本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂及其生产方法,该植物生长调节剂包括式Ⅰ化合物
式中X是O、S或N,R1是氢、苯基、(C〈`;;*`〉-C〈`;;*`〉)-链烯基或(C1-C6)-烷基,它们可被(C1-C6)-烷氧基、(C1-C3)-二烷氨基或卤素1至3取代,而且,当X=O或S时,R1还可以是金属阳离子或铵阳离子,当X=O或S时,n为1,当X=N时,n为1或2,R2和R3各自为(C1-C4)-烷基,R4是相同的或不同的(C1-C4)-烷基、(C1-C4)-烷氧基或卤素,m为0,1,2或3,并且当R1不是阳离子时,则其酸加成盐,复合盐或季铵化产物
与式Ⅱ化合物
R-CH2-CH2-N+(CH2)3Cl- (Ⅱ)
其中R为OH或Cl
或与式Ⅲ化合物
相结合。
对式Ⅰ的化合物而言,当X=O或S时,特别适宜的金属阳离子是碱金属和碱土金属阳离子,如Na,K,Mg或Ca。
在式Ⅰ化合物的酸加成盐,复合盐和季铵化产物中,应当提及的是有机酸或无机酸盐,如苯甲酸盐,延胡索酸盐、草酸盐,酚盐,磺酸盐,硝酸盐,氯化物,溴化物和硫酸盐,与元素周期表的第Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅳb或Ⅷ族金属如铜、锡和锌等的复合物,以及带有烷基的特别是(C1-C6)-烷基的季铵化产物,和在苯基上可以选择性取代的苯甲酰甲基囟,特别是囟代苯甲酰甲基囟。
式Ⅰ的化合物及其盐类,复合盐和季铵化产物,以及它们在植物生长方面的调节作用,均在联邦德国专利第3217094.7号中被揭示,例如下述式Ⅰ的第1~13号化合物(其中m=0),

