Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr.231495. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel farbstoffes, dadureh gekennzeichnet, dass man ?.2'=Dianthrylamin mit einem schwefelnden .Mittel behandelt und die dabei erhaltene Roh sehmelze unter Verwendung von Schwefel alkali aufschliesst.
Der so erhaltene Schwefelfarbstoff ist ein schwarzes Pulver und färbt die pflanzliche Faser aus dem Schwefelnatriumbade in grau- stiehig braunen Tönen von guter Lichteeht- heit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> In eine Polysiilfidschmelze aus 140 Teilen kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und 80 Tei len Schwefel werden bei Kochtemperatur 40 Teile 9.2'-Dianthrylamin eingetragen. Die Sehmelze wird mehrere Stunden bei 118 unter Rfiekfluss gekocht, dann eingetrocknet, an- schliessend die Temperatur, auf 270 erhöht und etwa acht Stunden bei 270 bis 280 gehal ten. Durch Nachbehandlung mit Schwefel natrium und Natronlauge wird der Farbstoff in üblicher Weise aufgeschlossen und auf gearbeitet.

<I> Example: </I> 40 parts of 9.2'-dianthrylamine are introduced into a polysilicon melt of 140 parts of crystallized sodium sulphide and 80 parts of sulfur at the boiling temperature. The Sehmelze is boiled for several hours at 118 under flux, then dried, then the temperature is increased to 270 and held for about eight hours at 270 to 280. The dye is broken down and dissolved in the usual way by post-treatment with sodium sulphide and sodium hydroxide solution worked.
