本发明“一种保健食用油”是一种具有保健功能的食用油脂,属于食品领域。主要技术特征是以国内外食用油脂最新研究成果为依据,采用以功能性食用油脂——山核桃油,紫苏油,月见草油,松子油,山芹菜籽油等多种功能性营养素按一定比例调和而成,该油中饱和脂肪酸,单不饱和脂肪酸,多不饱和脂肪酸含量和比例以及ω-6、ω-3不饱和脂肪酸含量和比例合理,符合新营养学观点和要求,具有调节血脂,保护心血管功能以及健脑增智、增强免疫力,抗衰作用的新型保健型食用油脂。

本发明专利涉及一种具有保健作用的食用油,属于食品领域,尤其是对于人体具有调节血脂,保护心血管功能以及健脑增智、增强免疫、抗衰作用。
背景技术
研究脂肪及脂肪酸对人体健康好坏的影响是当前国内外营养学家和医学家的热点课题。中国预防医学科学院营养与卫生研究所研究认为:目前很难找到脂肪酸含量及比例理想的单一自然油脂,植物油中饱和脂肪酸:单不饱和脂肪酸:多不饱和脂肪酸的比例:棉油1∶1.07∶1.8、棕榈油1∶1.03∶0.28、豆油1∶1.48∶3.62、葵花籽油1∶1.32∶4.67、玉米胚油1∶2.06∶2.8、花生油1∶3.86∶3.62、米糠油1∶2.18∶1.81、茶油1∶7.88∶1.11、橄榄油1∶2.28∶0.25。上述油脂的脂肪酸含量及比例都不科学,长期食用导致了人类的心脑血管发病率据高不下,因而提出以某些油脂作油基,以人为混合制成理想的调和油中三种脂肪酸的含量及比例理想至关重要!
发明内容
为了克服现有食用油存在的脂肪酸含量及比例不科学,长期食用会导致心脑血管疾病的潜在危险的不足,本发明提供一种具有保健作用的食用油,该食用油不仅能满足人们对脂肪酸的需求,而且能根据人体的需要均衡地补充饱和脂肪酸,单不饱和脂肪酸,多不饱和脂肪酸。
本发明方案是:通过对目前长白山可食用植物油的筛选,选用山核桃油,紫苏油,月见草油,松子油,山芹菜籽油为原料,根据人体的生理需要量及比例经科学计算来确定山核桃油,紫苏油,月见草油的含量及比例。从而达到饱和脂肪酸,单不饱和脂肪酸,多不饱和脂肪酸含量和比例以及ω-6、ω-3不饱和脂肪酸含量和比例合理。
本发明的有益效果是,符合新营养学观点和要求。具有调节血脂,保护心血管功能以及健脑增智增强免疫、抗衰作用。

1.一种保健食用油,其特征在于它包括有以下组份的原料按重量配比调和配制而成:核桃油油20-80份,紫苏子油10-60份,月见草油0-30份,山芹菜籽油0-10份,松子油0-10份。
