Abstract

一种安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，包括一基座、一支撑架及一色显机构。其中在基座的端部设有一显示窗口。支撑架可上、下移动地与基座连接，具有一展开位置及一支撑位置。色显机构装置于基座内，包括一显示件及一推顶件，其中显示件枢接于基座内，有一第一显示区及一第二显示区，可藉由推顶件驱动而择一从显示窗口向外显露；推顶件可活动地装设于基座内，当支撑架移至展开位置时，推顶件保持显示件显露第一显示区；又当支撑架移至支撑位置时推顶件驱转显示件，使显示件改显露第二显示区。藉此机构，当显示窗口显示第二显示区的颜色时，代表支撑架的上端已经撑住基座，下端也已确实地抵住汽车内的脚踏垫，而且支撑架的伸缩固定正常且良好。

Description

安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及装置于支撑架与基座之间，利用颜色显示支撑架是否具有支撑作用的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构。 
背景技术
安全座椅基座是用以先固定于汽车座椅上，利用ISO-FIX连接器及/或安全带扣合，然后安全座椅便可直接卡扣在基座上，省去烦琐的系接程序；当欲卸下安全座椅时，只需要撤动基座上的释放件即可，不需其它操作。 
当汽车发生紧急煞车或碰撞冲击时，基座与安全座椅将瞬间前移的惯性冲力及翻转滚的力矩。有鉴于此，美国第7,753,445、6,817,665、5,487,588、4,480,470、7,097,245号等发明专利案，均揭露一种具有一支撑脚架的基座，当安装基座于汽车座椅上时，可利用支撑脚架向下抵在汽车内的脚踏垫，以防止基座与安全座椅在前述状况朝前翻落；这种支撑脚架通常为伸缩套管，假若套管上的伸缩锁定组件突然失常，将失去支撑基座的防滚落作用；然而对一般使用者而言，眼前的支撑脚架是否已经故障或失去足够的支撑作用，无法以肉眼判断。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述的问题提供一种安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，包括一基座、一支撑架及一色显机构。其中在基座的端部设有一显示窗口。支撑架可上、下移动地与基座连接，具有一展开位置及一支撑位置。 
本实用新型所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，色显机构装置于基座内，包括一显示件及一推顶件，其中显示件枢接于基座内，有一第一显示区及一第二显示区，藉由推顶件驱动而择一从显示窗口向外显露；推顶件活动地装设于基座内，当支撑架移至展开位置时，推顶件保持显示件显露第一显示区；又当支撑架移至支撑位置时推顶件驱转显示件，使显示件改显露第二显示区。 
本实用新型所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，当显示窗口显示第二显示区的颜色时，代表支撑架的上端已经撑住基座，下端也已确实地抵住汽车内的脚踏垫，而且支撑架的伸缩固定正常且良好。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，包括一基座1、一支撑架2及一色显机构4。 
其中基座1是固定于汽车座位100上，上面设有一座面13可支撑并扣接一安全座椅20，端部设有一显示窗口17。 
如图4-6所示，支撑架2，可上、下移动地与基座1连接，具有一展开位置22及一支撑位置23。本实施例的支撑架2可由一上管24及一下管25套接而构成一伸缩管，上管24及下管25间设有锁固装置，使支撑架成为一段可锁固的伸缩管。于展开位置22时可往下伸长而拄在汽车内的脚踏垫10上。当支撑架2位于收折位置21及展开位置22时，显示件41皆同样保持显示第一显示区42的颜色；且第一显示区与该第二显示区是显示不同于彼此的颜色。 
色显机构4装置于支撑架2与基座1之间，包括一显示件41及一推顶件44，其中显示件41枢接于基座1内，具有一第一显示区42及一第二显示区43，可藉由移动而择一从显示窗口17向外显露。 
推顶件44，可活动地装设于基座1内，连动于显示件41与支撑架2之间；当支撑架2移至展开位置22时，显示件41保持显露第一显示区42；又当支撑架2移至支撑位置23时，推顶件44可驱转显示件41，使显示件41改显露第二显示区43。 
藉此机构，当显示窗口17显示第二显示区43的颜色时，代表支撑架2的上端已经撑住基座1，下端也已确实地抵住汽车内的脚踏垫10，而且支撑架2的伸缩固定状态正常且良好。 
较佳者，如图1、2所示，可在基座1后端的两侧分别设有一ISO-FIX连接器12，供与汽车座位100上的扣环11连接。此外，为缩小储运的材积，在基座1的前端可设一枢接座16，以可上、下滑动的方式枢接支撑架2，使支撑架2可从展开位置22枢转至一收折位置21。当支撑架2转至收折位置21时，将略与基座1底部平行重迭，因此将达到缩小储运材积的目的。 
如图6、7所示，在枢接座16上可设一长槽孔26，让支撑架2利用一枢轴27沿此一长槽孔26上、下滑动。当枢轴27滑动到长槽孔26的下端时，支撑架2是位于展开位置22；而当支撑架2下端已经确实拄在一汽车内的脚踏垫10上时，由于基座1的重量下压，使位在支撑架2上端的枢轴27滑至长槽孔26的上端，从而保持于其支撑位置23。 
推顶件44枢接于基座1，其以一端和显示件41枢接，另一端与支撑架2的端部抵接而于支撑架2进入其支撑位置23时受其驱转，使显示件41改显露第二显示区43的颜色。在基座1内可设一弹性组件45，用以施力于推顶件44，使显示件41因而保持偏转至显示第一显示区42之颜色的角度。 
当支撑架2的伸缩固定松动，将失去往上顶住基座1的作用，由于弹性组件45透过推顶件44的反向偏压，加上支撑架2上管24的重量，将由支撑位置23落回展开位置22，这时推顶件44将使显示件41转回显示第一显示区42之颜色的角度。 
综上所述，本实用新型所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，确实有助于一般使用者以肉眼辨示颜色，判断支撑架是否具有正常的支撑作用，具有极佳的实用性、新颖性以及进步性。 

Claims (10)

1.一种安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，包括：
一基座，可固定于一汽车座位上，设有一座面可支撑并扣接一安全座椅，于端部设有一显示窗口；
一支撑架，可上、下移动地与基座连接，具有一展开位置及一支撑位置；及
一色显机构，装置于支撑架与基座之间，包括一显示件及一推顶件；其中显示件枢接于基座内，藉由一推顶件与支撑架连动，具有一第一显示区与及一第二显示区可从显示窗口向外显露。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：推顶件，可活动地装设于该基座内而连动于该显示件与该支撑架之间。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：支撑架由一上管及一下管套接而构成伸缩管，于该展开位置时可往下伸长而拄在一汽车内的脚踏垫上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：推顶件与该显示件枢连，而该推顶件受一弹性组件偏压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：基座于后端的两侧分别设有一ISO-FIX连接器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：基座的前端设有一枢接座，以可上、下滑动的方式枢接支撑架，使支撑架可绕枢接座转动，到达展开位置或转至收折位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：枢接座设有一长槽孔，且该支撑架利用一枢轴枢接于该长槽孔而可沿之上、下滑动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：收折位置的支撑架略与该基座的底部平行重迭。
9.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：第一显示区与该第二显示区是显示不同于彼此的颜色。
10.根据权利要求4所述的安全座椅基座的支撑架色显机构，其特征在于：支撑架是一可锁固的伸缩管。
