Abstract
VECTOR DE VACUNA QUE COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA QUE CODIFICA UN POLIPÉPTIDO PAL, DONDE DICHO POLIPÉPTIDO SE EXPRESA EN LA SUPERCIFIE DEL VECTOR VACUNA; Y USO PARA AUMENTAR LA RESPUESTA INMUNE CONTRA PATÓGENOS ENTÉRICOS Se proveen vectores para vacuna q ue son capaces de inducir una respuesta inmune contra bacterias entéricas y métodos para usar los mismos. Los vectores para vacuna incluyen un polinucleótido que codifica para un polipéptido PAL. El polipéptido PAL se puede expresar sobre la superficie del vector para vacuna. El vector para vacuna también puede incluir un segundo polipéptido que codifica para un polipéptido inmunoestimulante tal como un polipéptido CD154 o un polipéptido HMGB1.
