Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座。
背景技术
存在若干用于将婴儿座椅牢固地装配到机动车上的装置，其中公知的是由装配到座椅底座上并以向后突出的布置设置的两个锚固元件组成的机械连接件，所述锚固元件设计成接合与所述机动车成一体的元件，在上述机械连接件中存在称为“ISOFIX(国际标准化组织固定装置)”类型的连接件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种用于将婴儿座椅固定到机动车上的底座，其中使用“ISOFIX”类型的锚固装置，在该锚固装置中，设置成用于致动所述装置的机构由气动装置取代，这样降低了所述装置的复杂性，并避免了在其操作过程中可能出现的问题，从而实现了简化，这从操作和经济角度都有益。
所述底座包括一框架，该框架装配有气动装置和用于致动该气动装置的控制器，所述控制器由铰接的操纵杆构成。
所述气动装置的活塞通过一头部而装配至所述锚固装置的横向承载件，所述横向承载件可在该头部中自由旋转，并且可沿着设置在所述框架两侧的引导件移动。

根据附图，用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座1包括框架2，该框架由具有后上弯曲长度部2’的大致矩形框构成。横向件3固定地附接至框架2的前部，并具有供装配气动装置的端部，所述气动装置的活塞5终止于具有孔7的头部6，该头部以可自由旋转的方式接收横向承载件8，该横向承载件的各端装配有相应的“ISOFIX”类型的锚固装置9和10，所述锚固装置包括可操作地接合与机动车成一体的金属操纵杆的锁定机构。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，该底座包括可操作地与设在所述机动车内的接收元件相接合的锚固装置，该底座的特征在于，所述锚固装置待通过气动装置致动，所述气动装置则通过设置在该底座处的控制器致动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，该底座包括一框架，该框架装配有所述气动装置和由铰接的操纵杆构成的所述控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，所述气动装置(4)的活塞(5)通过头部(6)装配到所述锚固装置(9，10)的横向承载件(8)上，所述头部以可自由旋转的方式接收所述横向承载件(8)。
4.根据权利要求2和3所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，所述框架(2)在其两侧的各侧均包括相应的引导件(11，12)，所述横向承载件(8)可沿着所述引导件移动。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，所述框架(2)的各侧均包括用于装配所述婴儿座椅的支承件(18，19)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，所述框架(2)安装在一平台(17)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于将婴儿座椅装配到机动车上的底座，其特征在于，所述气动装置(4)由可锁定的气压弹簧构成。