式Ⅱ和式Ⅲ的化合物是已知的商业产品,R为Cl的式Ⅱ化合物(化合物Ⅱa,氯乙基三甲基铵氯化物)的俗名为矮壮素或称CCC。
式Ⅲ化合物(1,1-二甲基哌啶嗡氯化物)是已知的,被称为甲哌啶嗡氯化物,式Ⅱ和式Ⅲ化合物的植物生长调节作用在1981年出版的植物生长调节剂工作组的植物生长调节剂手册第二版中被描述。
原则上讲,还可以用类似的盐类代替式Ⅱ和式Ⅲ的化合物,这些盐类含有其它的农用阴离子,如溴化物,硝酸盐或1/2硫酸盐,代替氯化物。
令人惊奇的是,当式Ⅰ的化合物与式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ的化合物相结合时,显示出明显的协作效应。因此,根据本发明的结合,就能获得理想的效果,而且所用剂量大大小于为获得同一效果所需使用的单个组分的剂量。以下是该效果的实例,提高作物的坚实性,如谷类,玉米,水稻,大豆,油菜和棉花,抑制草坪的生长,影响植物的组成,如糖类和蛋白质,提高产量和改善落叶和落果的情况,特别是柑桔类,或减少保留力。本发明的结合还可以用于降低野草的生长,所以也可用于环保方面。
再者,本发明的组合剂型特别适用于对不希望其生长的营养器官的一般控制及抑制,例如控制侧枝的形成,而同时又不损害植物本身。
式Ⅰ的化合物还可以很好地与式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ的两种不同的化合物结合使用,例如,一种式Ⅰ化合物与两种式Ⅱ化合物相结合。
式Ⅰ化合物与式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ化合物的混合比率可在很大的范围内变化,例如在250∶1至1∶10之间。混合比率的选择要根据混合物中的各种成份,植物生长的阶段以及所期望的生长调节活力的程度而定。选择10∶1至1∶10是较好的比率,而选择1∶1至1∶10的比率则更好。
式Ⅰ化合物在活性组份混合物中的使用率为0.05~2.5kg/ha,当式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ化合物的使用率在0.01~5kg/ha变化时。
混合物总的使用率在Ⅰ+Ⅱ的结合时为0.25~1.25kg/ha,在Ⅰ+Ⅲ的结合时为0.25~2.5kg/ha。
本发明的制剂可以是含有几种成份(可混性粉剂或乳油)的制剂,然后以常规方式用水稀释后再使用,或者制成所谓罐混物的形式,使用时用水稀释几种分开的组分。
本发明的制剂可以本专业普通技术人员所熟知的常规剂型做成商品,如可湿性粉末,乳油或雾化液。这些制成的制剂中除含有常规的辅助剂外,所含的活性组份的结合一般为2~95%(重量)。
可湿性粉剂是能够均匀地分散在水中的制剂,除了活性组分和稀释剂或惰性物质之外,还含有润湿剂,如聚氧乙基化的烷基苯酚,聚氧乙基化的油酰胺或硬脂酰胺,或聚氧乙基化的脂肪醇,烷基磺酸盐或烷基苯磺酸盐,以及分散剂,如木素磺酸钠,二萘甲烷二磺酸钠,二丁基萘磺酸钠,或油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠。
乳油是把活性组分的混合物溶于有机溶剂如丁醇,环己酮,二甲基甲酰胺,二甲苯,或沸点相对较高的芳香化合物。并且加入非离子性润湿剂,如多乙基化的烷基苯酚或聚氧乙基化的油酰胺或硬脂酰胺。
作为生长调节剂,其商品化的制剂中活性成分的浓度是可以有所变化的。在可湿性粉剂中,活性成分的浓度可变化于例如约10~95%之间,其余部分是由上述添加剂组成。作为乳油,活性成分的浓度为10%至80%。粉剂一般含有5%至20%的活性成分,而雾化液含有约为2%至20%的活性成分,颗粒剂中,活性成分的含量是部分地依赖于活性成分的存在的形式(液态或固态)及所用的颗粒辅助剂和填充剂等。
使用时,对商品化有浓缩物在需要时,可用常规的方法,如用水将可湿性粉剂和乳油进行稀释。而粉剂及颗粒剂和雾化液在使用前就不再进一步用惰性物质稀释了。所需的施用率根据外界条件的温度、湿度等而变化。
本发明之制剂还可以与除草剂,杀真菌剂或杀虫剂及其它生长调节剂联合使用。
进而言之,式Ⅰ的化合物除了与式Ⅱ和Ⅲ的化合物联合使用之外,还可以很有利地与下列生长调节剂联合:嘧啶醇(α-环丙基-4-甲氧基-α-吡啶-5-基)-苯甲醇,tetcyclacis(3aα、4β、4aα、6aα、7β、7aα)-1-(4-氯苯基)-3a、4、4a、6a、7、7a-六氢-4,7-甲烷基-1H-[1,2]二吖丁基|3,4-f|苯并三唑),daminozide(琥珀酸单(2,2-二甲基酰肼),mefluidide(5'-三氟甲烷磺酰胺基)-乙酰-2′,4′-二甲基苯胺,马来酰肼(“MH”,1,2-二氢-3,6-哒嗪二酮)和氯芴醇(2-氯-9-羟基-9H-芴-9羧酸。
这些化合物披露于1983年英国农作物保护委员会第7版杀虫剂年鉴。式Ⅰ的化合物还可与天然的或合成的植物激素,如植物生长激素,象α-萘乙酸或吲哚-3-乙酸,或与细胞分裂素联合使用。
A:配制实例
例1
一种根据本发明配制的结合制剂水溶液是这样得到的,按重量计,式Ⅰ的工业品活性成分,其中X=O,R1=Na和n=1,占20.0%,按重量计式Ⅱ的活性成分,其中的R=OH,占10.0%,按重量计二甲基甲酰胺占8.0%,按重量计十二烷基磺酸钠占10.0%,按重量计异丙醇占5.0%,按重量计自来水占47.0%
式Ⅰ和Ⅱ的组分是在搅拌下溶解的,并且缓慢地在40到50℃加热,然后加入乳化剂,在40到50℃继续搅拌20分钟,直到溶液清晰和没有不均匀物。
例Ⅱ
一种结合制剂的水溶液是这样得到的。按重量计式Ⅰ的工业品活性成分,其中X=O,R1=NH4,并且n=1,占22.0%,按重量计式Ⅲ的活性成分占8.0%,按重量计乙二醇单甲基醚占10.0%,按重量计羟乙基化的壬基酚(10EO)占10.0%和按重量计自来水占50.0%。
各成分按照例Ⅰ所述的那样进行溶解,温度为40至50℃,并且连续搅拌20分钟。
例Ⅲ
一种能迅速分散于水中的可湿性粉剂是这样获得的。按重量计,式Ⅰ的工业品活性成分,其中X=O,R1=Na,并且n=1,占20%,按重量计式Ⅰ的活性成分(R=Cl),占20%,按重量计碱性硅酸铝(高岭土)占45%,按重量计木素磺酸钾占8%和按重量计油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠占7%。
各组分在圆筒混合器中充分混合,再放入Pinned diskmill中以每分钟3000转碾磨一次,将研磨所得的粉状物再次混合并以每分钟1200转再碾磨一次。
B:生物学测定实例。
本发明之结合制剂对不同种谷物的作用,是在露天的小地段中进行研究的。
本发明之制剂是以萌后施药的方法施用于各种植物的不同生长阶段,施用地段为10平方米,灌水量为每公顷400升。每个途径重复4次。施用后14天评价植物的植物毒性,生长高度和其成长,结果见下面的表Ⅰ。
表Ⅰ的结果证实了根据本发明配制的结合制剂的显著的增效效应。观察到的(短化茎)效应比单独施用某一组分所能达到效应大得多。这一增效效应在植物发育的很宽的范围里都存在。

评价:施药后4星期

Claims (11)
1、一种用于调节植物生长的农用化学组合物,它包括式Ⅰ的化合物
式中,X为O或S,R为(C1-C4)-烷基,R1为直链或支链的(C1-C4)-烷基或H,或者是该化合物的金属阳离子,
与式Ⅱ的化合物(氯化氯乙基三甲基铵)
-CH2-CH2-N++(CH3)3Cl-
或与式Ⅲ的化合物相混合,
其中,式Ⅰ化合物与式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ化合物的混合比例在10∶1至1∶10之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其中式Ⅰ中的R1的阳离子是钠,钾、镁或钙离子。
3、根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其中式Ⅰ化合物与式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ化合物的混合比率在1∶1至1∶10的范围内变化。
4、一种调节谷类和水稻生长的方法,包括在植物出苗后用权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物按0.25-2.5kg/公顷的量处理这些植物或该种植区。
