滑油组合物必须提供足够的润滑性能,包括足够的磨损保护和去污力。用于轻型火花点火式和压缩点火式车用内燃机的润滑油组合物的性能,特别是抗磨和发动机净化性能,必须保持在OEM的“新型填充”和“第一填充”规格指定的高水平。本发明是基于如下发现:通过使用镁清净剂和相对高含量的无灰分散剂,可以配制出符合SAPS要求而在点火发动机XUD-II BTE测试中仍具有活塞清洁和粘度控制的通过值、并令人惊奇地满足梅塞德斯-奔驰密封测试要求的润滑油。
根据本发明,提供了一种润滑油组合物,其硫含量最高达0.3重量%,磷含量最高达0.08重量%,硫酸化灰分含量最高达0.80重量%,且总碱值(TBN)约8至9,其包括以下物质的混合物:
(a)主要量的润滑粘性的油,其选自由I类、II类、III类、IV类、V类和合成酯基础油组成的组中的一种或多种;
(b)TBN为200至500的高碱性含镁润滑油清净剂,其存在量为可为润滑油组合物提供5.3至7.3之间的TBN;和
(c)无灰分散剂,其存在量为2.5至4重量%,并为润滑油组合物提供0.05至0.1重量%的氮含量。
除另加说明外,所有添加剂的量都是以活性组分(“a.i.”)为基准以重量%记载的,即与稀释剂或载油无关。
润滑粘性的油
润滑粘性的油可选自I类、II类、III类、IV类或V类基础油或合成酯基础油。基础油类别是美国石油协会(API)出版物“发动机油许可和认证体系”,工业服务部,第十四版,1996年12月,附录1,1998年12月定义的。基础油的粘度优选在100℃下为3-12,更优选4-10,最优选4.5-8m m2/s(cSt.)
(a)用下表A规定的试验方法测定,I类矿物油基础油含有小于90%的饱和物和/或大于0.03%硫,并且其粘度指数大于或等于80且小于120。
(b)用下表A规定的试验方法测定,II类矿物油基础油含有大于或等于90%的饱和物和小于或等于0.03%硫,并且其粘度指数大于或等于80且小于120。
(c)用下表A规定的试验方法测定,III类矿物油基础油含有大于或等于90%的饱和物和小于或等于0.03%硫,并且其粘度指数大于或等于120。
(d)IV类基础油为聚α-烯烃(PAO)。
(e)V类基础油是所有不包含在I类、II类、III类或IV类中的基础油。
(f)可用的适合的酯基基础油包括二羧酸(例如,邻苯二甲酸,琥珀酸,烷基琥珀酸,烯基琥珀酸,马来酸,壬二酸,辛二酸,癸二酸,富马酸,己二酸,亚油酸二聚物,丙二酸,烷基丙二酸,烯基丙二酸等)与多种醇(例如,丁醇,己醇,十二烷醇,2-乙基己醇,乙二醇,二甘醇单醚,丙二醇等)的酯。这些酯的具体例子包括己二酸二丁酯,癸二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯,富马酸二正己基酯,癸二酸二辛酯,壬二酸二异辛酯,壬二酸二异癸酯,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二癸酯,癸二酸二(二十烷基)酯,亚油酸二聚物的2-乙基己基二酯,一摩尔癸二酸与两摩尔四甘醇和两摩尔2-乙基己酸反应生成的混合酯等。
用作合成基础油的酯还包括那些由C5至C12一元羧酸与多元醇和例如新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇、三季戊四醇等的多元醇醚制得的酯。

用于本发明的润滑粘性的油的粘度指数至少为95,优选至少100。优选的油是(a)III类基础油和II类基础油的基础油混和物,其中该混合物的粘度指数至少为110;或(b)III类基础油或多于一种的III类基础油的混和物。优选矿物油。
金属清净剂
