The end covers are positioned at two ends of the radiating shell and the lampshade, the circuit board is fixedly connected with the radiating shell, the LED bulb is positioned on the circuit board, the two groups of contact pins are arranged on the two end covers, the driving part is respectively connected with the circuit board, and a protective switch is respectively arranged on a circuit between the driving part and the two groups of contact pins. By adopting the structure, whether a user inserts the contact pins into the high-voltage end of a lampholder or not, the commercial power supply is electrically connected with the driving part only if the two groups of contact pins are all installed in the lampholder and then the protective switch is started, therefore, potential danger existing in the installation process can be thoroughly eliminated.
