Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    man einen neuen       wertvollen    metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält,  wenn man den     Azofa.rbstoff    aus     dia.zotiertem          4-Nitro-2-a.mino-l-phenol        und        2-Amino-5-          oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure    mit     kupfera#b-          gebenden    Mitteln und mit einem Oxydations  mittel behandelt, wobei diese beiden Opera  tionen nicht gleichzeitig,

   sondern     naehein-          a.nder        idurahgeführt    werden.  



  Der .erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff bil  det getrocknet ein schwarzes Pulver, welches  in Wasser mit     rötlichblauer,    in     verdünnter          Sod,alösung    mit blauroter und in konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure mit schmutzig blauvio  letter Farbe löslich ist. Er färbt     Baumwolle     aus .alkalischem     Gl.aubersalzbade    in echten       rötlichgrauen    Tönen an.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>         15,4    Teile     dia.zotiertes        4-Nitro-2-.amino-          l.-phenol        werden    auf bekannte Weise mit       23,9    Teilen 2 -     Amino    - 5 -     oxynaphthalin    - 7     -          sulfosä.ure    in alkalischer     Lösung    zum Azo-         farbstoff    kombiniert     und    dieser durch Er  wärmen mit 25 Teilen kristallisiertem Kup  fersulfat in die Kupferverbindung über  geführt.

   Diese wird in 800 Teilen Wasser       unter    Zusatz von 80 Teilen     ,So-da    gelöst     resp-          suspendiert    und im Verlauf mehrerer     Stun-          den    mit einer     Alkalihypochloritlösung,    ent  sprechend 15 Teilen     .aktivam    Chlor versetzt.  Der abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird! durch Um  fällen gereinigt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man,den Azofarbstoff aus dia- zotiertem 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und 2 Aimino - 5 - oxynaphthalin - 7 - sulfosäure mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln und mit einem Oxydationsmittel behandelt, wobei diese bei den Operationen nicht gleichzeitig, sondern nacheinander durchgeführt werden.