本发明要求存在TBN为200至500、优选300至500的高碱性含镁润滑油清净剂,其量为可为润滑油组合物提供所要求的8至9的总TBN中的5.3至7.3的TBN。优选地,使用0.4至1.0重量%的镁清净剂,优选的镁清净剂为烷基水杨酸镁。
本发明的润滑油组合物在XUD-IIBTE测试的某些方面和梅塞德斯-奔驰密封测试中令人惊奇地表现出了“通过”评估,而不含镁清净剂的相同的润滑油组合物在相同的测试中显示出明显较差的结果。其它类型的金属清净剂也可以存在,只要润滑油的硫酸化灰分的含量保持在0.80重量%或更低即可。
含金属的或成灰的清净剂既可起到减少或除去沉积物的清净剂的作用,又可起到酸中和剂或防锈剂的作用,从而减少磨损和腐蚀并延长发动机的寿命。清净剂通常包含具有长链憎水尾的极性头,极性头包含酸性有机化合物的金属盐。这些盐可含有基本化学计量的金属,在此情况下,它们通常被描述为正盐或中性盐,且其总碱值(TBN)在通过ASTM D-2896方法测定时一般为0到80。可通过使过量金属化合物,如氧化物或氢氧化物,与酸性气体如二氧化碳反应而包括大量的金属碱。得到的高碱性清净剂包含作为金属碱(如碳酸盐)胶束外层的中和清净剂。这类高碱性清净剂的TBN可以为150或更高,一般使用的高碱性清净剂的TBN为200至500或更高。
通常使用的清净剂包括金属的,特别是碱金属或碱土金属,如钡,钠,钾,锂,钙和镁的油溶性中性和高碱性磺酸盐、酚盐、硫化酚盐、硫代磷酸盐、水杨酸盐和环烷酸盐及其它油溶性羧酸盐。最常用的金属是钙和镁,可以是这二者以及钙和/或镁与钠的混合物存在于润滑剂中使用的清净剂中。特别适合的金属清净剂是TBN为20至450的中性和高碱性金属清净剂。可以使用高碱性或中性或二者兼有的清净剂组合。
磺酸盐通常由磺酸来制备,而磺酸一般是通过烷基取代的芳烃的磺化反应获得的。这些烷基取代的芳烃有例如由石油分馏或通过芳烃的烷基化反应获得的那些。烷芳基磺酸盐中每个烷基取代的芳基残基通常含约9至约80个或更多的碳原子,优选为约16至约60个碳原子。
酚和硫化酚的金属盐是通过与适当的金属化合物如氧化物或氢氧化物进行反应来制备的,且中性或高碱性产品可通过本领域公知的方法得到。硫化酚可如下制备:使酚与硫或例如硫化氢、一卤化硫或二卤化硫的含硫化合物反应,以形成通常是其中两种或多种酚通过含硫桥基桥接的化合物的混合物的产物。
羧酸盐清净剂,如水杨酸盐,可通过芳族羧酸与适当的金属化合物如氧化物或氢氧化物进行反应来制备,且中性或高碱性产品可通过本领域公知的方法得到。芳族羧酸的芳基残基可含有杂原子,如氮和氧。优选该残基仅含碳原子;更优选该残基含6个或更多个碳原子;例如苯是优选的残基。芳族羧酸可含一个或多个芳基残基,如一个或多个苯环,或稠合或通过亚烷基桥基连接。
油溶性水杨酸中优选的取代基是烷基取代基。在烷基取代的水杨酸中,烷基最好包含5至100个、优选9至30个、特别是14至20个碳原子。如果烷基超过一个,所有烷基中的平均碳原子数优选至少为9,以保证足够的油溶性。
无灰分散剂
无灰分散剂通常包含油溶性聚合烃类骨架,其带有能与被分散的颗粒结合的官能团。无灰分散剂可以例如选自长链烃取代的一元和二元羧酸的或其酸酐的油溶性盐、酯、氨基酯、酰胺、酰亚胺和噁唑啉;长链烃的硫代羧酸盐/酯衍生物;含有直接连接到其上的多胺的长链脂肪族烃;以及由长链取代酚与甲醛和聚亚烷基多胺缩合产生的曼尼希缩合产物。
