Claims (6)
- 전구 소켓에 결합하는 소켓 베이스 내부에 일측이 끼워지는 절연 재질의 소켓 지지유닛;상부에서 상기 소켓 지지유닛의 타측에 결합하고, 외부와 연통하는 수납공간이 내부에 형성된 상부 방열유닛;상기 상부 방열유닛의 수납공간에 설치되는 구동모듈;상기 상부 방열유닛과 분리가능하게 결합하고, 내부에 수납공간이 형성된 하부 방열유닛;상기 하부 방열유닛의 수납공간에 설치되는 LED 모듈;상기 하부 방열유닛의 수납공간의 내측벽에 따라 설치되는 반사판; 및상기 반사판의 단부에서 상기 하부 방열유닛의 수납공간을 밀폐하는 렌즈 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 상부 방열유닛은,일정 간격으로 관통 나사공이 형성된 링 형상의 베이스; 및상기 베이스를 따라 그 위에 일정 간격으로 설치되는 다수의 방열 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 방열 핀은, 외측으로 반구형을 이루고 내측으로 상기 수납공간을 이루고 상부 꼭대기에서 맞닿지 않아 관통공이 형성되도록 하는 단면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 구동모듈이 내부에 장착되고, 상기 상부 방열유닛의 수납공간에 끼워져 고정되며, 다수의 통기공을 갖는 절연재질의 보호 케이스를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하부 방열유닛의 수납공간의 내측벽과 상기 반사판은 아래쪽으로 갈수록 직경이 증가하는 호퍼 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하부 방열유닛은,가장자리를 따라 나사공이 형성되고 전원선의 통과를 위한 관통공이 형성된 베이스 플레이트; 및상기 베이스 플레이트의 이면 가장자리를 따라 일정 간격으로 설치된 방열 핀으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고전력 엘이디 램프.
