Abstract

本发明公开了一种安全LED灯管,包括散热外壳、灯罩、位于所述散热外壳和灯罩两端的端盖、与所述散热外壳固定连接的电路板、位于所述电路板上的LED灯珠、位于所述两个端盖上的两组插针以及分别与电路板连接的驱动部分,在所述驱动部分与所述两组插针之间的电路上分别设有防护开关。这样,不管用户是否将插针先插入灯座高电压的一端,只有在两组插针都被安装于灯座内后,再启动防护开关,才能使市电源与驱动部分之间形成电连接,因此彻底消除了用户安装过程中的潜在危险。

Description

安全LED灯管
技术领域
本发明涉及LED(发光二极管;Light Emitting Diode)灯具技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种可防止用户在安装过程中遭受电击的安全LED灯管。
背景技术
近年来,LED灯具因为、节能、更环保、效率高、体积小、寿命更长等特点而备受关注,LED灯具正在取代传统的白炽灯和荧光灯管而作为主流照明工具。与此同时,随着清洁能源效率技术的发展以及人们环保理念的日益增强,越来越多的家庭和机构都将采用LED灯具进行照明。在这种趋势之下,确保LED灯具的绝对安全,防止触电等潜在的安全问题,就显得尤其重要。
请参照图1及图2,现有技术中的LED灯管100包括散热外壳110、灯罩(图中未示出)、位于所述散热外壳110和灯罩两端的端盖120、通过电连接件145电连接在一起的两个电路板150、位于所述两个电路板150上的LED灯珠170、位于所述端盖120上的插针180以及分别与两个电路板150连接的驱动160。其中,驱动160通过绝缘纸包裹后被置于散热外壳110内,这种结构的缺陷在于,容易导致散热不畅。另外,在现有技术中,上述各部件的连接是通过胶水粘结的方式实现,在长期高温条件下,胶水连接容易老化损坏,从而造成安全事故。
更为重要的是,当消费者安装上述LED灯管的时候,还存在着更大的安全隐患。例如,当在传统荧光灯灯座上安装LED灯管的时候,如果消费者将图中所示的插针插入灯座高电压的一端时(俗称火线),虽然在驱动160与中性线(俗称地线)没有构成回路,其中没有电流通过,但其中已经存在一定的电势,当如果消费者此时触碰到另一端的插针的时候,就会遭受电击,从而发生安全事故。
市面上所有的LED灯管都存在上述安全隐患,并且没有采取相应的安全措施加以防止。消费者是否被电击,取决于插针是否先被插入灯座高电压的一端。因此,消费者存在50%的被电击危险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全LED灯管,其可防止用户在安装过程中遭受电击。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:提供一种安全LED灯管,包括散热外壳、灯罩、位于所述散热外壳和灯罩两端的端盖、与所述散热外壳固定连接的电路板、位于所述电路板上的LED灯珠、位于所述两个端盖上的两组插针以及分别与电路板连接的驱动部分,在所述驱动部分与所述两组插针之间的电路上分别设有防护开关。
这样,不管用户是否将插针先插入灯座高电压的一端,只有在两组插针都被安装于灯座内后,再启动防护开关,才能使市电源与驱动部分之间形成电连接,因此彻底消除了用户安装过程中的潜在危险。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图3及图4,为本发明的一较佳实施例,该安全LED灯管包括散热外壳201、灯罩202(请参照图7)、位于所述散热外壳201和灯罩两端的端盖260、与所述散热外壳201固定连接的电路板205、位于所述电路板205上的LED灯珠214、位于所述两个端盖260上的两组插针250以及分别与电路板205连接的驱动部分400,在所述驱动部分400与所述两组插针250之间的电路上分别设有防护开关220。这样,不管用户是否将插针250先插入灯座高电压的一端,只有在两组插针250都被安装于灯座内后,再启动防护开关220,才能使市电源与驱动部分400之间形成电连接,因此彻底消除了用户安装过程中的潜在危险。
以下对上述各组成部分分别作进一步详细介绍。
请结合参照图7,所述外壳201的横截面大致呈半圆形,并可采用铝、铜等导热性能良好的金属或合金材料制成。其对应LED灯管出光面的一侧形成用以安装固定电路板205的安装平台。安装平台对应电路板205的位置设有若干供螺钉锁紧的螺孔。从而解决了现有技术中,采用胶水实现电路板和外壳之间连接的容易老化失效的缺陷。在所述安装平台两侧延伸出具有安装槽的定位部,用以实现与透明灯罩的连接。为了扩大散热面积,所述在与LED灯管出光面相反的一侧形成多个条状突起。另外,在所述外壳201的长度方向上设有贯通所述外壳201的通孔,便于空气流通而散热。
本实施例中,所述防护开关220可通过机械按键控制或遥控的方式实现通断。当采用机械按键控制时,可采用现有技术中的机械按键。当采用感测方式时,可采用红外感测器、电磁感测器、光电感测器等。
请结合参照图6,所述驱动部分400包括与所述散热外壳201通过螺钉固定连接的驱动外壳401、位于所述驱动外壳401内的驱动等。所述驱动外壳的两端分别延伸出一法兰结构411,用以与所述外壳201固定连接。本实施例中,所述驱动外壳401呈半圆柱状并具有与所述散热外壳内腔方向一致的容纳空间412。另外,所述驱动外壳法兰结构411一侧与所述散热外壳201之间形成散热通道404。
请结合参照图5,所述端盖260包括端盖壳261、位于所述端盖壳261内的端盖电路板(图中未示出),端盖壳261上设有防护开关安装孔和供所述插针250插设的插孔。本实施例中,所述插针250和防护开关220与所述端盖电路板固定连接。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种安全LED灯管,包括散热外壳、灯罩、位于所述散热外壳和灯罩两端的端盖、与所述散热外壳固定连接的电路板、位于所述电路板上的LED灯珠、位于所述两个端盖上的两组插针以及与电路板连接的驱动部分,其特征在于:在所述驱动部分与所述两组插针之间的电路上分别设有防护开关,所述端盖包括端盖壳、位于所述端盖壳内的端盖电路板,所述插针和防护开关与所述端盖电路板固定连接;及所述驱动部分包括与所述散热外壳通过螺钉固定连接的驱动外壳,所述驱动外壳与所述散热外壳之间形成散热通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全LED灯管,其特征在于:所述防护开关通过机械按键控制或感测的方式实现通断。
3.如权利要求1所述的安全LED灯管,其特征在于:所述散热外壳上形成安装平台,并通过螺钉与所述电路板固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的安全LED灯管,其特征在于:所述驱动外壳呈半圆柱状并具有与所述散热外壳内腔方向一致的容纳空间。
