Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型金刚石丝锯,包括金属丝基体和金刚石磨粒,金属丝基体上沿其长度方向设有一平切面,金刚石磨粒通过钎焊方式固结于此平切面上。本发明通过此平切面便可在金属丝基体上实现金刚石磨粒的单边排列,从而获得较窄的锯缝,可对工件进行更加精密的加工。且钎焊使金属丝基体对金刚石磨粒的把持力高,金刚石磨粒裸露度高,丝锯的使用寿命较长且可显著提高丝锯的加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及硬脆材料加工领域,适用于玛瑙、玉石、大理石、花岗岩、玻璃、陶瓷、单晶硅等脆硬材料的切断、套料以及异型孔表面加工。
背景技术
金刚石丝锯是近十年来快速发展的一种硬脆材料切割设备,根据丝锯的运动方式和机床结构,可分为往复式和单向丝锯,根据丝锯的磨粒使用状态,可以分为游离磨粒和固结磨粒丝锯。游离磨粒丝锯,因为磨粒和基浆(合称磨浆)的高损耗,以及磨浆对环境的污染等因素的限制,其应用主导地位逐渐被固结磨粒丝锯取代。固结磨粒丝锯具有切缝更窄、损耗成本低和对环境影响小的优点。固结磨粒丝锯,主要有磨粒滚压型和电镀型两类,其中磨粒滚压型丝锯通过滚压方式将金刚石磨粒嵌入丝锯基体内,这样会降低丝锯基体强度,应用并不常见;电镀型丝锯由于金刚石磨粒需通过电镀的方式固结在金属丝基体上,金刚石磨粒只是被机械地包埋在镀层与金属丝基体之间,因此金属镀层对金刚石磨粒的把持力小,另外,由于镀层厚,金刚石磨粒裸露度低,容屑空间较小,便导致丝锯的使用寿命较短,且加工效率较低。且现有的金刚石丝锯,其金属丝基体的截面一般为圆形,由于圆形不具备方向性,加工时,金刚石磨粒在金属丝基体只能整周排列而无法单边排列,对于一些需精密加工的工件,便会产生因锯缝不够窄而无法使用的状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用寿命长、加工效率高且锯缝较窄的新型金刚石丝锯。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:新型金刚石丝锯,包括金属丝基体和金刚石磨粒,上述金属丝基体上沿其长度方向设有一平切面,上述金刚石磨粒通过钎焊方式固结于此平切面上。
上述金属丝基体的截面为方形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此方形金属丝基体的一个面上。
上述金属丝基体的截面为梯形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此梯形金属丝基体的一个底面上。
上述金属丝基体的截面为弓形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此弓形金属丝基体的弦所在的平切面上。
采用上述方案后,本发明的新型金刚石丝锯,在金属丝基体上沿其长度方向设有一平切面,金刚石磨粒通过钎焊方式固结于此平切面,这样,便可实现金刚石磨粒的单边排列,从而获得较窄的锯缝,可对工件进行更加精密的加工。且钎焊使金属丝基体对金刚石磨粒的把持力高,金刚石磨粒裸露度高,丝锯的使用寿命较长且可显著提高丝锯的加工效率。

具体实施方式
本发明的新型金刚石丝锯,实施例一如图1所示,包括金刚石磨粒1和截面呈方形的金属丝基体2,金刚石磨粒1钎焊于金属丝基体2位于方形的长边上的一个面上。
本发明的新型金刚石丝锯,实施例二如图2所示,包括金刚石磨粒1和截面呈梯形的金属丝基体3,金刚石磨粒1钎焊于金属丝基体3的一个底面上。
本发明的新型金刚石丝锯,实施例三如图3所示,包括金刚石磨粒1和截面呈弓形的金属丝基体4,金刚石磨粒1钎焊于金属丝基体4的弦所在的平切面上。
本发明的新型金刚石丝锯,实施例四如图4所示,包括金刚石磨粒1和截面呈方形的金属丝基体2,为了获得更窄的锯缝,将金刚石磨粒1钎焊于金属丝基体2位于方形的短边上的一个面上。

Claims (4)

1、新型金刚石丝锯,包括金属丝基体和金刚石磨粒,其特征在于:上述金属丝基体上沿其长度方向设有一平切面,上述金刚石磨粒通过钎焊方式固结于此平切面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型金刚石丝锯,其特征在于:上述金属丝基体的截面为方形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此方形金属丝基体的一个面上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型金刚石丝锯,其特征在于:上述金属丝基体的截面为梯形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此梯形金属丝基体的一个底面上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型金刚石丝锯,其特征在于:上述金属丝基体的截面为弓形,上述金刚石磨粒钎焊于此弓形金属丝基体的弦所在的平切面上。
