Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 292412.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer  haltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht, dass man die     Tetrazoverbindung    aus  1     Mol        3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphe-          nyl    einerseits mit.

   1     Mol        1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6-          disulfonsäure    und anderseits mit 1     Mol    der       Kupferkomplexverbindung    aus     1-(2'-Oxyben-          zolazo)    -2,     5-dioxynaphthalin    - 7,     5'-disulf        onsäure     kuppelt und die erhaltene     Trisazoverbindung     mit einem kupferabgebenden Mittel     entmethy-          lierend        kupfert.     



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die     Tetrazoverbindung    aus 24,4 Teilen       3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphenyl    wird  in üblicher Weise     sodaalkalisch    mit 30,4 Tei  len 1-     Oxynaphthalin    - 3,6 -     disulfonsäure    zur  Zwischenverbindung gekuppelt. Die isolierte  Zwischenverbindung trägt man ein in eine  Lösung von 50,2 Teilen der Kupferkomplex  verbindung aus     1-(2'-Oxybenzolazo)-2,5-dioxy-          na.phthalin-7,5'-disulfonsäure,    250 Teilen     Pyri-          din    und 50 Teilen     25o/oigem    Ammoniak in  500 Teilen Wasser.

   Nach     Beendigung    der  Kupplung wird die     Trisazoverbindung    iso  liert und in der     Natriumacetatschmelze    mit    Kupfersulfat     entmethylierend        gekupfert.    Man  scheidet die gebildete     Kupferkomplexverbin-          dung        durch        Zugabe        einer        20%-igen        Kochsalz-          lösung    zur Schmelze ab, filtriert sie hierauf  und trocknet sie.

   Der kupferhaltige     Trisazo-          farbstoff    ist ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in  Wasser mit blauer, in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit blaugrüner Farbe löst und Baum  wolle und Fasern aus regenerierter     Cellulose     in echten marineblauen Tönen färbt.

  <I> Example: </I> The tetrazo compound from 24.4 parts of 3,3'-dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphenyl becomes soda-alkaline with 30.4 parts of 1-oxynaphthalene in the usual way - 3,6 - disulfonic acid coupled to the intermediate compound. The isolated intermediate compound is added to a solution of 50.2 parts of the copper complex compound of 1- (2'-oxybenzolazo) -2,5-dioxy- na.phthalin-7,5'-disulfonic acid, 250 parts of pyridine and 50 parts of 25% ammonia in 500 parts of water.

   After the coupling has ended, the trisazo compound is isolated and coppered in a demethylating manner in the sodium acetate melt with copper sulfate. The copper complex compound formed is separated off by adding a 20% saline solution to the melt, then filtered and dried.

   The copper-containing trisazo dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a blue color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-green color and dyes cotton and fibers made from regenerated cellulose in real navy blue tones.
