  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 136649.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       wertvollen    metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält,  wenn man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotier-          ter        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    - 6 -     sulf        osäure     und     2-Amino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure     mit     kupferabgebenden        Mitteln    und mit einem  Oxydationsmittel behandelt, wobei diese bei  den Operationen nicht gleichzeitig,

   sondern  nacheinander durchgeführt werden.  



  Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff bil  det getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver, welches  in Wasser mit grauer, in verdünnter     Soda-          lös .ng    mit blaugrauer und in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure .mit blaugrauer Farbe löslich  ist. Er färbt     vegetabile    Fasern ,aus neutra  lem, Soda- oder     laugenalkalischem    Bade,  Wolle und Seide aus essigsaurem Bade, in       echten        .grüngrauen    Tönen an.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    2.64 Teile 4 -     Nitro    - 2     -.amino-l-phenol-6-          sulfosäure    werden     dimotiert    und in Gegen  wart von     :So,da    mit     239    Teilen 2-Amino-5-         oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure    kombiniert. Nach  beendeter Kupplung wird     aufgewärmt,    mit  Essigsäure neutralisiert und durch Zugabe  von 250 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat  in .die     rotviolettfärben.de    Kupferverbindung  übergeführt. Diese wird abgeschieden und in  15000 Teilen Wasser zusammen mit 100  Teilen Soda gelöst.

   Nun lässt man eine     Al-          kalihypochloritlösung,    die 105 und mehr  Teile aktives Chlor enthalten kann, ein  wirken, worauf sich der neue Farbstoff bil  Jet, der mit Kochsalz abgeschieden wird.
