Abstract
Una composición que contiene ácidos grasos o ésteres alquílicos de ácidos grasos como su componente principal, la composición que contiene ácido graso altamente insaturado o ésteres alquílicos de los mismos, en donde la proporción del ácido graso altamente insaturado en los ácidos grasos constitutivos de la composición es del 50% del área o más, y en donde la concentración de 3-MCPD hallada al analizar la composición mediante el método oficial Cd 29b-13 ensayo A de la American Oil Chemists' Society es inferior a 1,80 ppm.
