本实用新型公开了一种安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，装置于安全座椅基座上安全带所通过的路径上，其包括迫紧块、显示块以及窗口；当迫紧块迫紧安全带时可驱动所述显示块，使用者藉由观察窗口里的显示块颜色转换或预定颜色的显示，藉以确认安全带已处于被迫紧状态。

安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其提供有显示块，以不同的色显效果显示于安全座椅基座上，藉以提醒使用者安全带是否已被安全座椅基座的迫紧机构迫紧。
背景技术
在一般较先进的相关国家规范中，往往规定当婴儿乘座汽车时，必须使用婴儿汽车安全座椅，否则将予处罚。婴儿汽车安全座椅有各种造型，其中直接将其系接于汽车座椅上的不易稳定，而且每一使用者要将之绑上汽车安全座椅时，必须经过解开、拉紧及扣合汽车安全带等三道程序，相当费事与不便。
为此，有人发明一种汽车安全座椅基座，可恒久地利用安全带系接在汽车座椅上，当使用者要将婴儿汽车安全座椅固定在车上时，只要将安全座椅直接卡掣在安全座椅基座上；反之，若欲提起安全座椅，则只要操作安全座椅基座上的释放机构即可解除卡掣而直接将婴儿汽车安全座椅提起，省去一再去解开与系紧汽车安全带的繁琐操作。然而，无论安全带如何系紧，安全座椅基座与安全带之间都难以完全消除滑动，此滑动会造成安全座椅基座上的安全座椅产生晃动，故通常于安全座椅基座上设置有迫紧机构以迫紧该安全带；然由于迫紧机构于操作后，未必能确信安全带已经完全迫紧，而需要再摇晃一下安全座椅基座才能真正地确认，相当的不方便。
实用新型内容
因此，为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，装置于安全座椅基座上的安全带绷紧时的通过路径上，其包括迫紧块、显示块以及窗口；当迫紧块迫紧安全带时可驱动所述显示块，使用者藉由观察窗口里的显示块颜色转换或预定颜色的显示，即可确认安全带已处于被迫紧状态。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4所示安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构的应用实施例，其供装设于安全座椅基座10的安全带20绷紧时的通过路径上，包括：盖板31、压掣槽32、压掣板33、迫紧块34、显示块35、弹性组件36及窗口39。其中窗口39设于接近显示块35的位置，盖板31可转动地带动迫紧块34，藉以将安全带20迫入压掣槽32内，当安全带20完全被压紧时，迫紧块34将显示块35拨转使从窗口39显露特定颜色，藉以确认安全带20的迫紧状态。
前述的安全座椅基座10可由多构件组合或一体成型，表面形成支撑婴童安全座椅的凹凸支撑面11及一对安全带导引槽12。藉由左、右两侧相对应的安全带导引槽12限定出安全带20绷紧时所通过路径，而于此路径的凹凸支撑面11以凹部形成压掣槽32。
盖板31枢接于压掣槽32的一端，设有窗口39及定位部37。定位部37可为沟槽、凹洞、凹穴或凸起部位；本实施例的定位部37虽是从盖板31表面凸起，譬如为一凸块或凸柱，但日后实施应不以此为限。
压掣板33枢接于压掣槽32的另一端而与盖板31相对，可枢转地压掣于盖板31之上，其底下并设有定位槽38可以扣住定位部37。本实施例的压掣板33在快要压触到盖板31时会通过一过切点，使定位槽38保持扣合于定位部37。
迫紧块34以一端与盖板31的自由端枢接而可相对于盖板31转动。弹性组件36可为压缩弹簧或板簧，装置于盖板31与迫紧块34之间，用以撑开迫紧块34与盖板31。当迫紧块34受盖板31带动而往下压紧安全带20时，将压缩弹性组件36而与盖板31夹合。迫紧块34的另一端设有顶拨部30，当与盖板31夹合时用以拨动显示块35，使代表完成卡掣的预定颜色从窗口39中露出。
显示块35，枢接于安全座椅基座10对应于窗口39的位置，可相对于安全座椅基座10转动，设有第一颜色显示区6及第二颜色显示区7；其中第一颜色显示区6为红色或无色区域，而第二颜色显示区7可为绿色区域，代表安全带20已完成卡掣。
当迫紧块34随着盖板31转动而往下压住安全带20时，安全带20反推迫紧块34使弹性组件36受压缩，使其自由端的顶拨部30相对地往上逆转而拨转显示块35，使显示块35原本以第一颜色显示区6对准窗口39，因此转换为以第二颜色显示区7对准窗口39。当使用者从窗口39看到第二颜色显示区7时，表示迫紧块34完成迫紧安全带20的动作。
如图5及图6所示，当使用者欲将安全座椅基座10固定于汽车座椅上时，先使安全带20穿过安全带导引槽12而将安全座椅基座10缚紧于汽车座椅上，安全带20的路径通过压掣槽32的上方。一开始，由于盖板31与压掣板33均处于开启的状态，使用者可先旋动盖板31使带动迫紧块34将安全带20压入压掣槽32内，再将压掣板33旋动以压掣于盖板31，使定位槽38扣合定位部37而保持定位。弹性组件36使迫紧块34持续迫紧安全带20，以避免安全带20相对于安全座椅基座10滑动。
当使用者开启压掣板33及盖板31时，迫紧块34可藉由弹性组件36的力量自动回转，使第一颜色显示区6重新对准窗口39；但亦可藉由顶拨部30再度拨转显示块35，使第一颜色显示区6重新对准窗口39，代表这时迫紧块34已松开安全带20。
综上所述，本实用新型具有实用性、新颖性以及创造性，符合实用新型专利的申请要件，故依法具文提出申请。

Claims (9)

1.一种安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，包括：
压掣槽，所述压掣槽为利用所述安全座椅基座上的凹部所形成；
盖板，所述盖板枢接于所述压掣槽的一端；
压掣板，所述压掣板枢接于所述压掣槽的另一端与所述盖板相对；
迫紧块，所述迫紧块枢接于所述盖板的自由端而可将用以缚紧所述安全座椅基座的汽车安全带压入所述压掣槽内，并且与所述盖板之间利用弹性组件保持张开；
显示块，所述显示块表面具有预定颜色，于所述迫紧块完全压紧所述安全座椅基座的安全带时可从所述窗口中显示；及
窗口，设于接近所述显示块的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述显示块枢接于安全座椅基座，具有第一颜色显色区及第二颜色显色区，当所述迫紧块将所述汽车安全带迫紧于所述压掣槽内时，所述第二颜色显色区正好对准所述窗口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述安全座椅基座的左、右两侧分别设有安全带导引槽以限定安全带绷紧时的通过路径，且所述路径通过所述压掣槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，该弹性组件为压缩弹簧，使所述迫紧块与所述盖板保持张开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述盖板设有定位部，所述压掣板于相对于所述定位部的位置处设有定位槽；当所述压掣板旋转而往下压掣于所述盖板上时，所述定位槽可以扣住定位部。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述压掣板往下压掣所述盖板能够通过过切点。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述迫紧块的自由端部设有顶拨部，于完全压紧所述安全带时相对于所述盖板向上枢转而拨转所述显示块，使所述预定颜色对准所述窗口。
8.根据权利要求2所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述第一颜色显示区为透空的透明区域。
9.根据权利要求2所述的安全座椅基座的安全带迫紧显示机构，其特征在于，所述窗口显示所述显示块的第一颜色显示区表示迫紧块未将所述汽车安全带迫紧。
