Description

专利申请EP1362967A1公开了成鳞片状搭接设置的板形构件,但其没有结合于构件本身中的装置,用于在各个构件之间在水平方向的密封。其也不存在安置于构件上的固定元件,而固定元件是用螺钉固定于挂瓦条的固定卡的形式,其通过各构件之间的搭接区域延伸并且上面的构件由其下边缘固定。该方案的缺点是,在安装构件之前,为了各构件在水平方向的密封,不仅必须敷设成型轨条,而且必须将各固定元件固定在挂瓦条上。
公开文本DE3929800A1涉及一种装置,用以固定一屋顶盖板。其描述了一种固定装置,借其将所涉及的屋顶板在水槽侧的一端上特别可靠地压紧和固定。屋顶盖板在其下面具有一固定伸出部,其设有向水槽侧的一端敞开的槽口。在屋顶结构上固定的一个凸缘嵌入该槽口中。屋顶盖板的向下伸出的端部搭接下一个屋顶盖板并因此其固定在屋顶结构上。类似的装置公开于文件DE3713320A1和FR2809431A1中。这三个系统的共同缺点是,支承凸缘的型材必须是阶梯形的,使嵌入所述槽口的凸缘比对置于该凸缘的另一凸缘更远离底部结构至少屋顶盖板的厚度,下一个屋顶盖板以其上边缘支承在凸缘上。因此屋顶盖板的厚度和型材的尺寸必须相互匹配。如果屋顶盖板包括光电元件,则其电连接不可能设置在屋顶盖板的上面的端面上,因为该端面是被型材覆盖住的。最后,由于是阶梯形的型材,故而难以例如由金属板制造屋顶盖板的侧面的边缘端接件。
由现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于,提出一种屋顶和立面覆层,其防止损坏,具有简单的结构,可特别简单地安装,并且还不需要专门的阶梯形的型材。
上述目的按照本发明这样达到,即,构件包括至少一个板件和一个至少部分地围绕该板件的框架,并且,槽口与构件内面的间距至少相当于构件在其上端面的厚度。
通过框架在各边缘上围绕而保护每一构件免受机械损坏。由于固定元件在构件的下半部中的位置特别固定其下边缘。构件的上部或其框架位于在下一个上排中设置的构件的下面。因此在垂直方向通过搭接构成一密封以防侵入灰尘、污物、雪、雨水和融冰水。同时位于下面的构件在其上边缘防止吸风。因此可以放弃在底部结构上例如借助于螺钉固定的固定元件,这些固定元件为了成鳞片状设置的构件的下边缘在各构件之间的固定必须要穿过搭接区域。这就决定了在该位置或在各构件之间存在明显的间隙,或者要用专门的成型件以便在相应的位置穿过固定元件。要密封一间隙或制造一成型件意味着附加的费用。槽口与构件的间距允许下面邻接的构件的上边缘支承在支承元件的同一平面上,槽口也接触该平面。因此,作为支承元件不需要专门的阶梯形型材,如其在由现有技术已知的装置中那样的情况。这就带来了附加的优点,即,构件的上端面并非如同在已知的结构中那样由型材的一壁部覆盖,而是保持为可接近的,从而在那里可以设置电连接点,如果构件包括光电元件的话。
按照一种实施方式,固定元件设置在框架上并且优选与框架连接成一体。这有利于向支承元件的传力,同时使板元件不直接受力。
若按另一实施方式,框架由塑料构成并优选以注塑成型方法制造,则有利于实现大批量低成本的制造。如果按一种实施方式,通过在板件周围注塑使板件与框架相连接,则构件的制造进一步简化。
按照又一实施方式,支承元件构成为在一底部结构上固定的成型杆,其具有一与底部结构间隔开的指向上方的翼缘。由于与底部结构的间距,所述翼缘在支承元件的全长上是自由的并且因此底部结构可以独立于由构件产生的式样进行构建。
按照另一实施方式,在搭接区域内,构件的下边缘在面向支承元件的表面上和/或构件的上边缘在远离支承元件的表面上构造或者设有沟槽和/或筋条。通过该措施,防止在构件的搭接区域内产生毛细管作用,但仍能流走可能形成的冷凝水。
按照另一实施方式,每一构件的各侧边缘设有这样的元件,其与水平邻接的各构件的相应的元件密封地相嵌接。借此防止侵入灰尘、污物、雪、雨水和融冰水。
按照另一实施方式,框架在下边缘垂直于板件的平面不超出板件。借此,特别是在屋顶覆层中避免在构件的下边缘形成污物的积聚。
另一实施方式规定,构件在其背面包括一平面的由不可燃的材料构成的元件。该元件,在板元件断裂时(这种情况例如在所涉及的建筑物发生火灾时可能出现),防止各部分掉落。
按照本发明的一种优选的实施方式,至少板件的一部分设计为光电元件或者包括光电元件。通过框架以有利的方式保护光电元件免受机械载荷并从而避免损坏。
另一实施方式规定,框架在构件的上边缘上如此之宽以及各支承元件之间的间距如此选择,即,使上面邻接的构件的下边缘不超出光电元件或者超出最大为光电元件的垂直长度的5%。借此,在被上面邻接的构件遮蔽的情况下产生电流时避免损失或将损失限制到最小程度。