本发明的分散剂是含氮的,并以2.5至4.0重量%的量存在。通过分散剂引入的润滑油组合物的氮含量应当在0.05至0.1重量%N的范围内。优选经过硼酸处理的或未经硼酸处理的聚异丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺分散剂,其中聚异丁烯基的Mn为约500至3000,优选为约900至2500。优选的实施方案使用用下述聚异丁烯制备的聚异丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺分散剂:由纯异丁烯流或制备反应性异丁烯聚合物的萃余液I流制成的、带有末端亚乙烯基烯的聚异丁烯。优选地,这些被称为高反应性聚异丁烯(HR-PIB)的聚合物具有的末端亚乙烯基的含量为至少65%,例如70%,更优选至少80%,最优选至少85%。这种聚合物的制备记载在例如美国专利4,152,499号中。HR-PIB是公知的,并且HR-PIB可以商品名GlissopalTM(来自BASF)和UltravisTM(来自BP-Amoco)购得。
优选但非必要的成分是抗氧化剂、二烃基二硫代磷酸锌、油溶性有机钼化合物、摩擦改性剂和粘度改性剂。
抗氧化剂
抗氧化剂降低了基础油在使用过程中变质的趋势,这种变质可以通过油泥或类漆膜之类的氧化产物沉积在金属表面表现出来,还通过粘度增大表现出来。它们宜以0.1至5.0重量%、优选0.25至1.0重量%的量存在。合适的氧化抑制剂包括受阻酚、优选具有C5到C12烷基侧链的烷基酚硫酯的碱土金属的盐、壬基酚硫化钙、无灰的油溶性酚盐和硫化的酚盐、磷硫化或硫化的烃、烷基取代的二苯胺、烷基取代的苯胺和萘胺、亚磷酸酯、硫代氨基甲酸金属盐、无灰的硫代氨基甲酸盐和如U.S.4,867,890中所述的油溶性铜化合物。最优选的是二烷基取代的二苯胺,其中烷基是C4-C20,例如二壬基二苯胺;以及受阻酚,例如异辛基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基肉桂酸盐/酯及其混合物。
二烃基二硫代磷酸锌
二烃基二硫代磷酸锌是油溶性二烃基二硫代磷酸的盐,可用下式表示:
其中R和R’可以是相同或不同的烃基,其含有1至18个、优选2至12个碳原子,并包括诸如烷基、烯基、芳基、芳烷基、烷芳基和脂环基的基团,特别优选的R和R’基团是具有2至8个碳原子的烷基。因此,这些基团可以是,例如,乙基,正丙基,异丙基,正丁基,异丁基,仲丁基,戊基,正己基,异己基,正辛基,癸基,十二烷基,十八烷基,2-乙基己基,苯基,丁苯基,环己基,甲基环戊基,丙烯基,丁烯基。为获得油溶性,二硫代磷酸中的总碳数(即R和R’)通常为约5或更高。二烃基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)因此可包括二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。ZDDP是内燃机和常规客车柴油发动机的润滑油组合物中最常用的抗氧化剂/抗磨剂,其配制是为了满足现行欧洲ACEA规格。本发明润滑油组合物包含的ZDDP(或其它二烷基二硫代磷酸金属盐)的适宜量为在润滑油组合物中引入约0.02至0.08重量%、优选0.02至0.06重量%的磷。润滑油组合物中的磷含量是按ASTM D5185方法测定的。
钼化合物
对于本发明的润滑油组合物,任何适合的油溶性有机钼化合物都可使用。钼化合物起抗磨和抗氧化添加剂的作用。优选使用二聚和三聚钼化合物。这种油溶性有机钼化合物的例子是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐,二烷基二硫代磷酸盐,二烷基二硫代亚磷酸盐,黄原酸盐,硫代黄原酸盐,羧酸盐等以及它们的混合物。特别优选的是二烷基硫代氨基甲酸钼。
本发明中用作添加剂的二烷基硫代氨基甲酸钼二聚物为用以下分子式表示的化合物:
R1至R4独立地表示直链烃基、支链烃基或芳烃基;X1至X4独立地表示氧原子或硫原子。四个烃基R1至R4可相同或互不相同。
