  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 301446.    Verfahren     zur        Herstellung    eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazo-          farbstoffes,    welches darin besteht, dass man  2 -Hol der     Diazov        erbindung    aus     2-Amino-l-          oxy-4-nitrobenzol    mit 1     Mol        Fumarsäure-di-          [5-oxy-7-sulfonaphthyl-(2)]-amid    kuppelt.  



  Im     naehfolgenden    Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in       Gewichtsprozenten    angegeben.  



  <I>Beispiel.:</I>  34 Teile     2-Amino-l-oxy-4-nitrobenzol        (da-          @on    3,2 Teile     L?berschuss)    werden     diazotiert.     Man giesst die     Diazosuspension    innerhalb von  2 Stunden zu einer Lösung von 55,8 Teilen       Fumarsäure-di-    [5 -     oxy        -7-sulfonaphthyl-    (2) ]     -          amid    in 2000 Teilen Wasser,

   40 Teilen Na  triumhydroxydlösung 30      /o        ig    und 120 Teilen       Pyridin.    Nach einiger Zeit scheidet das Kupp  lungsprodukt in kristalliner Form aus. Er  wird     abfiltriert    und getrocknet.    Der neue     Disazofarbstoff    ist ein dunkles  Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit blauroter Farbe löst und Baumwolle  und Fasern aus regenerierter     Cellulose    im       Nachkupferungsverfahren    in     bordeauxroten     Tönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit und guter  Waschechtheit färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2 Mol der Diazoverbindung aus 2-Amino-l- oxy-4-nitrobenzol mit 1 Mol Fumarsäure-di- [5-oxy-7-sulfonaphthyl-(2)]-amid kuppelt.
