Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 292412.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer  haltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht, dass man die     Tetrazoverbindung    aus  1.

       Mol        3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphe-          nyl    einerseits mit 1     Mol    der Kupferkomplex  verbindung aus     1-(2'-Oxynaphthalin-1'-azo)-          2,5-.dioxynaphthalin-7,4'-disulfonsäure        und    an  derseits mit 1     Mol        1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazo-          lon-4'-sulfonsäure    kuppelt und die erhaltene       Trisazov        erbindung    mit. einem kupferabgeben  den Mittel     entmethylierend        kupfert.     



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die     Tetrazoverbindung    aus 24,4 Teilen       3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphenyl    wird       sodaalkalisch    mit einer Lösung von 55,2 Tei  len der     Kupferkomplexverbindung    aus     1-(2'-          Oxyna.phthalin-1'-azo)        -2,5-dioxynaphthalin-          7,4'-disulfonsäure    in 400 Teilen Wasser zur       Zwischenverbindung    gekuppelt.

   Diese wird       isoliert    und in eine Lösung aus 25,4 Teilen  7     -Phenyl    -     3-methyl-5-pyrazolon-4'-sulfonsäure,     40 Teilen Soda und 500 Teilen Wasser ein  getragen. Nach Beendigung der Kupplung  wird die     Trisazoverbindung    isoliert und in  wässeriger Lösung in Gegenwart von organi  schen Basen mit     Kupferoxydammoniak    bei 95     in der üblichen Weise     entmethylierend        gekup-          fert,    die gebildete     Kupferkomplexverbindung     hierauf abgeschieden, filtriert und getrocknet.

    Der kupferhaltige     Trisazofarbstoff,    ist ein  dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit rot  stichig blauer, in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit     grünstichig    blauer Farbe löst und  Baumwolle und Fasern aus regenerierter     Cel-          lulose    in     rotstichig    graublauen Tönen färbt.