适用于本发明润滑油组合物的另一类有机钼化合物是三核(三聚)钼化合物,特别是分子式Mo3SkLnQz表示的那些及其混合物,其中L是独立选择的带有有机基团的配体,这些有机基团具有足以使化合物可溶于油中的碳原子数,n为1至4,k在4至7间变动,Q选自中性供电子化合物的组,例如水、胺、醇、膦和醚,z为0至5并包括非化学计量值。在所有配体的有机基团中,总碳原子至少为21个,例如至少25个,至少30个或至少35个碳原子。
配体选自由以下组成的组及其混合物:

其中X、X1、X2和Y独立地选自氧和硫,其中R1、R2和R独立地选自氢和相同的或不同的有机基团。该有机基团优选为烃基,如烷基(例如,其中与配体其余部分连接的碳原子为伯碳原子或仲碳原子)、芳基、取代芳基和醚基。更优选各配体有相同的烃基。
术语“烃基”在本文中是指具有直接与配体其余部分相连的碳原子且性质上主要为烃基的取代基。这样的取代基包括如下取代基:
1、烃取代基,即脂肪族(例如烷基或烯基)、脂环族(例如环烷基或环烯基)取代基,芳族、脂肪族和脂环族取代的芳环等,以及其中的环通过配体的另一部分完成的环状取代基(即,任意两个所示的取代基一起形成脂环基)。
2、取代的烃取代基,即包含不会改变本发明中取代基主要为烃基的性质的非烃类基团的那些。本领域技术人员了解合适的基团(例如,卤代基,特别是氯代和氟代基,氨基,烷氧基,巯基,烷基巯基,硝基,亚硝基,硫氧基等)。
重要的是,配体有机基团具有足以使化合物可溶于油的碳原子数。例如,在各基团中的碳原子数通常为约1至约100,优选约1至约30,更优选约4至约20。优选的配体包括二烷基二硫代磷酸根,烷基黄原酸根,羧酸根,二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸根及其混合物。最优选的是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸根。本领域技术人员可认识到,本发明化合物的形成需要选择有适当电荷的配体,以平衡核的电荷(如下所述)。
式为Mo3SkLnQz的化合物具有被阴离子配体包围的阳离子核,其中阳离子核用例如以下结构表示:
其净电荷为+4。因此,为了使这些核溶解,所有配体的总电荷必须为-4。优选4个单阴离子配体。不希望受任何理论的束缚,但相信两个或更多的三核核可以通过一个或多个配体连接或相联。配体可为多齿的,即有与一个或多个核连接的多个连接。相信氧和/或硒可取代核中的硫。
油溶性三核钼化合物是优选的,并可以如下制备:使(NH4)2Mo3S13·n(H2O)之类的钼源与例如二硫化四烷基秋兰姆之类的适宜的配体源在适当的液体和/或溶剂中反应,其中n在0到2之间变化并包括非化学计量值。可以在钼源、配体源和硫提取剂在适当溶液中的反应过程中生成其它油溶性三核钼化合物,其中钼源有例如(NH4)2Mo3S13·n(H2O),配体源有例如二硫化四烷基秋兰姆、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯/盐或二烷基二硫代磷酸酯/盐,硫提取剂有例如氰根离子、亚硫酸根离子或取代的膦。另外,如[M’]2[Mo3S7A6](其中M’为反离子,A为如Cl、Br或I的卤素)之类的三核钼-硫卤化物盐可以与例如二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯/盐或二烷基二硫代磷酸酯/盐的配体源在适当的液体和/或溶剂中反应,以生成油溶性三核钼化合物。所述的适当的液体和/或溶剂可以是例如含水溶剂或有机溶剂。
所选的配体必需有足够数目的碳原子,以使化合物可溶于润滑油组合物。这里使用的术语“油溶性的”不一定指化合物或添加剂可以任何比例溶于油,而指在使用、运输和贮存中它们是可溶的。
