Abstract
본 발명에 따른 LED 조명등은, LED 모듈의 상면에 설치되며, 히트파이프 및 히트파이프 홀더로 구성된 히트파이프 모듈; 상기 히트파이프 모듈 및 LED 모듈의 하부에 위치하며, 상기 히트파이프 모듈과 LED 모듈을 수용하는 하부 케이스; 상기 하부 케이스와 결합하며, 상기 히트파이프 모듈과 LED 모듈을 수용하는 내부 공간을 형성하는 상부 케이스; 를 포함하며 구성되고, 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이에는 몰딩이 삽입되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
바람직하게는, 상기 히트파이프 모듈은, LED 모듈의 상면에 설치되는 히트파이프 홀더; 상기 히트파이프 홀더 주위에 부착되는 히트파이프;
를 구비하며, 상기 히트파이프 홀더는 평면 형상이 "+" 또는 "-" 형상으로, 각 단부가 서로 맞닿도록 구부러진 하부 히트파이프 홀더 및 상부 히트파이프 홀더로 구성되며, 상기 상부 및 하부 히트파이프 홀더의 각 중앙부에는 "+" 또는 "-" 형상으로, 일정 폭의 홈이 형성되며, 상기 홈에 히트파이프가 부착된다.

Claims (9)
- LED 조명등에 있어서,
LED 모듈의 상면에 설치되며, 히트파이프 및 히트파이프 홀더로 구성된 히트파이프 모듈;
상기 히트파이프 모듈 및 LED 모듈의 하부에 위치하며, 상기 히트파이프 모듈과 LED 모듈을 수용하는 하부 케이스;
상기 하부 케이스와 결합하며, 상기 히트파이프 모듈과 LED 모듈을 수용하는 내부 공간을 형성하는 상부 케이스;
를 포함하며 구성되고,
상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이에는 몰딩이 삽입되어 결합되며, 상기 히트파이프 모듈은, LED 모듈의 상면에 설치되는 히트파이프 홀더 및 상기 히트파이프 홀더 주위에 부착되는 히트파이프를 구비하는데, 상기 히트파이프 홀더는 평면 형상이 "+" 또는 "-" 형상으로, 각 단부가 서로 맞닿도록 구부러진 히트파이프 하부홀더 및 히트파이프 상부홀더로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 LED 모듈은,
상기 히트파이프 모듈의 하면에 부착되는 PCB기판;
상기 PCB기판에 균일하게 배열되는 LED 소자;
상기 PCB기판의 하부에 부착되며, 중앙부에 개구가 형성된 기판 커버
를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프 상부 및 하부홀더의 각 중앙부에는 일정 폭의 홈이 형성되며, 상기 홈에 히트파이프가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프 상부홀더의 각 단부에는 삽입홈이 형성되고, 히트파이프 하부홀더의 각 단부에는 돌기가 형성되어, 상기 삽입홈에 돌기가 삽입되어 히트파이프 상부 및 하부홀더가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프 모듈의 상면 및 하면과, 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스 사이에는 써멀 그리스 또는 금속성 재질의 솔더가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 케이스의 중앙부는 LED 소자의 빛이 외부로 출사되는 개구가 형성되며, 가장자리를 따라 빗물이 빠져나갈 수 있도록 일정 간격으로 드레인 홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프 모듈 및 LED모듈이 복수개로 구성되어 상기 케이스 내에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명등.