按照一种实施方式,在构件的上边缘中设置至少一个电连接点,其优选从上边缘的端面是可接近的。借此,即使是已敷设的构件,也可以实现其电连接,而不象此前的做法-大多是在不好接近的构件的内面上实现电连接。
按照另一实施方式,光电元件设置在板件的内面上,框架设计为使其构成光电元件的防水封闭罩,并且板件的外面是防水的。
以下参照附图示例更详细地说明本发明的特别的实施形式。其中:

图1示出了具有多个平面的板形构件1的装置的透视图,如由开头所述公开文本EP1362967A1中已知的那样。并排上下排列设置的成鳞片状搭接的各平面的板形构件1构成屋顶或立面的覆层。每一构件1通过两个构成为钩的固定元件6固定在构成为屋顶挂瓦条的支承元件27上,但其中各固定元件并不固定设置在各构件1上。各固定元件通过各构件1之间的搭接区域15延伸并且上面的构件由其下边缘固定。其缺点是,在安装各构件1之前为了各构件在水平方向的密封不仅必须敷设成型轨条,而且必须将各固定元件固定在构成为挂瓦条的各支承元件27上。
图2示出屋顶的局部部分从上面观察的透视图,其借助于本发明的构件1覆盖。各构件1可以包括光电元件。构件1在垂直方向搭接,因此成鳞片状和成排设置。借助于整体结合的固定元件(图4至6)实现构件1在基本上水平设置的支承元件27上的固定。后者设置在一传统的底部结构4上。在水平方向,各构件1构成和设置成,使两并排的构件1的框架3的结构交错连接,如其在以下借助图7还要详细说明的那样。借助图4、6和7更详细地描述所述框架3。
图3示出构件1的外面23的透视图,亦即在构件1的安装的状态下远离所涉及的建筑物的侧面,并且图4示出构件1的内面16的透视图。在该特别的实施形式中,借助于注塑成型技术,为构件1的板件2注塑一塑料框架3。该框架在其各边缘围绕板件2并且还部分地覆盖其内面和外面。在某些应用场合,框架也可以覆盖板件2的整个内面16,例如在板件2在内面构成为未封闭的光电元件的情况下。框架3也可以包括耐火的平面的元件22,例如钢丝网或玻璃纤维网,以便防止构件1特别是板件2的部分在所涉及的建筑物发生火灾情况下在板件2在这上边断裂时掉落。箭头18标明在敷设构件1时向上的方向。
在所示的实施形式中,两个固定元件6连接于构件1或其框架3。它们也可以直接设置在构件1的板件2的内面上。当然按照构件的形状和尺寸而定,可以只设置一个唯一的固定元件6或者也可设置多于两个固定元件6。这些固定元件6可以例如如图中所示包括一单独注塑(图11)的或以其他方式在构件上固定的部分,完全由注塑成型或者其组合。其位置是,在安装的构件1的下半部在其内面16上。在内面的最上面可看出支座17,借其安装的构件1支承在一个支承元件27上(图5),后者例如可以设计为成型轨条,如稍后还要借助图6说明的那样。在右边缘7和左边缘8上,结合有相对于下一邻接的构件的密封措施,其详细示于图7中。
图4中所示的框架3在板件2各边缘在全部四个侧面围绕着板件2。因此,在板件2设计为光电元件或者包括光电元件的情况下,附加于必要时存在的密封措施,该板件2的边缘借助于该框架3防止湿气进入。但在所示的实施例中,考虑到框架3在构件1的下边缘5上并不凸出于板形构件的外面23,从而水可以自由流走,并且避免污物的积聚(参见图6)。
图5示出各构件1在屋顶上设置的侧视图。在底部结构4上设置基本上水平延伸的支承元件27,构件直接支承在其中并借助于固定元件6进行固定。关于支承元件27的实施形式结合图6还要更详细地说明。各构件1成鳞片状这样敷设,即一个构件1的下边缘5搭接邻接的构件的上端面12。
图6以相对图5放大的视图示出图5中用15标记的搭接区域。底部结构4可以例如包括传统的椽条或反挂瓦条(Konterlattung),在其中基本上水平设置和固定各支承元件。在(未示出的)立面覆层的情况下,底部结构4例如可以由反挂瓦条构成。如图6清楚地示出的那样,支承元件27在该实例中构成为具有一双T形截面的成型轨条。代替双T形截面,支承元件27也可以具有不同的横截面,例如为U形横截面。重要的仅仅是,支承元件27具有一个向上指向箭头18的方向的自由的翼缘21,在其上以下述方式可以嵌接固定元件6并且宽到足以使下面邻接的构件1可以以其支座17紧贴于其上。每一固定元件6以一底部28设置在构件1上。底部28可以例如连接于框架3,如其在图4中所示的那样,其中优选整个固定元件与框架3形成一体。紧接于底部固定元件6具有一间距元件29并且在末端具有一槽口20。借助于该槽口20,固定元件6包围所述的支承元件27的翼缘21并且与支承元件有间距32地固定构件1。间距32的尺寸是这样确定的,即,使下面邻接的构件1以其上边缘11在支承元件27的翼缘21与构件1的下边缘5之间具有一空间。因此,支承元件不必象开头所述已知的装置那样是阶梯形的,而其在最简单的情况下可以设计为平面型材。如果支承元件27如在所示实例中那样设计为双T形截面,则作为另一优点是,在底部结构4的构造中不必考虑构成底部结构的各元件例如椽条或反挂瓦条的水平间距,因为翼缘21是设置在与底部结构有一定间距的位置,因此底部结构4和固定元件6在支承元件27上并不相互妨碍。