硫化的含钼组合物如下制备:(i)使酸性钼化合物与碱性氮化合物在极性促进剂的存在下反应,生成钼络合物,其中碱性氮化合物选自由琥珀酰亚胺、羧酸酰胺、烃基单胺、磷酰胺、硫代磷酰胺、曼尼奇碱、分散剂粘度指数改进剂组成的组或其混合物,(ii)使钼络合物与含硫化合物反应,从而生成本发明上下文中使用的含硫和钼的组合物。硫化的含钼组合物通常可表征为碱性氮化合物的钼/硫络合物。这些钼组合物的准确分子式还不确切知道。但是,相信它们是如下的化合物:其中化合价与氧或硫原子平衡的钼被在制备这些组合物的过程中使用的碱性含氮化合物中的一个或多个氮原子配位,或者是它们的盐。
本发明的润滑油组合物可含有少量的油溶性钼化合物。至少10ppm至最多约2000ppm的量的来自钼化合物的钼可存在于润滑油组合物中。优选使用约500ppm至1000ppm的来自钼化合物的钼。这些值以润滑油组合物的重量为基准。
摩擦改性剂
至少一种有机油溶性摩擦改性剂可优选地加入润滑油组合物。通常,摩擦改性剂占润滑油组合物的约0.02至2.0重量%。优选使用0.05至1.0、更优选0.1至0.5重量%的摩擦改性剂。
摩擦改性剂包括脂族胺或乙氧基化的脂族胺;脂族脂肪酸酰胺;脂族羧酸;多元醇的脂族羧酸酯,例如脂肪酸甘油酯,如油酸甘油酯,其为优选的;脂族羧酸酯-酰胺;脂族磷酸酯;脂族硫代磷酸酯等;其中脂族基团通常含有多于约8个的碳原子,从而使化合物可适宜地溶于油。通过使一种或多种脂族琥珀酸或酸酐与氨反应生成的脂族取代的琥珀酰亚胺也是适合的。
润滑油流动改进剂
倾点抑制剂,又称为润滑油流动改进剂,降低了流体流动或可被倾倒的最低温度。这些添加剂是已知的。这些提高流体低温流动性的添加剂的典型例子是C8至C18二烷基富马酸酯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯等。它们的用量为0.01至5.0重量%,选约0.1至3.0重量%。当使用矿物油基础油时,优选使用这些润滑油流动改进剂,但当基础油为PAO或合成酯时,则不需要使用。
粘度改性剂
粘度改性剂(VM)的作用是赋予润滑油高温和低温可操作性。所用VM可以具有这种单一的功能,或可以是多功能的。其存在量为0.01至20.0重量%,优选约1.0至10.0重量%。当基础油为矿物油时,优选使用它们。
还可用作分散剂的多功能粘度改性剂也是己知的。适合的粘度改性剂为聚异丁烯、乙烯和丙烯及较高级α-烯烃的共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、不饱和二元羧酸和乙烯基化合物的共聚物、苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯的互聚物,以及苯乙烯/异戊二烯、苯乙烯/丁二烯和异戊二烯/丁二烯的部分氢化的共聚物,及丁二烯和异戊二烯和异戊二烯/二乙烯基苯的部分氢化的均聚物。
许多化合物可提供泡沫控制,包括聚硅氧烷型的消泡剂,例如硅油或聚二甲基硅氧烷。
一些上述添加剂具有多种效果,例如单一的添加剂可作为分散剂-抗氧化剂。这一途径是已知的,不需要进一步说明。
添加剂可以任何适当的方式加入基础油。例如,各组分可通过将其以所需的浓度分散或溶解于基础油或基础油调合物中直接加到基础油或基础油调合油中。这种调合可在常温下或在升高的温度下进行。本发明包含由添加剂组分混合物得到的产物来制成润滑油组合物。
优选地,将除粘度改性剂和倾点下降剂外的所有添加剂混入浓缩物或本文所述的整装添加剂中作为整装添加剂,然后将其混入基础油中以制成成品润滑油。通常配制含有适当量添加剂的浓缩物,以便当浓缩物与预定量的基础润滑油合并时在最终的配制物中可提供所需的浓度。
浓缩物优选按U.S.4,938,880中公开的方法制备。所述专利描述了制作无灰分散剂和金属清净剂的预混合物的方法,它是在至少约100℃下进行预混合的。然后,将预混合物冷却到至少85℃,然后加入其他组分。
