Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 263285. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines grünen Tetrakisazofarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man tetrazotierte 4- (4'-Amino-benzoylamino) -1- amino-benzol-2 - sulfonsäure zuerst mit 1 Mol 1-Oxy-benzol-2- earbonsäure, dann mit 1 Mol 1-Amino-2- äthoxy-naphthalin vereinigt,
den Aminodisazo- farbstoff dianotiert und mit 1-(3'-Amino-ben- zoylamino) -8-oxy-naphthalin-4,6-disulfonsäure zum Aminotrisazofarbstoff vereinigt, diesen weiterdiazotiert und schliesslich mit 1,3-Dioxy- benzol kuppelt.
Der erhaltene neue Tetrakisazofarbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, löst sich in Wasser grün und in konzentrierter Schwefel säure braun. Er färbt vegetabilische Fasern in grünen Tönen, die nachbehandelt mit Formaldehyd oder dianotiertem p-Nitranilin vorzügliche Nasseclitlieiten aufweisen.
Beispiel: Die Tetrazoverbindung aus 30,7 Teilen 4-(4'-Amino-benzoylamino)-1-amino-benzol-2- sulfonsäure wird mit 13,8 Teilen 1-Oxy-ben- zol-2-carbonsäure zum Zwischenprodukt ver einigt. Man stellt schwach sauer und vereinigt mit einer schwach kongosauren Lösung von 18,7 Teilen 1-Amino-2-äthoxy-naphthalin zum Disazofarbstoff. Dieser wird mit 5 Teilen Ätznatron gelöst, mit Kochsalz und 200 Tei len Salzsäure vermischt und mit 8,2 Teilen Natriumnitrit bei 2511 dianotiert.
Die gebildete Diazoniumverbindung wird filtriert, ge waschen und in Gegenwart von 200 Teilen Pyridin und 35 Teilen Natriumcarbonat mit 43,8 Teilen 1-(3'-Amino-benzoylamino)-8-oxy- naphtlialin-4,6-disulfonsäure zum Trisazo- farbstoff gekuppelt. Man salzt aus, filtriert und dianotiert in Suspension mit 8,2 Teilen Natriumnitrit und 70 Teilen Salzsäure.
Die erhaltene Diazoniumverbindung wird soda- a.lkalisch mit 11 Teilen 1,3-Dioxy-henzol ver einigt und der Farbstoff mit Kochsalz isoliert, filtriert und getrocknet.

The new tetrakisazo dye obtained is a dark powder, dissolves green in water and brown in concentrated sulfuric acid. It dyes vegetable fibers in green tones, which, after treatment with formaldehyde or dianotized p-nitroaniline, show excellent wet classics.
Example: The tetrazo compound from 30.7 parts of 4- (4'-amino-benzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2-sulfonic acid is combined with 13.8 parts of 1-oxy-benzene-2-carboxylic acid to form the intermediate product . It is made weakly acidic and combined with a weakly Congo acidic solution of 18.7 parts of 1-amino-2-ethoxy-naphthalene to give the disazo dye. This is dissolved with 5 parts of caustic soda, mixed with table salt and 200 parts of hydrochloric acid and dianotized with 8.2 parts of sodium nitrite at 2511.
The diazonium compound formed is filtered, washed and, in the presence of 200 parts of pyridine and 35 parts of sodium carbonate, with 43.8 parts of 1- (3'-amino-benzoylamino) -8-oxynaphthalene-4,6-disulfonic acid to give the trisazo dye coupled. It is salted out, filtered and dianotized in suspension with 8.2 parts of sodium nitrite and 70 parts of hydrochloric acid.
The resulting diazonium compound is soda-alkaline combined with 11 parts of 1,3-dioxy-henzene and the dye is isolated with sodium chloride, filtered and dried.