如另外由图6显而易见的那样,每一构件1的上端面12离开上面邻接的构件1的固定元件6的槽口20一定间距13,其中,该间距13大于固定元件6的槽口20的深度14。其结果是,每一这样装入的构件1随时可以重新构造并且例如替换,而不必完全去掉邻接的构件1。这一点为了修理目的或为了屋顶或立面的扩建可能是需要的。为了拆卸,将构件1向上(箭头18)一直推到使其固定元件6的槽口20不再挂在支承元件27的翼缘21上。此外该结构型式的优点是,在初次安装时,各构件1依序不仅可以从上向下而且可以从下向上沿箭头18的方向敷设。
各构件1或其框架3的在上、下构件1之间位于搭接区域15内的部分是粗糙的或者设有沟槽,如图6所示。以此防止:在那里在外面上存在的雨水通过毛细管作用侵入由可能存在的因建造和生产技术决定的误差所引起的尽管很小的缝隙。该特殊的设计形式仍然确保可以流走可能出现在各构件1的内面上的积聚的冷凝水。以上结合图4提到的支座17保证了各构件1的良好的背面通风,并且通过各构件相对支承元件27和相对底部结构4形成的间距能够实现与传统建筑材料的简单连接,例如借助于连接板。此外,支座17使构件处于如传统的屋顶瓦片那样的相同的厚度和相同的平面内。
图7示出两个并排设置的构件9和10的一局部部分的横截面。如图中可明显看出的那样,在右边设置的构件9的左边缘8上设有向下定向的纵向筋条30,而在左边设置的构件10的右边缘7上设有向上定向的纵向筋条31。这些筋条30、31交错嵌接并形成一种迷宫密封。
在上述实施例中,总体上主要讨论的是平面的板形构件1。按特别优选的方式,这些构件1的板件2可以包括光电的构件或设计为这样的构件。这些构件1可以不用其他的固定元件,优选在背面通风地,安装在适当的底部结构上,以便通过尽可能低的温度提高光电元件的效率。除了生电,这些构件还具有耐气候的屋顶护壳或立面护壳的功能,例如屋顶瓦片、石板、纤维混凝土板、陶瓷板等。所述的本发明的构件1可以使用各种不同的适合的光电元件。例如可以采用单晶体、多晶体、以及不同结构形式、规格和颜色的薄片太阳电池(无定形的、纳米晶的、微晶的、CIS等)。
本发明的构件还允许采用不同结构的光电模件作为组成部件,例如透明的和不透明的玻璃/薄膜叠层、玻璃/玻璃叠层和由浇注树脂构成的光电元件。此外采用这样的构件,其包括标准的玻璃板和闷光板等,例如用于实现烟囱通道、天窗、通风管道的围框或者用于在特别强的遮阳部分处的敷设。
这些光电构件的安装是简单、快速并从而是低成本的。由于不需要非常规的底部结构,亦即只需将成型轨条27安装在传统的底部结构4上,所以可以由传统的屋顶和立面建筑的有关专业人员经培训后实施安装,同时简单地借助于其中整体结合的固定元件6将光电构件挂到成型轨条27上。
安装时,当相应的构件已在其预定的位置固定在底部结构上时,优先进行本发明的各个光电构件1的电连接。由于接着电压已接触其各电接头,这就涉及到包括接触与极化保护的连接的电连接系统,因此必须由上述专业人员完成该工作。通常要先由专业电工安装好所需要的集电线、集电盒、主线、接地线等。
除了本发明所提出的构件1与传统的建筑物覆层材料的上述兼容性,所需要的底部结构与传统的底部结构也是兼容的,因此,本发明的构件1可任意地与其他的屋顶盖板和立面盖板,例如屋顶瓦片、石板、纤维混凝土板、陶瓷板等组合或者事后取代之。
图8示出了构件1的上部的一局部部分,包括简化示出的在安装状态时在构件1的上面设置的端面12处的电接头19。在大多已知的太阳屋顶元件中,电接头位于背面,这使得其连接非常烦琐,因为必须在敷设仍未固定的构件1之前实现该连接。图中所示接点10在构件1的平面内的定位避免了这个缺点。在敷设以后直接实现电连接,此时,如上所述,构件按有利的方式被从下向上敷设。
图9中示出了构件的一局部部分,包括借助于框架3构成的光电元件24背面防水封闭罩。其中,将光电元件24附加地用一种在光电元件气候保护方面不足够防水的材料25例如EVA(Ethyl VinylAcetate)包埋。
图10以类似于图9的局部部分示出了在光电元件24无附加埋入的情况下借助于框架3构成的光电元件24背面防水封闭罩。