最终的曲轴箱润滑油配制物可使用2至20质量%、优选4至18质量%、最优选约5-17质量%的浓缩物或整装添加剂,其余为基础油。
实施例1
制备本发明油A和对比例油B和油C,并按照XUD-II BTE点火发动机试验、作为ACEA B规格一部分的欧洲客车柴油发动机测试(CECL-56-T-98)测试活塞指标和粘度增大。油A和油C还在梅塞德斯-奔驰密封试验中测试。结果参见表1。本发明油A表现出明显和惊人的改进。
油A:制备的润滑油组合物含0.54重量%的烷基水杨酸镁清净剂(TBN340),1.32重量%的烷基水杨酸钙清净剂,有机钼抗磨剂,摩擦改性剂,3.23重量%的聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺清净剂,抗氧化剂,润滑油流动改进剂,粘度改性剂,消泡剂,二烃基二硫代磷酸锌和矿物基础油。分散剂向润滑油组合物中提供0.07重量%氮。
油A中含有0.2重量%硫、0.08重量%磷、和0.78重量%的硫酸化灰分,TBN为8.7。
油B:重复上述油A的制备,不同的是用1.60重量%的水杨酸钙清净剂代替镁清净剂。分散剂向润滑油组合物提供0.07重量%的氮。油B中含有0.2重量%硫、0.08重量%磷、0.78重量%硫酸化灰分,TBN为7.7。
油C:重复上述油B的制备,不同的是存在3.93重量%的相同分散剂。分散剂向润滑油组合物提供0.08重量%氮。油C中含有0.2重量%硫、0.08重量%磷、0.8重量%硫酸化灰分,TBN为8.2。

Claims (10)
1.一种润滑油组合物,其硫含量最高达0.3重量%,磷含量最高达0.08重量%,硫酸化灰分含量最高达0.80重量%,且总碱值为8至9,其包括以下物质的混合物:
(a)主要量的润滑粘性的油,其选自由I类、II类、III类、IV类、V类和合成酯基础油组成的组中的一种或多种;
(b)TBN为200至500的高碱性含镁润滑油清净剂,其存在量为润滑油组合物的0.4至1.0重量%;和
(c)无灰分散剂,其存在量为2.5至4重量%,并为润滑油组合物提供0.05至0.1重量%的氮含量。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其还含有由二烃基二硫代磷酸锌、油溶性有机钼化合物、粘度改性剂以及除二烃基二硫代磷酸锌和油溶性有机钼化合物之外抗氧化剂和摩擦改性剂组成的组中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其中所述清净剂是TBN为200-500的水杨酸镁。
4.根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其中所述分散剂是聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中所述抗氧化剂是(i)二烷基二苯胺,其中烷基是C4-C20烷基,或(ii)受阻酚。
6.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中所述二烃基二硫代磷酸锌中的烃基具有2至8个碳原子。
7.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中所述有机钼化合物是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述润滑粘性的油是矿物油。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的组合物的用途,用于在内燃机中提供提高的活塞清洁度和/或粘度控制。
10.一种提高活塞清洁度的方法,包括向发动机中加入权利要求1-8中任一项所述的润滑油组合物。
