Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, d@ass man zu Wert vollen Schwefelfarbstoffen gelangt, wenn man Mono- oder Diamino,anthracene, deren am Stickstoff substituierte Demivate, insbe- sondere Mono- oder DiaTylamino!anthracene, Oder Monooder Diarylamino.anthra:
chino@ne, odser Kamoubstitutlonspro,dukte aller dieser Ausgaugskörper in an sich beik@amuter Weisse mit echwefeluden Miheih, behandelt und, die dabei erhaltene Rohschmelze in dem üblichen Weise aufarbeitet.
Die o erhaltenen Farbstoffe fäirben die pflanzliche Faser, im Gegensatz zu den bisher aua Anithracen und seinen Derivaten durch Einwirkung von Schwefel oder Chlorschwe fel erhaltenen Farbstoffen, die sich nur aus der Küpe färben lassen, aus dem Schwefel- na,triumbade ih grauen, grünsstichigen,
braunen bis sichwaxzen Farbtönen von guten Echt- heitseigenschaften, insbesondere einer be- merkenswerten Lichtechtheit.
Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf ein Verfahren zur Henstellung eines Sohwe- felfarbstoffes, @dadurch ,gekennzeichnet, :dass;
man 1-p-Tolwido,"anthra@ahimon mit einem schwiefelnden Mittel behandelt und dhe dabei ,erhaltene Rohschmelze unter Verwendung von Schw ef@el@alkali aufschliesst.
Der so erhaltene Schwe:felfarbs toff isst ein dunkles Pulver und färbt die pflanzliche Faser aus dem Sehwe,felmatriumbad in echten ol'ivstichig grauen Tönen, inebesionidere von. einer sehr ,guten tichteobttheit.
Beispiel: Zu einer Schmelze von 12 Teilen Schwefel in 150 Teilen Clil,orschwefel werden .allmäh lich 40 Teilte 1-p-Toluido-antbmaschihon bei 70-80 eingetragen. Man heizt langsam auf 15d , kocht 1 Stunde unter Rückfluss, und ,
destilliert @diann bis zur Trockne. Dann wird ,die Tempemtur auf 270 erhöht und 8 Stun- d:en bei @dieser Temperatur .gehalten. Durch Nachbehandlung m;it S,ohwefelna@xium und.
Lauge wird der Farbstoff in üblicher Weisse nufgeschloossen.