如果板件2如所述那样设计为光电元件或包括光电元件,则特别有利的是,如图6所示,框架3在构件的上边缘11上如此之宽,即,使上面邻接的构件1的下边缘5不超出光电元件。
图11示出了从下观察的构件的透视图,包括另一实施形式的固定元件。如可明显看出的那样,在这里,每一固定元件6的底部28和间距元件29是同样宽的,并且与构件的框架3形成一体。其中,槽口20可以在制造框架3时一起成形,或者事后通过铣削制造。

Claims (14)
1.由成鳞片状设置的板形构件(1)构成的屋顶或立面覆层,其中,每一构件(1)具有至少一个固定元件(6),此固定元件设置在构件(1)的面向建筑物的内面(16)上,每一构件(1)通过所述至少一个固定元件(6)固定在一基本上水平设置的支承元件(27)上,固定方式是,使一个在固定元件(6)中存在的向下敞开的槽口(20)夹紧式地搭接所述支承元件(27),其中,所述至少一个固定元件(6)在构件(1)上邻近于构件(1)的基本上水平定位的下边缘(5)设置,并且固定元件(6)的搭接支承元件(27)的槽口(20)比构件的上端面(12)更接近该下边缘(5),其特征在于,所述构件(1)包括至少一个板件(2)和一个至少部分地围绕该板件(2)的框架(3),并且,槽口(20)与构件的内面(16)的间距至少相当于构件(1)在其上端面(12)处的厚度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述固定元件(6)设置在所述框架(3)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述固定元件(6)与所述框架(3)连接成一体。
4.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述框架(3)由塑料构成并且优选以注塑成型方法制造。
5.按照权利要求4所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,通过在板件(2)周围注塑使所述板件(2)与所述框架(3)相连接。
6.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述支承元件(27)设计为在一底部结构(4)上固定的成型杆,该成型杆具有一与所述底部结构(4)间隔开的指向上方(箭头18)的翼缘(21)。
7.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,在搭接区域内,构件(1)的下边缘(5)在面向支承元件(27)的表面上和/或构件(1)的上边缘(11)在远离支承元件(27)的表面上构造或者设有沟槽和/或筋条。
8.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,每一构件(1)的各侧边缘(7、8)构成有这样的元件(30、31),这些元件与水平邻接的构件的相应的元件(31、30)密封地相嵌接。
9.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述框架(3)在下边缘(5)垂直于板件(2)的平面不超出板件(2)。
10.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述构件(1)在其背面具有由不可燃的材料构成的平面元件(22)。
11.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述板件(2)的至少一部分设计为光电元件或者包括光电元件。
12.按照权利要求11所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,所述框架(3)在构件(1)的上边缘(11)上如此之宽以及各支承元件(27)之间的间距如此选择,即,使上面邻接的构件(1)的下边缘(5)不超出光电元件或者超出最大为光电元件的垂直长度的5%。
13.按照权利要求11或12所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,在构件的上边缘(11)中设置至少一个电连接点(19),该电连接点优选从上边缘(11)的端面(12)是可接近的。
14.按照权利要求11至13之一项所述的屋顶或立面覆层,其特征在于,光电元件设置在板件(2)的内面上,所述框架(3)设计为使其构成光电元件的防水封闭罩,并且板件(2)的外面是防水的。
