Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 244602.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Polyazofarbatoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Polyazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist .dadurch ge  kennzeichnet,     da.ss    man 1     Mol.        tetrazotierte     1.

   -     (4'-Amino-benzoylamino)        -4-amino-benzol-          3-carbonsäure    einerseits mit 1     Mol    des     Mono-          azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter        2-Amino-l-          oxy-benzol-4-sulfonsäure    mit     Resorein    und  anderseits mit 1     Mol        3-Methyl-5-pyrazolon     kuppelt.

   Der     entstandene    neue     Trisazofarb-          stoff    stellt ein     dunkles    Pulver dar, das sich  in Wasser und konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit     gelbbrauner    Farbe löst. Er färbt Fasern  aus natürlicher oder regenerierter     Cellulose     in gelbstickig     braunen    Tönen, welche nach  Behandlung mit Kupferverbindungen sehr  gute     Echtheiten    aufweisen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  27,1 Teile     1-(4'-Amino-benzoylamino)-4-          amino    -     benzol    - 3 -     carbonsäure    werden wie  üblich mit 13,8 Teilen     Natriumnitrit        tetra-          zotiert    und     in    schwach     essigsaurer    Lösung  mit einer     la.ckmussauren,    wässerigen Lösung  von 31 Teilen des     Monoazo.farbstoffes          2-Amino-l-oxy-benzol-4-sulfonsäure        ->    Re-         sorcin    gekuppelt.

   Nach mehreren     Stunden    ist  die     Bildung    des Zwischenproduktes beendet.  Man versetzt erst mit einer neutralen Lösung  von 9,8 Teilen     3-Methyl-5-pyrazolon    und  anschliessend allmählich mit 10 Teilen     Na-          triumcarbonat    in 200 Teilen Wasser. Wenn  die Kupplung beendet ist,     wird    :der     fertig    ge  bildete     Trisa.zofarbstoff        abfiltriert    und ge  trocknet.
